We love this games we have been playing for years our one complaint is that you guys dont update facespace any more we use to look forward to unlocking a new character or skin and getting a new facespace post but some years back you guys stopped updating it please bring it back to add a little more fun to the game.
Been playing this game off and on for over 10 years. What we would add: -ability to have multiple layouts like clash of clans has. Want to be able to work on a new layout of the town while maintaining what we have. -ability to zoom further out -less strictness with the grid for placing roads -more than 2 directions that buildings can face.
None of our tasks are going towards this character. Ive gotten the dislikes from Bruce and Chris tasks, and wine from the sour grapes vineyard, but its not registering. Not sure if its because its an Al Herrington costume (which hasnt been a thing in a while). Also on another note, we still have a task from a couple years ago that we dont know how to get rid of. Its Samurai Quagmire in the Hot springs. Was hoping it would repeat since we dont have the hot springs. Thanks in advance.
Great game but the wait time for the building and activities are very slow the devs need to make them faster so you can enjoy the game more.
Game is fun, its an idle game so the point is to wait, and spend money if you dont want to. One point, this game crashes daily when Im assigning tasks to our characters, super annoying considering the time it takes to load into the game as well. Please fix.
Been playin for a while now got pretty far. As soon as they update their terms and conditions. We lost all our progress. Just moving on from this game.
This game is a great background thing to check day to day, lots to do and unlock. Its one of those that sets time limits to keep the game playable long term and not burn through everything in one day. The biggest thing holding it back is these Live Events. They are NONSTOP. The content being added has absolutely zero impact on your progress or the story, the game forces priority to the event which causes you to select actions by accident that ultimately dont reward anything productive, and unless you plan to absolutely grind these pointless events, you wont acquire the majority of the stuff without spending money. Maybe events are your thing, fair enough, but when we have to RELOAD the game 50% of the time we open it because theres a new event, it takes longer than just flat loading the game and causes repeated popups that lag the interface. To top it off, if you arent interested in the events? Too bad, enjoy extended load times, micro transaction begging and pointless actions at the top of your characters list, it cannot be disabled.
Trying to get through the current event and it wont let us work on unlocking the new Peter skin.
We remember playing this game a couple years ago and it was decently fun so we redownloaded it recently and one issue we have is why can you only rotate buildings two ways? Its just kind of annoying to try and make a nice looking town when all the buildings either face one way or the other, the game does progress kinda slowly and makes you feel pressured to buy clams but Ive been using the ads to progress a little quicker but it still feels like it takes forever.
Do NOT spend money in this game we have for three events now gotten one item away from unlocking a character and it ironically ends the next day theres no way its just consistent bad timing Ive spend money to try and get ahead a few times same thing happens every single time they do not want you to unlock more characters they want your money play the base for fun thats it we would not sink anything into this.
This game keeps lagging and glitching us off.
We really dont like how hard it is to unlock characters. Ive been trying to unlock Mayor West and Tom Tucker for over 3 months. We rarely play this game tbf, but thats only because of the stupid item system they have. For example, theyll have a character to unlock and theyll need like 34 extra rare items to craft them. So youll have to wait upwards of 8 hours just for a CHANCE to get 1 item! It literally takes weeks if not months to unlock a character unless you spend real money. SIMPSONS TAPPED OUT WAS 1,000,000x BETTER THAN THIS SCAM OF A GAME. Literally every review of this game says nearly the same thing but nothings changing.
We dont know why they keep this game going. All the events are recycled and they never have any new characters. They have characters from when the game launched that you can no longer get. Need something new.
We tried getting back into this game. The app crashed 3 times when we were playing. Is there any settings we should change to avid this.
We like the graphics and how it is just like the show but its pay to play and everything takes to long to upgrade.
They add updates to the game in regards to packs and new skins to get you to spend your money but wont fix the things that are CLEARLY wrong with the game. We played this game years ago and we redownloaded because we remember it being fun. Id be less upset if they never updated the game but it seems this game is literally just a cash grab now because theyre clearly ignoring the glitches and its harder to get items without spending money. You spend a week to unlock an area and another two weeks getting enough coins to place a building there. Its so obvious what this is.
Pretty fun maybe if the time glitch was still there we be on for hours, we havent spent money on this game and still got so far idk what people are talking about there like no glitch when we playing this game out of all 10/10 game.
We think this is and amazing game no doubt. Ive gotten so far by now its great but we think you should add some concrete to this game to put over the grass it would be nice thank you.

The task can either be completed by waiting or by spending money. We already spend a lot of time watching ads, thank you. Why can't we watch them.
Game is awesome! We can tell it hasnt been touched in awhile, we would like to see some new updates.
Initially loved the game ! But then after a few times watching ads to make the progress faster than a snails pace it wont let us watch adds anymore. Anything over a hour it wont let us watch ads, so now we have to wait 14 hours to progress in the game and we will not purchase clams to make the games progress faster. Would have been a 5 star review but from that bug thats obviously never been fixed because we have seen other reviews about the same issue its not a 5 star review.. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE ITS SIMPLE.
Add auto save and give us the Adam west statue.

When we attempt to move smaller objects like a bush, sometimes even a house, it dosent let us move them around.
We like the game ben plaing it for a long time and when we get on the game and ask us to log in we tap face book. And when we do that. Does not work. Tried everything. And then we just eventually gave up.
We used to play this game when it first came out and we loved it since. Sometimes Im on and off certain games this ones definitely worth coming back to. Really sad that the simpsons game is no longer in the store! Leaving a review to support :).
There is still an issue with trying to log in with our Facebook account to load all our stuff and we had to start all over again we would give it 5stars but theres this issue.

For the life of us we cant connect our Facebook its obviously a glitch In The game. Great game super fun just want to be able to have our account on there.
Why do the rewards on the vip pass keep changing? The timer showing how much time is left for events is always stuck on 10 hrs.
We absolutely love this game but we cant get any of our progress back because it wont let us log into facebook :( keeps saying that our device is having issues and to make sure facebook is allowed (which it is) and still wont let us very very sad we hope this issue can be resolved.
We enjoy playing this game because of how similar it is to the show. It does have some humor and decent graphics. However, there are so many glitches. We have to contact Support at least once a month. There are options in the game that used to be available, that are no longer available. Or just dont function anymore. And theres no explanation for it. With the amount of money that people spend on this game, it has quite a few problems.
Can we get the fairytale event back soon?!? Ill definitely be able to spend money on it this time.
We loved the game but the game always wants you to wait hours just for progress for example we gotta wait 8 hours for peter and chris to play fat leap frog just for pocket change the properties rarely pay anything good either the swansons house makes you wait 10 minutes for just like $8 everything about this game takes way too long and that is whats boring about it.
Its and okay game but sometimes we notice when we collect that it doesnt give us our items we collected we would be 3 away from getting the character and receive from either collect from a house or a character task but once we collect it still shows we need 3 more like what we just collected one it should say 2 but you wont get us unless you play its just crazy it cheats you out knowing they only give you a certain amount of days to collect the people and then hours and hours to be able to collect 7 hours is crazy to wait when you only give us 5 days to collect the characters and when your not allowing us to receive the stuff we collect its a cheat because now we have to wait another 7 hours to try and get it and its not guaranteed to get it everytime.
The primary issue we have with this game is the user interface. We get more frustrated trying to navigate the screen than we do from waiting 8 hours to not receive an item we need. Theres some event button thats blocking the right corner of our screen. This is the farthest Ive even gotten in this game and we are enjoying it. However we think a bugs update is overdue.
We really love the game but some times in the season pass it will say we clicked on the award but will never give us said reward.
Its a fun-ish game, but every task takes a long time to complete. Theres a very small list of things that take less than two hours to do anything, and some things even take a full 24hrs. Its definitely a game where you set up and only come back 4hrs or so.
We love the game itself, but the mechanics of it are off. We stopped playing years ago and picked it back up recently but will delete it again soon. Very little reward from completing tasks and everything is ridiculously expensive. It is basically impossible to complete anything seasonal without spending real money and even then its practically impossible to. Seems like a game built to rob everyone without a gun.
Its a great game we would love to spend hours if theyre werent so many bugs like long loading screen even when its full, disappearing characters,decor,builds from the shop selection and etc.
We really enjoy Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff its funny and keeps us entertained. But come on, let us zoom out and actually see our whole city! And why is organizing stuff such a pain? Frustrating, but still a good time.
There should be a way to cancel an action for a character without using clams or watching ads.
It takes a long time to load, hard to earn enough for things you need, and you have to wait for your charter to be on the right leaves to do things which takes longer making the game less fun. The games fun its just gonna take us a while to get anything done.
Why are the rewards so little but the time it takes the character to get the stuff so long can something please be done about this.
