Community Insight:
So we just got on the game and so far it was pretty fun until we wanted a new try but then it got one in without even having us do it and then it just got unfun.
Played games against the computer- we would have straight shots that would radically miss and the computers shots would magically hit balls into the pockets- you can see the ball movements glitch as they fall into the pocket- removing app from phone.
If we could give this game a 0 we would but Ill give it a 1 because we cant give it a zero its not even realistic but we dont want to get into the other problems of this game and to us its just confusing ..its just that awful.
We downloaded this just for something fun to play but it bothers us how sometimes the rules apply and sometimes they dont. They rules never apply when it comes to playing against the the computer. Wouldnt recommend.
This game needs a lot of fixing. It is a cheater and should either be fixed or taken down from the app store. When the computer breaks to start a game and pockets nothing on the break, it takes a second shot when it should be the player's turn. When the computer takes a turn and pockets nothing, it takes another turn when it should be the player's turn. Those are just a few examples of how this game cheats, and the developers should either fix it or take the game down from the app store. We know enough about computers to know that they do what they are programmed to do, which tells us that the developers intentionally programmed this game to be a cheater.
- Have an option for the power meter to increase to 100 pushing upwards instead of downwards 2. Have the ability to have ball in hand after a scratch on solo mode 3. Remove the '3 misses equals an extra ball' rule from solo play Otherwise love the game.
We like the game but we cant play online or invite friends we click on the icons and it just shuts down and returns us to our home screen otherwise we love it.
Great game….but the skill of the computer could use an upgrade. Computer misses too many easy shots. Otherwise, a great game.
Computer doesnt move he ball after a scratch? Computer hasnt missed a side shot in 300 games. And since when do you shoot again after you break and get nothing in? Should have to call the pocket on the 8 ball too.
First of all the game doesnt play by pool rules… When the computer fails to hit its own ball and hits ours instead, it does not allow us to pick the ball up and place it anywhere. But vice versa, the computer is allowed to move its ball. Secondly, sometimes when the computer knocks the 8 ball into the hole… It says to us You lost as if we knocked it into the hole. There are some other errors that happen while we are playing this but cannot recall all of them.
It doesnt follow the real rules of pool, the balls dont even roll the just move staying face up, not realistic, and when we fail to make in a shot the computer doesnt even go it just makes it our turn again (we were on 2 player). This game is just overall horrible.
There is nowhere to X out the ad. Very annoying. Otherwise good. Cant find a place to buy app to get rid of ads.
Great game to dwindle your time away. Graphics are ok. Challenging someone else, that can be challenging.
We like the old version better, but this one keeps you on your toes.
We love all the aspects of pool but we enjoy 9 ball the most.
This app has a long way to go before it's usable. We only played three games and we'll be dumping the app after we write this review. Perhaps there are ways around our objections, but they aren't obvious. Observations: 1. Balls way too large relative to table size 2. Clunky ball movement 3. No draw, follow or English 4. Wrong rules – try BCS rules Look at Miniclip 8-ball for help. It's quite playable. We need a good 9-ball app. This isn't it.
