The past couple of weeks when we log into the wsop account on our laptop top, it insta crashes ninety five percent of the time.
Ive been away from the site for about a year to find its completely changed. The interface is the worst Ive ever encountered playing online poker since 2006.

Not as easy to navigate as original website A lot of money is on the line for a website difficult to navigate.
This app still hasnt been improved. The location verification services are terrible. Youll get kicked out of a tournament when your connection drops for unknown reasons. And, then you will not be able to log back in for 20 minutes because it cant verify your location even though youre sitting in the same spot in your home where youve been playing for the last three hours!! :( Customer service provides no solutions for this problem and no compensation. Unfortunately, in Nevada, this is our only option for online poker.
We love that Nevadans can take advantage of their residency and legal ability to play on an online platform that is fair and so close to glitch free thank you ceasars.

Hi we love the app but we cant access our challenges or redeem Caesar rewards when we level up Ive tried to reinstall but nothing fixs it we get a blank page or a loading wheel Im on iPhone 13 latest software please help.

You cant cash out your rewards points on a mobile device. When you try to go to the help center and speak with a human or AI, you just get an error message.
Who plays online poker in portrait? Its not our iPad. Everything else rotates but this.
Great app, plenty of action but since the new app release this year now we have to hold our iPad Pro in vertical orientation and detach from the keyboardextremely inconvenient, especially during big circuit championship events or the wsop online championship events.PLEASE FIX THIS!! The keyboard is the key to the mobile setup, but appears is only orientated for people playing on phones..despite being labeled as the ipad versionhuge oversight by the design team and is killing us since the update; Why would ya make us hold our tablet in our hands for 7 hours when most people use a ipad stand..the kicker is the keyboard still works fine, just since the update earlier this year now we gotta look at everything sideways and has caused a few critical misclicks along the wayCome on tech support, this is an easy fix.

We noticed 1k+ reviews that all seem to be heavy leaning toward disgruntled players mentioning the app is rigged. Just wanted to say. Its not in your head. Ive lost, Ive won, we know the difference. We e had bad luck in real life that felt like life itself was rigged. But we know the difference. Ive had luck in real life poker that felt like life was rigged. (In our favor) but! We know difference. This. This is not natural. Period. Full stop. Youre not crazy.
Cant use ceasers rewards and cant see challenges. Also pls fix the fold button.. It confuses ppl when fold button and call button are at the same plase. Other than that good app.. Fix that and its a 5*.
Lags really bad on our laptop and freezes. The Winner Spinner hasnt worked for a month. Could be great app. If gets fixed.
Your early fold button turns into the call button. If we try to fold early, and the call comes, the button turns to call. Bad design.
This sight is so bad on getting your money or someone helping with your money they tell you what they want they never get back to you its like no one is at WSOP we had 3 managers tell us the were going to transfer our money 3 weeks later still nothing avoid at all cost.

Love the new site, but the fact that there arent dates for the tournaments(mobile) is kind of odd. If you search tournaments itll say 8 days away but wont list the actual date. Very frustrating to not have such basic information listed anywhere. Also on mobile, its impossible to see the $10 Blast leaderboard. It seems the dimensions of the mobile app are off on that screen, and because the little icon is on the bottom right, its impossible to click.
We must say that at first we did not like the new software but now that we are use to it, it is a definite upgrade.

So refreshing, to finally be able to interact with other players. The new format keeps the game moving along, instead of waiting for a year, for the guy that exhausts all his time, just to Check. Seems to be a more solid flowing software. Way better graphics, than the last version. We Love it! Multiple tables is dope. The Avatars are awesome.
The app works very well. There are two things that we dont like: 1. Youre forced to play in portrait. We like to rotate our tablet to landscape for our tablet holder. Instead, only portrait mode exists and we need to hold our device the entire time while playing. 2. For tournaments, it tells you the game starts in so many hours and minutes. When scrolling for future events, having the date and time would be helpful. Please add the date/time.
Backgrounds and tables both dark. Hard on eyes. No user ability to change either the table or background.
This is so terrible that we decided to write a second review in the hopes that someone with sense will read it and just trash this and start from scratch! Terrible just awful.

This app needs to set up to give players what they want and to run it twice option. Every other poker site has it and also the beeping slow roll when u make a call on River and our beat is so unprofessional and uncalled for thats needs to go away and need to upgrade site software to see who is sitting on tables what tables are full or empty.

As the only legal poker site for Nevada we cant express the frustration of being kicked off the app while in the middle of a tournament . Customer service doesnt care and we have busted out of huge tournaments being blinded out because we cant log in because our location can not be verified. When we do play we get smashed by 2 and 4 liters. This sight is highly questionable because it just keeps sucking out horrible players continuously. SMH.

If we could we would leave 0 stars. Please Nevada give us a real site, this is the absolute worst poker site Ive played in 20 years. Bots, terrible beats and we mean unrealistic beats, and overall bad design. What this site is doing should be illegal.
Just a brutal, terrible poker site. Just play ONE tournament and see for yourselfthe big stack will win 90% of the time against the shorter stack, and it doesnt really matter what the cards are. They want these tournaments moving along and we suspect bots are playing here. We see the same people playing literally every time we logged on, no matter the time. We would just save your money and stay away from this trash poker site.
They disabled our account for 5 days now with zero explanation.
We have spent 3 hrs trying to get loggin in and verified that we are in Las Vegas it approved our location on our cell but not on our laptop using the same Wi-Fi. Then making a deposit was just as much of a headache.
They get you hooked when you first deposit, then its all down hill from there. Statistical improbabilities are the norm on this site. Your dominant hands never hold up when it matters. This site has ruined poker for us and many others. WSOP- Home of the runner, runner flush WSOP- Home if the inside straight WSOP- Where you lose 80% of the time all in with the best hand WSOP- Come play with bots Just a couple taglines for WSOP if there interested.
The UI and graphics are so dated and unsightly, we're surprised the devs get away with it. This app looks like those computer games from the late 90s. Can't wait for betmgm to come in and take all the customers.
After we set up an account put money on our account it was ready to play. It states that people from the United States cannot play on this app. Then we try to withdraw our little $15 and it says that we cant withdrawal it. Then proceeds to tell us that we dont even have an account so Ill be fine with our bank on Monday morning.
Would not be surprised if AA and 72off suit had the same EV in this game. If you shove with GARBAGE you WILL most likely hit, EV is non-existent. Played poker our entire life and have never seen bad beats like this. We are a believer in this game being rigged, it seems they cater towards new customers regardless of how bad they are, and then move that money towards the newest customers, cycle repeats and repetitive customers get fd and regardless of how good they are. YOUR AA will not hold in our opinion, its a trick to get you to go all in and lose to the newer customers pocket j7suited.
