We had problems contacting tech support to restore our purchase after we accidentally deleted the game. Once we were able to reach support, our purchase was restored and the game is working. We want to thank support for their help.
Ive had the older version before the Apple update and could no longer use it. We bought the newer compatible version that has given us nothing but trouble. Astroware has let us down big time.
This is the best Mahjong app, period. Our only problem is that we upgraded to the paid version, but every third or fourth time we play we get a message asking us to upgrade or watch an ad! Its a minor annoyance to bypass it, but still an annoyance.
Thank you for updating this game. It works great! So addictive!! ………………. Its been awhile since we wrote this review……..but now am having issues constantly. The game is reverting back to having adds and buying coins. We try to get it to work if we buy it back or restore it. Sometimes it works but, other times it doesnt! Like today! We play it everyday, and we want to keep this review at 5 stars. Can someone help us.

Games and challenges are engaging but games get hung up.
The daily games won't load – trouble with server, try back later. Feedback is disabled – leads to a blank screen. App Support doesn't load. Glad it was free.
Try to turn your phone horizontal and the ad goes right across the middle of the screen! HOrrible.
We have this on our Barnes & Noble nook. There it is good buy but for iPad the company wants payment for everything. Not worth purchase for iPad.
Froze our ipad when we tried to play. Disappointing.
We thought with the recent update all the bugs would be fixed…WRONG! We've tried reloading and rebooting several times and it still crashes! We should NEVER have upgraded! Very disappointed in Astraware!!!!! DO NOT BUY.
We can't get the stupid badge to go away on our home screen. There isn't even a new notification but it keeps telling us there is one. There isn't a way to turn badges off either. Very annoying.
This app crashed upon opening it the first three times. Deleted.
Free our a:; -not if you want to play. You have to buy the upgrade to get it to work. We think that is unethical.
For the THIRD time this app has crashed on us! This, after only 2 weeks is unacceptable. We have reported it as a bug & taken the in-app survey to report it, still no fix for it? Don't waste your time on the free version, not worth the frustration. As far as paying for the upgrade, don't make us laugh! Run, don't walk away from this app, there are plenty of good mahjong apps for free that don't crash & burn.
Now that we purchased the app, it doesn't work at all. At least the free app let us play one puzzle a day. This app just goes to a black screen.
In order to play the mahjong game you have to purchase packs of mahjong tiles. How dumb is that.
These folks lie. They said making daily was free, then after it is installed you have to pay to play. Shame on them.
