This game is crazy haywire fun.
Its a very good game that makes us happy.
Very cool game and has its own soul.
For some weird reason our phone cant save the game. We put in our phone number and then we hit get code. We wait for the code to come through and when it does we type it in and we hit link/login and it the app says it cant link the phone. Is there anyway this can be fixed. This happened the last time we played the game. We made it so far in the game. We had then got a new phone which means a new number and so from there we had to start from the beginning.
We love this game. Its really addicting once you get going and figure everything out.

Hard to figure out, a lot of inappropriateness, but all in all, a fun time waster for adults and more mature teens.
We love this game however some parts of the game are in Chinese!!! Wish it would be translated to English so we know what to do.
We wrote a review about this game crashing about a month ago, and the developers instantly fixed it! Much, much better now! There are some parts of the game that are in Japanese, so we have no idea what its about, but for the most part, we love this game.

UPDATE: 10/11/17: (later that same day): Made sure app data was backed up and connected to our cell #, deleted app from device, reinstalled and reconnected to our synced data. Problem solved! Actually the game is working better than ever. Since our first purchase months ago it had stopped offering us adds for bonuses and ticket stubs which was beyond infuriating, and now its perfect. Now if only we could complete the English translation… UPDATE: 10/11/17: Game will not open since last app update. We updated our iPhone 6 to the recent system update (iOS 11.0.2), but updated the game before updating our phone. Both before and after the phone update, the game will not go further than the Coconut Island logo screen when we try to open the app. Extremely disappointed if this isnt resolved as Ive invested a lot of time and financial resources into exploring this game. We still receive notifications from the game telling us that time-based things are ready for us to do something, but we cannot actually enter the game so its super aggravating/annoying. 09/17: Dropped all our other mobile games for this one. The only downfall is that there are parts that are not fully translated into English. They finally fixed the frequent crash bug which was annoying but didn't deter our constant playing. The 20% or so left untranslated in the English version is the only reason we're giving 4/5 stars. If that were to change then we would gladly give 5/5 in a future update's review. As it stands, we can't read what we know are guaranteed hilarious nuggets scattered around the game. PLEASE COMPLETE ENGLISH TRANSLATION.

Amazing game. Has us spending money, which we never do. Unfortunately, we cannot reach the developers to work out a small problem. Maybe they dont read these, or their facebook feed, OR their twitter account. Maybe they dont care.
It's a good game love it please add more. Hey haywire our app won't let us play it just shows the coconut island title then exits out we've tried restarting our phone please help and we can't delete it because we'll loose everything please help.

It's a very good game except for one thing we don't like…For us every time we play it we get kicked out.Fix this problem plz.
Within the last day, we keep getting waaaaaaay too many pop ups/ads. It literally happens within seconds of each other and it kicks us out of the game and into the app store. We have already made a purchase, this should have eliminated this issue. How can this be fixed? Otherwise, we want a refund and we will just delete the game and download something else that is less annoying.

We got pretty far into this game until it started crashing, so we deleted it and downloaded it again but it still crashes so we gave up. We still really enjoyed the game.
Game was good until last update. It crashes after every 15sec-1 min and everything rest to what u did before it crashed, then you do it again then it crashes and again and again like an endless cycle. Edit: crashing has been fixed.
Hey, Ive been playing this game for awhile and have bought few sardines already as well recently. But also suddenly have been getting a crash after few seconds into opening the game each time. :( Not sure whats going on, but would love to continue playing only if this crashing would stop. Otherwise it resets our progress from opening and not able to enjoy this good game. Thank you in advance for everything! We see ads for other games on the billboard but we can't play any since they seem to be in the Chinese App Store, hope those get ported and translated soon.
We've spent an embarrassing amount of time playing this game. It's so fun, cute, and inappropriate! Love it.
Games don't keep our interest much especially to want to play/open the app every single game. But this game has had us play consistently for 2 weeks and about to hit our 3rd week. The different illnesses are hilarious and we can't wait to unlock more. Btw…the skins from WoW makes it so much better.
The game itself is fun, but there are a lot of glitches, like it constantly says there's a notification for a new illness, but no matter how many times we click it, it won't go away.

This game is not for children, that's for sure. (Sexual themes.) But the adult charm suits well for the diseases and buttons. This game got a lot better since our last review.
The ideal is funny and so does the design of the game but it crashes a lot! In a space of about ten minutes it crashed 4 times… You can't rely on watch ads to get better things at the game bcause it will probably crash and close the app. Also, sometimes it became slower than the normal. The tutorial is confuse.
We deleted it after ten minutes. It makes absolutely no sense and there aren't any instructions that we could discern. We suppose it's not a bad game if you have a little patience. We play games on our phone to chill, not to be angry.

Originally we would have recommended this game to friends but now we really can't recommend it at all because by the time you reach a certain task level you are required to scan other doctors QR codes and every time you scan one it comes up expired even if the date is that day. Not being able to complete the tasks means you will no longer be able to advance in the game. This major flaw aside, there are also numerous times the game will crash. Until these flaws are fixed we would not waste our time with this game.
THE GOOD: -great graphics -simple tasks -interesting characters -very easy to make money -does not require internet connection THE BAD -the screen is a little cluttered with icons and pop up messages, it's a little overwhelming -the game lags and freezes A LOT. We can't play for more than 5 minutes without the game closing. PLEASE fix this problem.

This game is fun and let's time pass by quickly. But, it's a little confusing as there are no clear instructions and you learn as you go.
It was treat at first and it didn't crash as much but now that there's more effects going on our device can't take it. We wish there was an option of minimizing effects.

As soon as the game required scanning QR codes from other people, and then didn't accept them, we were over it. This is a standard clicker game without the clicking. Your decisions have no affect, it's just a collect all the things type of game. We were fine with that till the QR code nonsense.
This is a good game but there's only a couple of problems. 1. It lags too much. 2. It crashes a lot. If these problems were fixed we would come back and rate it five stars.
Downloaded the game and attempted to save progress to the global server which locked the game. Update supposedly fixed this bug which it didn't. Support said to send them the save data pw with no results.
New favorite of 2016! Super fun & engaging & not screaming for IAP every second! 10/10 would recommend.
