Generally we love this app, although there are a couple of improvements that would make it a five-star app! First, the pros: 1. There are a large number of pieces you have available (ranges from 20 to 1400 so it is suitable for people of any age). 2. You can use your own images! This is fantastic! 3. You can choose to either have the pieces rotate, or orient them to the way they belong in the puzzle. 4. You can pop up a small preview of the puzzle or a larger background image that fits the scale of the puzzle. 5. You can zoom in pretty far if your puzzle has a large number of pieces. Now, the cons from our point of view: 1. The small preview image should be available in larger sizes. Our eyesight isnt the best (which is why we enjoy puzzle apps because we can zoom in). We dont like using the background preview even though it is larger. 2. There should be a button you can click to pop all the unset pieces from the puzzle area back into the side area. Sometimes (especially once the puzzle is nearly completed and there is little free space in the puzzle area) it is difficult to find the unset pieces if they are on part of the puzzle that is already completed. 3. On the side area where the unused puzzle pieces are kept, it would be nice to have both an up arrow and a down arrow so we can quickly move to the top or bottom. Otherwise we have to scroll and if we are doing a puzzle with a lot of pieces, this can take a while. This is mainly because sometimes we want to look for certain types of pieces and we like starting at the top and going to the bottom (or vice versa).
We like the puzzles and the choices but not the way they interlock. Other puzzle games lock the correct puzzle in place once situated.
We like 1400 pieces being the maximum but when pinching and moving doesnt work and you cant see the exegesis of your worktop its just too hard to use.
Had to update. Now tiny pieces that flip on side instead of bottom. Tiny pieces suddenly bigger when inserted and on side of puzzle instead of bottom. No empty spaces to fit pieces together outside of puzzle. No fun anymore.
We do not like the change that you have made to this game. It is much more difficult to move pieces around and we do not like the floating board. It is easy to get pieces hidden behind it. Not impressed with the change.
Had to delete because it became very slow in picking pieces. Trying to move up and down the row of unused pieces became a real chore. Ok in the beginning terrible at the end.
Our son found this for us, and it has been a God-Send for us! Im bedridden, and the other one thing is that we read our Bible! We just wanted to say thanks so very much for providing this information for us.If you need anything to do during the day look into the puzzles, they have help us. We love the selection of puzzles. We do NOT love the rotation option. We have to tap it so many times to get it to work, not worth our time. We hope you can correct this feature. Heidi C.
A few things we dont like about this newer versionpieces difficult to move, the puzzle takes up the whole screen so no place to put pieces except into puzzle so you cant put aside pieces with eyes, etc., doesnt change to clear image at end of puzzle, we lost all our old favorite puzzle collections.
Like the puzzles, but hate the updated version. Older version much mire user friendly. Barely touch pieces to move and it scrolls too fast. Also, majority of time very difficult to pick up a piece to use. Multiple attempts needed to pick up a piece to use. Theres no longer a border to set a few pieces aside. Timer is gone. Menu in previous update much easier to use. Epic fail as an update.
The size of the pieces in table are way to small, and there is no way to in large them great puzzle subjects,.
We played this for years until today when it made us update. The update doesnt work well at all. We click on rotate, choose a puzzle and it wont allow rotation of pieces. The pieces are much smaller than we were used to and we dont like it. We loved doing the puzzles with no preview at all so the picture was a surprise. This new version has none of those. We hate it.
We were required to update magic puzzles. It no longer works for us. We guess we will have to delete it and go to a different app.
We hate the upgrade. You have changed the whole game. We have done over 300 puzzles on your app. We have tried many different puzzle apps but we always deleted them because yours was our favorite. You have totally changed the entire format. It doesnt even resemble the old site. Please make it like it was.
This is terrible, please bring back the old version or at least give us a choice of which we would like to use.
Loved the puzzle selection. Hated the screen layout; no option for landscape mode, sections of completed puzzle need to be fully or partially off the screen. Uninstalled within hours.
Really loved the version before this. While the pictures are beautiful there is no working space to do the puzzle. We finally had to move the connected pieces off the screen. Loose puzzle pieces ended up under the completed sections. Will be deleting this puzzle app.
It appears you have taken an app that was at least amusing and made it ugly, useless, and boring. Ive used this app for many years, but Im outta here.
Am trying to update Jigsawscapes and this stupid puzzle game keeps popping up -this app has a horrid selection-where is the correct update.
Selected rotate, no rotate. Cant get the tray to stop when we want it to, couldnt get the pieces to connect. Did not like the whole experience.
We do not like that we were forced to do the latest update. We liked the Jigsaw puzzle App & its contents that we were using. We now show no history nor incomplete puzzles. We are deleting this new App update.
The last time we tried to do an 80-pc puzzle from one of our own abstract designs. We just got the edges done. It quit and we had to start over. Tried it again. Got the edges and maybe 15 more pieces in place. Quit again. To restart, have to start over. We used it several times before and it was OK. Now, dont want to waste our time if it is going to keep quitting.
Great app, love that you can create puzzles out of your own pictures too.
We love the puzzles that are labeled 'free' but am mystified by what 'coming soon' means. There is no explanation for these items, not do these puzzles ever 'come'. They are eternally 'coming'.

Too easy to inadvertently hit the ad panel on right edge. This is probably because it is sometimes maddeningly difficult to scroll the pieces next to it. Great variety of images mostly makes up for the glitches.

Puzzle pieces should stay stationary once they are locked in. Pieces get hidden behind puzzle. Moving pieces onto the board is difficult Double clicking pieces to rotate them is annoying when a single click would do. Pieces should rotate 90 at a time instead of 270. Pieces should snap to other pieces that fit together, but not to pieces that dont fit together.
Just try and youll love it too.
The pictures are very nice, but please fix this bug…its VERY hard to grasp puzzle pieces from side..very frustrating.
What a find! After using several apps that require watching an ad before being able to access a puzzle, we find this app. Loads of free, great puzzles. Can't wait to dive right in and assemble a few.
Pieces all cut the same so easy to cheat, but fun. Until they put commercial bar on same side as the column with pieces in it. Commercial bar is now annoying and we take note of the items so we ensure we dont purchase them.
We work the puzzles for hours and find them very relaxing. We love to do in different ways, such as doing the border last or row by vertical row just to change things up a bit. Our favorite game of all.
Love this app! So many puzzles to choose from. Very relaxing ,easy to navigate,have never had any problem on this site and have completed dozens.

This is one of the best puzzle series we have found…love the way you can set the size of the pieces. Brings back good memories of the old jigsaw puzzles that you were set up on a table and work.

Like the city pix. Couple of whines: the scroll bar doesn't always scroll and it's too easy to hit the ad by mistake. We don't mind the ads, mind you, but 10 times in one puzzle is annoying. Also, the pieces on the tray are so small we end up squinting a lot–not easy on the eyes when you're a puzzle addict like us. Jigsaw party does much better with the tray in this respect, so we know it's fixable. Hope the dev does, 'cuz we really like the photos.
