What Makes Word Master – Classic Stand Out
Word Master is an innovative version of the traditional “Crosswords" board game.
Not needing internet connection, using unique fast artificial intelligence resources and with highly customizable options, Word Master is used by crosswords enthusiasts for quick offline training and induce the players to improve their skills and reasoning in the game.
Create words with the 7 letters on your rack and place them on the 15 by 15 tile board. Boost your score by placing letters on the special Double Letter, Double Word, Triple Letter and Triple Word bonus tiles.

Word Master is a fun and challenging game.
We love this game enough that we upgraded to the Pro so we could have more boards and no ads. It been almost two weeks and Im still getting ads and boards are locked. Ive reported it with no result.
This game lets you play against the computer uninterrupted with ads. The ads only show up in a small space at the bottom of the screen instead of taking over your screen during the game.
Its amazing! Play solo or with a friend. So many awesome features like skill level, best word found. Easy to find definitions, with zero ads and zero glitches. Allows you to design your own game board and so much more. Stumbled upon it and now Im hooked.
Solo game is wonderful. Dont have to worry about timing or holding others up or doing less being under pressure. Settings are very nice. No glitches. No ads!!! Always has help with green for good and yellow for not good. Allows swap and scramble letters. Sample spelling a word and have option to keep it or remove it before permanent usage. We dont review good so to sum it up, the app is perfect.

If you read a great deal you probably have an excellent vocabulary. You will learn from watching how the computer places the word.
The puzzles are easy, so take little time to complete. Not all words are used in their proper context, though: In the puzzle with computer-themed words, chord was used, rather than cord. They mean very different things.
No more ads please. We love to challenge ourselves in this game but we do not like the ads that pop up after each game . Please no more ads. It makes the game not fun.
This is our favorite game. We play it all the time. We started on easy level and now play the hard level. We beat the computer half the time, so we think that must mean Im pretty good at it.
We love this game. Weve been playing it for a few years. Its the best scrabble option available. You can customize the board as you wish, and add words to a custom dictionary. The levels of player excellent. Cant recommend this more highly.
Its fun and challenging and you can learn all types of new words and you can move up to the next mode every time you get better at the the present mode anyways its so fun.
Yes, we miss Hasbro Scrabble being online. We played it for so many years and Ive never really found anything that comes close until we found Word Master. You can choose the level of difficulty you want to play. Its very easy. To navigate you can even choose different board shapes and as hesitant as we were being such a Hasbrouck fan, we do find that we like this one. And we know theres a couple more out there that are popular but if youre like a pro scrabble player sort of like us kinda lol youre gonna like this give it a try.
The game suddenly started using fake words to beat us after a 5 game win streak on master level. We wouldnt mind but the fake words were all 7 letters. Such as Gealosy with a G.
We love to play scrabble and have tried several versions. This is our favorite for several reasons. Easy to use, fast play and we love the dictionary used for this version.
Im addicted to this crossword game. We love the masters list option. We learn new words while passing the time.

This game would be a solid 5 stars if you could play friends online rather than the pass and play mode The customization this game offers is awesome, from various selectable board layouts , custom letter distribution, customized dictionary, master mode. Just needs an online option to play friends.
Wouldnt let us write a review when we gave it two stars so gave it three and it opened right up. We would have to deliberately lose. After playing this game hundreds of times we win every time with high scores no matter how many times we get multiple vowels or consonants delt at the same time. The computer doesnt even try to win. We play this game because we hope the format will change back to being challenging once more. Please make this game challenging.
Game works well, the definition feature is fun. The dictionary is very out of date, lots of valid words are not included. The bag being locked behind a paywall is kind of silly. You can beat the hard AI easily sometimes because it will get stuck only playing the highest scoring word with very bad leaves. Overall fun.
Ive played this for years and enjoy it, but the ads have gotten so bad that its just not worth it anymore. We would gladly pay to buy this game, but that option isnt available, and so Ive mostly had to stop playing it. They really ruined it with these horrendous ads that try to trick you and make you click over and over trying to get rid of them, just terrible.
This game is ok. We wish you could force 3 letter words. The 2 letter words are questionable. Also the ai is terrible as all it appears to do is add 1 letter half the time.
We have been playing this game for years. Zen was never an accepted word and suddenly the opponent used it. There are words that are rejected such as whisks, and its usually when its worth a lot of points. Very frustrating.
This is our favorite game to play but lately it is freezing and we have to delete it to restart. We hope this problem is fixed soon.
We used to love playing this game, now all it does is play horribly long ads after every game. It never did that when we first started playing. There would be a quick ad , now it plays forever and its not worth playing anymore.

We have been an avid scrabble player for many years, recently finding Word Master. We decided to try this game because we could not remember our password. This game seems more mellow, easier, and much more relaxing! Give it a tryyoull be glad you did.
But in between games the other games that are being advertised doesnt allow us to choose to exit out at all.at all.

Im practicing up so we can beat our grandma when we play scrabble next time! We really appreciate the feature where you can double check what the best word to play was after your turn. We do wish the app had the option for us to play with others while not sharing the same phone. Hopefully in the future. Great game.
The dictionary does not include many words used in American English. Ex. : tudor, which is a design style, as is ranch or gothic. We no longer play this game because we are frustrated when it says, That word isnt in the English dictionary, but we know it is.
The game is a good substitute for EAs now defunct Scrabble – actually the only substitute Ive been able to find. Scrabble GO was terrible. Our husband and we play WordMaster almost every day. However, with EAs Scrabble, when we had guests we enjoyed playing four player pass and play. Cant do that with Word Master. We dont suppose you could do an upgrade with that offering? A best word or best word hint would be another feature Id like to see. Thanks for the game, though! Gwenn.

We love this game but we wish they didnt force us to watch ads.
We used to listen to audiobooks and play this game. Now the landscape ad at the top constantly cuts our audio off. We dont mind the ad being there, but jacking with something that had worked for a long time is very annoying.
The new ads that suddenly play LOUD music and sounds are ridiculous. Im sure theyre designed to get our attention. It does, but in a negative way. It prompts us to shut it down. We can no longer play the game in public spaces or in private spaces where we might disturb others. Its beyond ridiculous. This is a really good game. The recent updates are great. But, if these ads stay, Ill have to stop playing this game. Period.
Ive played this game for years and have never minded the adsI understand that they pay for the game. However, since the last update, the ads have become obnoxious. They are loud and nearly impossible to exit. Most times, we have to exit the entire game to get out of the ads. They wont close, even after theyve ended. Im ready to delete the game.
We play against the iPad and now play at the master level. We find that we really enjoy it now. After initially getting beat regularly by the opponent , we now win about 1/2 of the games. It is a sense of accomplishment to win, especially in the games where the opponent has a big lead of 100 points or more. We added a few extra letters to find a level that we found to work good for us. Also, being able to add words to the dictionary that are commonly used, but not in the dictionary, is really helpful. It can also be played offline, away from an internet connection, with only the definitions of the words not being available to read. All in all, we are borderline addicted to this game because we like it so much! We thank the developers of WordMaster for creating this game.

We cant tell you how much we love this game! The best feature is the ability to change the board! Its really changes the play.
This word game is the best around. Nice to be able to play at your own pace with absolutely no ads! What more can you ask for.
We did enjoy it more when there were less adds, now we just patiently wait got them to end. We like it so much it out weighs the annoying adds.
Scrabble has always been such enjoyable game. Helps keep the mind active and alert.
