So many times rewards are lost due to crashes or app issues.
We have been playing this for several years. Now when we try to play it will not load. Just keeps cycling back to the app. Guess we will need to find something that works.
Totally addictive, we are on level 3520 and sadly it says coming soon now! We have played it everyday and even had to start over twice it is so much fun.
We go through all the sign in stuff, go through the ads, and get to the play button and it goes back to our home screen and we cant get to the game. It takes sometimes four or five times to get to the game.
Used to enjoy the game… Til they apparently ran out of levels.
Love the game but since the update we can no longer save our progress coz it kept on unlinking even when we already linked our progress to facebook.

This app has not been working correctly. We keep restarting our phone, but it still doesnt work. This just started happening in the past couple of days.
Crashes every 4-5 rounds. Nice graphics. Its just a meh match 3 game made kind of unbearable by its slow play and frequent crashes.
We really enjoy actually playing this game, and if we didnt we would DELETE this game. The MAJORITY of the time (99%) that we watch a video ad to either save our level, earn extra plays, or to receive boosts, we either have to chose to watch the ad multiple times before we receive the reward, or the game completely shuts down without giving us the reward AFTER Ive watched the ad in full! To say the least, this is very ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
We LOVED this game. Worked up to 600+ but we finally had to delete it when IT DEVELOPED A NEW GLITCH EVERY DAY! We reinstalled it…lost everything and had to start over but that one didnt work any better. Sorry but Im done.

We are tired of this game quitting in the middle of a session. Also, having to download after completing a round it goes back to the app. You have some work to do on this app. This game is getting worse. It stops in the middle of a session. Cant collect awards. What is the problem? Either take off the game from the App Store or fix it. Very annoying.

We love playing the game. Im frustrated when it asks you to watch a video for more time, and it really makes you watch two or just puts our scene black. Other wise we liked the game.
The games are great but we cant stand waiting the 30 seconds every game to get the extra bonus moves or whatever. It shouldnt be more than 10 or 15 seconds. Some times we stop playing because of it.
Levels often too hard to pass, can take days.

Was playing and reached 3000 levels. The game froze and had to reinstall and start all over again.
Ive really enjoyed playing this game. It has been our end of the evening relaxation. But with in the past couple months it continues to freeze on the loading map screen. Ive been playing this game for a very long time. Great at first but recently (like 6 months) it keeps crashing. Play a round and BAM! It closes! Stupid! And now there arent new levels….. They give you the option to play forgotten levels. Those levels are all the hard levels ever! Im about to break up with Sugar (crash) smash.

Absolutely love this game. Unlike others where you play teams and animated characters, this game does not. We rather play against ourselves to win boosters and not someone else in order to obtain boosters. Keep it up.

Im on level 2700+ and the game kicks us out when we have about 3/4 moves left. This has happened 5 times now and Ive tried updating and rebooting. Highly disappointed that although you get unlimited lives periodically you dont get enough points to add extra moves.
We are at level 2702 and since level 2000 something we have issues with the game booting us off almost every round sometimes even when the round isnt over Then we have to X out the pop ups before starting another round! Its really annoying They need to fix this issue. We love the game but too many boot offs its not our device its the app. Good luck about to give up on it ourselves.
Its a challenging game but when we purchase coins it locks up but they still take our money and sadly we still have no coins! Disappointing.
