Its so close to being a good online version for playing with friends. But…. You auto lose if you exit the app and attempt to txt your friend. It should not have a time limit. It just now started giving us an error when we try to invite a friend to play "room is full". What does that mean?
Like playing this format. We think adding a rematch possibility would increase the fun. Lot of quitters here. This would give them reason to stay! Revenge. For some reason, 90 percent of the time, Im the second roller. Seems odd. Still good job.
This could be a excellent game, if not for a few nagging annoyances. Good Stuff: 1) stable and solid 2) online games with strangers works well 3) fast & responsive 4) minimal ads Annoyances: 1) dice are frustratingly not random play a 4-person online game and watch all 4 players throw basically the same results 2) trying to play online with a friend (including another device in the same room) is clumsy, awkward, and crash-prone this needs a simpler LAN mode 3) creating profile accounts is maddenly difficult and this is a prerequisite to #2.
The game does not give a bonus, or even allow a score in the Yatzy column for multiple Yatzys.
This is a good implementation of online multiplayer Yahtzee. The additional scoring options balance the game and make it so youre not necessarily out of it once your opponent scores a Yahtzee, or multiple Yahtzees. This lessens the number of quitters you get when playing online. Very well done and fun. HOWEVER, the advertisement delivery system is broken. The game constantly stalls when a new advertisement needs to load. While the game is stalled waiting for an ad to load, you may hit the roll button twice. Once the ad is finished loading, all of those clicks are stored and then happen at the same time. It sometimes gets so bad that it will disconnect you or your opponent while the game is waiting for a new ad. This happens both on cellular and stable WiFi connections. It is mind-numbingly frustrating. Please note, this is not for the ads you view between games, but rather the ads that appear at the bottom of the screen during gameplay. We understand the necessity of the ads in a free game and am willing to look at as many ads is needed for the developer to support the game, however, the ads should not interfere with gameplay like this. If there were ever the need for a paid ad free version of a game, this would be it, at least until they can fix their ad delivery system.
Great game but when the ads play through, 80% of the time there is no way to exit out of them once they have played. You just get stuck on the end of the ad.
We love the game, but the ads are so scammy. We click on the x to close the ad, but it opens it instead. This then happens over and over. We understand the need for you to make money, but forcing us to click on ads that we are not interested in is a poor business model.
As a child, we played Yatzy almost everyday when you had to keep score on paper. This game can be just as enjoyable if the computer didnt get all the high dice numbers. For example, the computer almost always gets Yatzy, lg and sm straights, and tons of sixes and we end up restarting the game so we can win once and a while. Nonetheless, we still play it because it really is fun when you can beat the beast, lol. Dont get us wrong, we do get several wins in a row but thats after restarting the game several times. :)
This has been the only Yahtzee game that is close to the original that we could find and play with our girlfriend online. The main issue we have is the game disconnects often which is very frustrating.
We never rate apps for iOS, but the online play with this one was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Maybe unique to me.
You cant even play because of how much the stupid app crashes.
Loved playing this game but they got money-hungry! The ads are horrible. 30 seconds long with no way to x-out after the ad is done playing. Impossible to play unless you pay them money for no ads. Im deleting it and pouring myself a drink to celebrate!
This game is a lot of fun, especially because we can play against a computer person. We dont want to play online with real people. Im wondering what happened to the one pair and two pair choices.
We want to thank the developers for listening to their players. The previous couple of updates really ruined the game and now since this last one, its been fun to play again! Now, please dont change anything. :)
It keeps freezing. Takes forever to reset itself sometimes. Drives you nuts.
We never have list 5-6 games in a row. Not fun if you cant win.
The new update is very busy. The dice rolls on the score sheet and goes so fast it makes us ill. We played this game several times everyday but now we cant. Will be looking for a different Yacht dice game. Updated to 4 stars: They were very quick to put a fix in for the dice rolling on score pad. We wish there was a way to slow the dice roll in place. Goes too fast.
LOL! Oh If only this game played like the real deal. Statistically speaking, the dice rolls are comical at best. Plus, the user interface needs some serious work.
…. Please revert to previous version. This one keeps crashing and when throwing the dice it is too fussy and they are too small at bottom of screen relative to the giant scorecard. Plus when you invite a friend it often doesnt work whereas prior to update it worked perfectly and was the best Yahtzee game on the market.
Slower game. If an opposing player leaves, you still have to play out the game to get the win. Definitely not a positive upgrade.
Fastest we’ve ever dumped an app after an update. Even more laggy, the scorecard is at a weird angle for some reason, the dice effects lag so hard.
It will not open with the latest iPhone update. Please fix and we will change our rating to 5 stars. Love playing. Contacted developer and within a week and a half it was fixed. WTG.
Download this app for stress relief. We can play this app while eating a candy cane and it can be relaxing. Or with some hot cocoa.
Can even start the game, the start button does not function since the last update.
Since the game has been an overhaul to a new version we cant play it. It either crashes or wont let us play because the start button is gray. We’ve been playing it for a log time. Pretty much daily so Im disappointed. If the game doesnt get fixed Ill have to find another Yahtzee game. Update: Finally got the game to load and play but after 2 -3 rolls it crashes every time and needs restarting. The past version was much better. We dont like that they eliminated 1 and 2 pair.
We enjoyed this game a lot til now it wont let us play this is the second time we had to delete it wait days then reinstall it to play as soon as we start a game it just goes out very disappointing.

This game is more customizable than any Yahtzee game. Even the official one. It does have loud ads, but they all do. Its how free ad developers pay the bills. Our only suggestion here is have game developers create ads that dont have automatic sound. That way we wont tick off our wife while shes sleeping in the bed beside us! Lol. The game crashes a lot when you start a game, but its so much fun, its still worth the download.
This is an enjoyable game, but once the game ends win or loose a banner pops up to say who won. The banner covers the scoring. When you click OK it leaves the game (to an ad) and you cannot review the scoring. That would be a nice improvement to click done.
The newest update crashes the app after the first roll.
Got this mainly to play with friends the user search doesnt work.
We downloaded this from am ad and played it about 10 times. Not only is the UI ugly, but the computer rolled a Yahtzee literally every single game, sometimes twice. This was true even when we had the CPU set to Beginner. Whats more, the computers Yahtzees were always worth 70 points, but the ONE time we got one, our point value for it was substantially lower. We mean, we love a good challenge, but why bother playing if its weighted so heavily in the CPUs favor? DELETED within half an hour.
Our only complaint is the squares are tiiiiny and as a result it wont read the square Im touching and will input our answer to the square above or below it.
The keyboard does not accurately post the scores, as the touch does not properly line up.
We’ve tried many Yahtzee games and have come to keep this one as we like the format better than the others they have in the App Store. However the glitches are horrendous. If we play 5 games, 3 of them will stop and say we were disconnected even though our wi-fi is fine. The app closes by itself in the middle of the game. Many times it takes so long to be able to press the score Im going for, yet with not being able to press anything the timer keeps going and ends the game saying we ran out of time. Also the game is rigged. If we get 4 of the same numbers the one Im left trying to roll is always, always then a 1. Please work out these issues. We can only rate this app 2 stars as these issues are to major to let go.

This game makes us angry, we click on a place to put our score and it automatically picks either the one above or below it making us take a blank when we have points! Needs fixed or we will delete!
This game is a joke. No matter how well you roll, the game will always roll a better score. We rolled 4 sixes and a 5 for four-of-a-kind and the game got a Yatzy on the very next turn. If that sort of thing happened once in a while it would be funny but it happens EVERY TIME! Our advice: dont waste your time. Not worth it.
We leave the games early many times because people take so long to roll the dice.
We’ve had this game a long time and we really like it because we dont have to play against others, its free and we can play offline. Now since the latest update we just get a blank grey screen. Please fix this problem. We dont want to search for another Yahtzee game.
Really enjoy this game. However, theres no option to buy the game without ads, and the update is so annoying, because the ads have volume, even if your phone is on mute. We were playing a game, and suddenly an add scared the daylights out of us.

App hasnt worked since iOS 12 update. Now it wont even load and hasnt for months, even after an update. Deleted and reinstalled, still nothing.
It was fine until the 3.2.26 update, now it will not open.
