The app will not let us log in. Only gives error code to everything.
Today we got an error message when launching the Bingo Lane app. We typed Bingo Lane in the search bar but the name doesnt appear, until we type it. We tried turning our iPad on and off and we tried deleting and reinstalling it but the error message keeps appearing. Is this app discontinued? We do play as a guest so if the app is discontinued we wouldnt have been notified. Supposedly theres an updated version but Im unable to do that.
We cant get videos to watch to get tickets to play.
Is Bingo Lane shutting down? If so why? When does the next game start? Why did we start with 2888 points today and when we played a game we didnt get credit for it IS THERE A CERTAIN DAY THAT U DISCOUNT THE COINS? What happened to our coins..it said $20… We had over $200,000 we were up to 7000 points,.
You only play in Vegas room . No one plays in any other rooms and you used to be able to. You pay your tickets to play and it says refund tickets not enough players in this room. Just have the Vegas room and get rid of the rest and keep the holiday rooms. Why waste our money when it can barely be used.
Havent been able to log in for 2 days. Whats going on. Also need to change our email address but cant get in.
We have been playing this game often and for many years. Lately it is almost impossible to get a bingo. Im figuring Im not getting Bingos due to not spending MY money. We feel that if its advertised as a free game, there would not be necessary to buy power ups. Each game we play four cards and each game we miss between 10 – 13 numbers called. Find another bingo game as this became a joke.
Go back to the lobby where we could watch ads to get more cards.
We are tired of having every game we start taking our 4 tix and telling us we dont have a wifi connection. So we go into settings and find Im just fine online. All our other games using wifi are running normally. Why is THIS game the only one that cuts out on us every time? Maybe Ill just delete Bingo Lane, because its driving us crazy every time we try to play. We pick 4 cards, then get booted; we pick another 4 and get booted again. Its like the game wants us to have only 16 tix at a time. Bummer.
Its been over 2 months with the same room and down to 7-10 players. Is this app going away? Ive been playing for years but ready to say bye bye. Ditch Romeo & Juliet asap.
We used to like this app but lately they force you to play which games you can play by only allowing 1 person count on how many players for that Bingo game!!! We really hate the ONLY game we are allowed to play! If you cannot play a game DONT SHOW IT AS AN OPTION!!! For an entire week we have not been able to play our game in morning. We are DONE.

Interesting games. Was fun to play, but since new ownership has decided to recycle old games, now becomes frustrating. Do not mind playing older games, but wish we could have them start as if they were new. Now they are no longer the game to go to. So disappointing.
Are you getting rid of this game? No updates for over a year. No new games since Feb. 2022. Very few players so cant play most rooms. If you are stopping this game please let people know so we can delete. Been playing this game for a long time and it used to be our favorite.
It hasnt been updated in months, same boring game and hardly any players. Bingos after only one ball called is all too common. Used to like the game but it is time to find a new one.

Apparently no matter which Bingo Lane room Im in theres never enough players and Im offered a refund or to wait. We suspect that its because we havent made an in app purchase or what. Whats the point of using this app if we cant enjoy it? Im thinking of deleting it and moving on to another app.
Ive been a faithful player for the years now, and lo & behold we miss 1 day, and now the game closed. No warning no nothing. Seems such a shame that after all thats going on in the world today, where thousands go for little r&r its taken away. Cant you all put ur selves in other peoples shoes; or dig in the recycle bin & retrieve ur humanity. ( It couldnt hurt ).
We used to buy tickets all the time early on cause it was a winnable game. The game seems downgraded to make u not win anymore. We dont throw our money at this game any longer. When we run out of free tickets thats it for us until Im replenished with free tickets. This game seems rigged. On the first bingo ball someone got bingo. Probably a computer bot. It didnt makes sense. U cant win bingo on the first ball. They not getting our money anymore.

We see to be losing tickets at least twice a day because of your poor connection. What is goin on. This has never happened before.
Last games we played had 2 bingos and was not given credit for them.
Each time an update is introduced all our awards are fulfilled. We down load it and its like Ive been playing it for days.

This games was good in the beginning but now its so frustrating. Only today after they called two numbers, someone got First, Second and Third Bingos. HOW!! What are these people running this game thinking, do they think we are stupid. Come on now, there are so many bingo games offered and gives you more chances. The games are not even enjoyable anymore. Im DONE, going to other Bingo games that are FAIR.
We used to love this game, but we cant even play it now. It just updated and it crashed. Restarted our iPad and crashed. Has become expensive and impossible to accomplish anything. Very disappointing.
The new Christmas Carol game is great! Such a new concept on a game its a joy to play, nice to have a different way of playing. Its a rush and the regular way is great, but it is nice to do it a different way.

Since the new owners recently took over, this game has become a RIPOFF!!!! This game used to be the best of all Bingos but if you pay they eat your money because they have gotten so stingy! In slots you could win coins but now you're lucky if you get any! Not even worth 1 star.
Just lost all of our credits-we had over 850 power ups. Finally deleted and am starting over. It WAS our favorite.

We have played this game for a number of years. Originally, it was a lot of fun. In the last couple of years It has devolved into what we believe is a rigged game. Additionally, the game freezes after Ive committed to buy many tickets and no way to get game to play. Only option is to exit and we lose all tickets purchased!!! There does not appear any way to communicate this problem to game owners/controllers to fix this problem, other than to shout into the wind through this comment section.
We are deleting this game immediately. It is unfair. The playing. Field is not fair. Not everyone gets the same numbers or the power ups , most of which are a crock. We spent s fortune purchasing coins so we could buy keys & powerups. Just like poker it is rigged in favor of the house.

Terrible, numbers dont come up at a steady pace, then all of a sudden youre behind 4 or 5 numbers FIX IT.
After playing regularly for five years we had reached level 223, earned 5,414,431 coins and had 91 friends playing the game with us through the Bingo Lane Community. When we logged in on our IPad two days ago ALL of our progress was gone! We were at Level 0. All of our progress is still on our desk top computer but gone from our tablet. We called Apple and they tried to restore the game for us but were unable to. They said we needed to reach out to the developer which we already had and just sent another email today. Lets see if they reply. Used to LOVE this game but if there is no resolution on our IPad will more than likely quit the game as we rarely sit at our desktop but take our IPad with us everywhere.

Ive played Bingo Lane for years. Players used to be able to complete the monthly goals without having to purchase huge amounts of tickets and coins. Slowly, the game algorithms changed so that you sometimes finished and sometimes didnt. Now, its impossible to finish without shelling out a lot of money and spending hours every day playing. The new months game often doesnt start on time, leaving players with even less time to reach the prize goals. We cant remember the last time we were able to complete all the goals. We can barely finish any now. Theres very little point in playing Bingo Lane anymore. If youve never played before, our advice is to skip this one, unless youre independently wealthy and have no life whatsoever. Ive deleted this game. Its just not worth playing.
This app hasnt worked correctly for weeks. It fails to load. Please fix this bug.
We finally got 1st place and then we lost the connection so we lost our first place. What really makes us angry is you dont give our coins for that bet back so we were doubly screwed.
We went to play the new game and said there was time to buy cards, we bought some. It starts and at least 5 balls were already on the board, so that was a waste of "tickets"! Also if you don't use power ups or spend moneyneed we say more? We were also waiting to play a game for hours, but it kept telling us not enough players.
