We miss this game so much. It has so many good songs and super fun. We literally grew up with this game and forever be part of us. We miss our song packs! Rip.
We actually like this game and we a rhythm game. Our favorite, but there is something wrong with the RIVAL strength. You see there is 1-10 which 1 is the weakest (for new players) and 10 (for only challenging players who wants to tie the rival). But, when we put the RIVAL strength to 10, it doesnt gives out all JUST. So mind if you fix that? [By the way sorry for Writing a Review for a old game].
The price. For the songs is VERY reasonable if you compare it to the price of an actual arcade version of the game. Where else are you going to ever get to play this game? The game is discontinued and hard to find in the USA. Just recently played the arcade version and LOVED IT!! Play this if you like rhythm games and a good challenge.
Love this game! So many great songs, challenging charts and a local multiplayer feature. Reflec Beat lives on.

We've played this game for a while and we're so glad it's on iOS now! We were able to redownload all our purchased songs with no charge so not sure what the others here are having issues with. Great game :).
Why did you take the shop away? Now were stuck with 3 songs, just add all the songs for free, as theres no point in just deleting the shop without just… Taking all the songs away with it, similar to Jukebeat.
Ok, the game is good, but ONLY THREE SONGS (without IAPs) is annoying. We feel like there should be more options (without IAPs).
After the most recent update, we can no longer download the music packs we already purchased. It is as though the company took the money and ran. Really hope a fix is coming soon.
There is no introduction or tutorial for new players. After finding a hidden "How to Play" menu, you are then shown a bunch of pictures with rules. It's like having a game throw every rule at you at one time, before you even play. Our next main problem with the game is the purchasing of song packs. There's no reason to have to have to buy these songs in packs of 4 which are pre-selected. Often there's only 1 song in the pack we like, but we're not about to spend $4 on one song we want.
As a rhythm game professional, we rank the game six out of ten. The game is fun, but lacking. There is a computer opponent at the top of the screen, making it almost necessary to have same-device multiplayer. The good: The game is very entertaining and addictive, giving little tutorial so players can figure out the controls. The bad: There is no same-device multiplayer. There are only three free songs, this would be acceptable if the song packs were a little less pricey. Take Osu! For example. There are about seven free songs with new packs costing ninety-nine cents. The packs here cost near four dollars. We really wish we could give this a five out of five. But the bad is a little too noticeable. If these things are changed, this could be a very popular game.

This game is great!…. If you have the money to buy any good songs. This app gives you 3 free songs :/ there is no point to a free game that requires money to play.

Ive spent purchased every single music pack available for this game, and we now no longer have access to our purchases. This issue has persisted for months, and Konami has shown no interest in fixing the issue. Refund our money or restore our purchases, please.
We actually like playing this game, until Konami decided to not allow us access to the songs we purchased prior to the update after we updated the app.
Konami please update the US Version of this game. It no longer works on iPad (Server Connection Issue). IPhone works fine. Hard to play on higher difficulty levels on smaller screen. Shines on iPad.
We love this game, but it won't open on our iPad anymore, and we've purchased quite a few song packs. It just stopped loading, and says that it can't find a network connection for a mandatory update, but everything else on our device works fine. We've tested it on our iPhone and other iPad, and it still works fine too. Maybe it's an issue with the iPad mini? Not sure, but either way, we're not happy about it. Still a five star game though, not IIDX, but good in a pinch when IIDX isn't an option.
Please make a songpack with DADADADADADA in it we all need it.
Game is fun, but buying songs cost alot, just play it in the arcade at like round one or somthing, if you want other music games play VOEZ,DJMAX Ray,Deemo,Cytus,Hachi Hachi. But you could just go to the arcade and play it but hey its decent.
It's not as extreme as some other benami games and that's good. Sadly DADADADADADA isn't a playable song yet, so please port it.
Are they actually going patch this to fix the problem anytime soon.
We know the game is fun. We've played the heck out of it on our wife's iPad Air. Now that we have an iPad of our own (iPad pro), when we start up the game it cannot connect to the server to receive the game update from the server.
You have to pay real money for the songs basically. If you want a good music app we suggest Voez. You don't have to deal with this crap on that app at least. Free songs and beautiful graphics.
There is nothing wrong with our internet connection in anythingg else on our ipad. We open this game to play it and it says it requires an update, so we press okay and a perpetual message pops up saying to check our internet connection. We thought this game was going to be a good one.
After spending maybe $50 on song packs, we can no longer even play the game. At startup it says it needs to download data, then it repeatedly says there is no network connection. Just to prove we have a network connection, we went to write this review. Konami, please fix this soon or refund our $50.
Cannot download mandatory update using iPad. Konami pls – you cancelled Silent Hill already, why don't you like our money? Seriously, please fix.
We get an error check your internet connection.
The game works on our 1st Generation iPad from 2010 that runs iOS5, but won't work on our iPad Pro…What. The. Actual. Hell.
It said it required a mandatory update content, however it cannot connect to the server and ask us to check the network connection….. Our network is perfectly fine …. Not sure what is wrong with it…. Please fix it.
Says mandatory update required but it won't download. Considering the last app update was July 2015, it's safe to assume this app has been abandoned.
We get a "check connection" error before we can even get to the main menu. Works fine on our iPhone.
While it is a little costly to enjoy this game thoroughly, die-hard fans of BEMANI games will love this portable version of another one of Konami's great arcade games.
Why only 3 songs?? Why can't we just buy the other songs with Limelite points? Our opinion is that this game should at least give us more songs without buying it with cash Other than that it's a great game.

We just downloaded this game a few days ago( >O< ) /It's really hard for us now but we're sure we'll get the hang of it! ^_^.
We love this game, and we love that you guys at Konami upgraded the app to the "Colette" theme, however, we are still only able to select the standard or "Limelight" themes. We are unable to swipe past the Limelight theme under themes. Please fix this at your earliest convenience and we will promise to continue playing.
Game is now offsync on iOS 8, as well as jukebeat. Fix please.
Don't get us wrong; this is undoubtedly one of our favorite rhythm games ever. We especially love the new Limelight themeseeing it when we open the app makes us so happy! However, we think the game would be so much better if there were a few songs that you could unlock. We understand the need for profit and income, but the pricing is a /bit/ much and it would be nice to have at least a few songs that you could unlock by playing the game. That being said, we love absolutely love this app and we definitely need to check out the arcade game if we ever visit Japan :).
We really really love this game. Or we're really addicted to it. We play this almost everyday until last week we couldn't get the holding parts. No matter how hard we try to hold it, we keeps saying miss. So if you could fix anything that might be wrong with the app that that would be nice. It might be the screen though. -.-.
Crashes immediately upon picking a song and difficulty n single or double.
So we introduced this game to our sister and we played on the multiplayer feature and that was great. However later on, we went to the game's store because we wanted to buy a music pack, but it wouldn't let us on both our sister's and our iTunes account and an error showed up the three times we tried. A few days later, we check our banking account info and see that the game charged us both for the music pack (our sister twice and us once), however, it didn't show at all on our iPad. Basically, what we're saying is that the game overall is great, but the creators definitely need to fix the 'buying the packs' issue.

We really love this game but we really wish that there were more songs. When we visited Japan and played these in the arcades we loved the songs level 5 judgelight and Butterfly but sadly, we can't play them here in America. Please chang that for us. We love this game! Super fun and addictive! The 3 songs that you start out with are actually pretty nice sounding and challenging compared to those in Jukebeat (we also prefer this game over JB). We're going to buy some of the song packs soon, but we're kind of disappointed that newer songs have not been added recently. Hoping Konami will keep working on this app.
Why don't we have online play like the ones in the arcades in japan.
We really love this game, but the song packs are taking long. Other then that, a really great game.
The game looks all good in the main menu, but the screen become glitch after entering a game. We don't know if it works normally on iPad, but the screen messes up during the game on our iPad mini. Please fix this.

This game is very fun and intuitive. Buying the song packs is definitely worth it because they have a lot of replay value. And they sound a lot cooler than the songs in most other games. We love this game even more than Jukebeat.
