This time Mos has learned some awesome new abilities: Swing on ropes, swim through jelly, push blocks, wall jump, and fight through spider webs to reach the end of a level.
You aren’t alone in this new adventure, you can race your friends' best speedrun times, they appear as ghosts that run along right beside you, fighting every inch of the way for the fastest time.
You decide how you want to play: Like speed? You can try to beat the speedrun time on every level. Prefer collecting? Try to collect all the coins hidden around the levels. If you are an expert, you can search for the Gold Skulls hidden on each level, the only way to get to them is through dangerous secret areas.
The costume system is back and better than ever. Want to wear a dinosaur costume, fedora, and clown nose? This can be arranged!

Cant get our SN30 Pro to work! Overall, we love this game and Im giving it five stars to support the developer. We fell in love with the original game a long time ago and we just discovered that there was this second version. Everything was going great except we cant get our 8bitdo SN30 Pro to work. Ive tried all the settings, but we cant get it to work. In comparison, the original game works flawlessly with the controller. Besides that this is one of the hidden gems on the App Store. Our favorite platformer.
We havent enjoyed a game this much since playing the classics like Mario,Metroid,Zelda,Blaster Master, in our youth. Even tho the above listed games are not connected to this game. The developers captured all the of joy and timeless magic of those games we.e. That fine line between frustration and fun. Well done to all involved in the creation of this game. Thank you.
Controls are not so smooth either.
This is a very polished game, like an easier Meat Boy for iOS. The physics and game mechanics paired with simple controls make this easy to play on the iPhone or iPad. With each level, there are five different objectives you can try to accomplish: finish, finish under time, finish with all coins, finish with the golden skull, and finish with the day charm. The replay value is great, especially for a "pay once" game. Worth every penny we paid. This is the best platformer we've played on iOS so far.

One of the more entertaining mobile games that doesn't take too much time! (Unless you let it ;). Collecting all the unlockables can be a real challenge however, especially the speed runner medal. Still, for a little test of skill we give our recommendation for the game! Negatives: Good music but it's the same for each stage… Might recommend playing your own tunes. No instruction on how to find the daycharms… It's straightforward once one appears however. No bonus for beating top times! But a warm fuzzy feeling.

This is a very nice platform game that reminds us of a Nintendo Mario brothers game. It has simple graphics and excellent controls.

This is the best speed run game. Crazy fun. We can't say we're in love with the change in graphics with version 2, but it doesn't matter, because it's the same awesome game.
We have an issue with trying to press the back button? It seems like there is quite a bit of delay when the character try's and goes the opposite way.
Very entertaining game! We appreciate that the Dev(s) has made it available that we can change the position of the controls because they start out way too close together.. In our opinion. Our only gripe about this game would be the size of the control buttons. We have small hands and yet we have a problem with those buttons being too small. It was the same with the original game as well and it becomes frustrating because the game is timed and you need to be able to control your game character. If you could make the control buttons a tad larger we would be a happy camper.
We've just completed this game 100% and it was one of the most challenging and enjoyable gaming experiences we've had. The depth and replay value are tremendous. If you want an easy game, look elsewhere, but if you want that rewarding feeling you get when achieving a difficult task then this is for you. Thank you to the developers for an absolute gem. Please make a 3rd. We will buy it immediately.
Absolutely the best iOS game, and one of the best platformers we've played. The simple, intuitive mechanics makes this feel very classic, with a little new age gaming flavor. 10/10, we'd protect the makers of this game in prison.
Mos Speedrun 2 is truly a masterpiece of platform gaming on iOS! With games like this and Goblin Sword we haven't had to go back to our DS in a long time.
Serious speedrun flow. It's as good as, if not better than any main stream counterpart we've played. The detail in the levels, number of challenges, and precise level layouts show that this developer really cares about the game. Which is great for us.
This is a great game and even better than the first one which was also cool. The different objectives for each level give it great replay value. Nice work devs.
This game is an improvement on the first one with additional moves but keeps the fun of the first mos. The levels get more difficult which is appreciated. Not sure we understand the daily finds though.
Mos has lots of surprises and some are the tiny details. Speed running through the levels is challenging and rewarding. The quest aspect when looking for skulls or day charms adds another layer to the game. Quite often, any given level is actually twice as big as you first notice due to hidden passages. There is also an adventure-like quest that involves activating some kind of warp maze – which we haven't solved yet. Great game.
Physmo knows speedrunning. This is a fresh and fantastic sequel to the best speedrunner on any platform. Easy recommendation and five stars! Richard.

This game is very awesome except the controls need to be a bit more intuitive. It's a 4 star game until controls are updated.
If not, it's certainly one of the best. Improves upon the original in every way. Better visuals, larger and more elaborate level design, more varied gameplay mechanics, the ability to race your friends' ghost data, etc. It's an absolute steal at $1.99. If you like platformers and old school action games you'll be sinking a lot of time into this one.
Much like the original, this game is a stellar platformer designed for speedrunning. To our surprise, this is a worthy sequel to one of our all time favorite iOS games. No micro-transactions, low price, plenty of content and replay value, solid controls and impressive level design; what more could you ask.
Well thought level designs, troubling difficulty, challenging objectives. A+.
