This is by far our favorite online spade game to play! Its not hard, and its just a lot of fun!!! 5 stars.
Hot! Hot! Hot! (And not in a good way!) This game will turn your phone into a portable heater. Major battery life drain as well. In regards to gameplay, the bots are quite dumb at even the hardest level. It's time to uninstall.
This is a fun app but it does not score correctly. If you are playing as a single, watch your total from one round to the next. In some cases, after winning a round, it provides the high score to the losing team. Obviously a glitch in the system that needs to be addressed.
We know Im playing the computer instead of real players but PLEASE fix the bug where our partner keeps cutting us! Sheesh.
This is the best spades game on the Internet !! Bar none ! Check out the hearts and euchre also been playing both of those along with the spades for over 20 years.
This game is sooo much fun!! The background is beautiful & the characters are so cute. We are just a little confused about the paying part?!? We only wanted free games & we thought thats what this game was! Ive tried to figure out if Im being charged but not having any luck. Please help, thank you.
We have been playing this game for quite a few years and really enjoy it. The characters are great and the gameplay skills of your opponents, overall are very good. The only issues Ive found are that the three other players dont adapt a refined strategy when you are nearing 500 and when you are bidding nil, your partner will sometimes pass a pair of low Spades, as if they are unaware that they are trump. Im reticent to point these out as the overall game is excellent and we will continue to subscribe yearly. Thanks for a great game.
Good app to play real people for free.
When playing suicide solo, we set the option to pass one card. So more than a few times, when we go nil, the idiot computer partner passes a spade to us. It sure would help if this was fixed.
This used to be a great game till they changed some of the algorithms. They also recently changed it to when a suit is played and you only have one of that suit the game automatically plays it for you. Next thing all you will have to do is bid then sit back and watch it play the whole game for you. Why am we even here.
We have tried a lot of spades games but love Hardwood spades the best.

We have been playing this game for years and we generally win more games than we lose. The graphics are great and we rarely encounter any issues. We find it to be a helpful distraction when we have a lot on our mind.
We have always enjoyed this game – – until a few days ago. Something has changed! Our partner is making Nil-bids on nearly every hand! Impossible to play this way; constantly have to take too many tricks, so as not to have nil-bid fail! Please change it back.

Id like to say we love it since Im an Oregonian (Eugene), and you started in Grants Pass. We began about 30 years ago. We think you were brand new, and we met a nice gal. (Her player name was Lily and we were Annie). We became card/pen pals playing cards constantly and sharing gifts. She was Louisiana and us Oregon. Here we are today. Still connected. After 30 years! Our only negative is that people join games, get pizzed off and QUIT, constantly. Trying to get a decent rating and playing with regular NICE people is impossible. Its too easy to up and quit. Id like to have a serious and NICE game. Just saying. Ive met people here who have since DIED. It could be a legacy but too many creepy weird ways to up-end a game. No real challengeno way to get a decent rating. Come on, you guys. Youve done so much with this game, surely you can make our dream game happen.
