This message is directed towards the owner and/or creator of the app. Not sure what happened but could you please update the app so iPhone 7 and 8 players can join back in daily. Its not granting access and gives us a message explaining the snag and what will fix the issue. According to them it is waiting for the app to be updated. Beware. Purchased chip package recently. Credit card billed; however no chips received! No way to contact Playport developer if Apple user and no Im out $15.94. How many times has this happened before.
PLS READ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LITERALLY A JOKE!!! The only time we received any money was when we leveled up & @ the very beginning The developer is clearly a very GREEDY person!!! Maybe we got 10 spins before we ran out of coins that was given to us….. That was the lowest bet wasnt being GREEDY! No clue IF this slot has any bonuses. We really like this game, actually it's our favorite one. We need someone to help us with this game,because our we pad crashed a couple of weeks ago, and we lost all of our coins and the level we were on. We spent money on it, and we would like to know if there's a way of getting it back? But as we said its our favorite game we play. Thank you. We can't get this game to stay on and we think it was wrong to take the coins that people had on the game just because you updated, that's highway robbery, a lot of us spent money buying lucky time and coins.
Renewal design is much better than before It needs to re login scc but they helped us find it so it's good.

Update 12/9/16. Can't use lucky time. Choose to use and does not apply to game…you loose it. Already lost 44 minutes. Wrote to company 4x and no response. Majority of our lucky time we've paid for. New company does nothing about it. Whomever plays this game…you will see, you can't win without lucky time and now it's not worth buying. We've been playing for 5 years+. This is the worst update yet. Lucky time is a joke. You used to get 10 min free then it went to 5 min now you have to by 1 min and you win nothing. For what you pay for the 3 min…it used to be 30 min. Lucky time BIG Waste of money! Other casino games we play, you don't need to purchase lucky time to win. This used to be a great game and we've met a lot of great people on here…at one time it was an easy 5 stars. Now 1 star is too many.

We wasn't impressed with these slots at all. The English seemed a little rough in several spots, the interface and navigation seemed clunky at best. The slots themselves felt mediocre. There is no auto-spin option, and the time it takes to display the winning lines is ridiculous. Of course, you can hit the stop button, but then you're actually hitting the button yet again. The mini games are really simple; not much to them. The "lucky time" bonus items seem like a cheat to us because it makes us feel like the game itself is rigged. So, when we don't use the lucky time, you're keeping us from winning? What's up with that? We also don't like the money amounts. Dealing with such small amounts of money makes the game seem pointless and doesn't give much of a thrill to it. If we were betting $30,000 per spin instead of $5, it'd be a lot more exciting. Overall this game is poorly put together. The visuals are amateurish, the gameplay is boring, and the sounds leave much to be desired. Deleting asap.
Bought chips and lucky time for second time, never received items again. Sent message to developer but no answer! Like the games, but Support is terrible! Unless something changes we would not purchase another app from them! We want refund.

Used to play this game a long time ago and we loved it. Not that we remembered what it was called we downloaded it and it gets to the lobby freezes and says "need to update to newer version" but the App Store has no update… What the hell can we do we miss this game.

We don't think it's right that you should be able to rank for the keys, if you aren't playing the ranking challenge game because if you aren't a high level on the game you can't bet as much. And win the keys.
