Help please! After our last update on August 4, our game wont even open. It just goes black after about 10 seconds. Nothing changes ever since then, so we cant open it to ask for help. Two weeks later and still not working. Just turns off after trying, takes about 2 seconds or less to just turn off. Whats up with that.
Joyfully addictive! Im a very big fan.
We're not normally a game type person, but we've been playing this every day for about 5 years. It's the modern equivalent to the daily crossword puzzle our father did. We played to completion of highest level once. The app crashes after a few months. Only fix is to delete app, load it again and start from scratch. Then play the beginner puzzles, and after a while it will prompt log in with Apple ID and you go to where you were yesterday.
Contacted them via the app about not being able to open the daily puzzles and never heard back from them. Now when we click on the app it opens and immediately closes. Tried to send this info through a previous response showing that they recd our first communication and nothing. Love doing the daily puzzles . 4/6/25 here we go again started all over and now its wont open again. So frustrating.
We have been playing this game for over four years. Every time we get close to the final level the game freezes up and will not load. The last time this happened we deleted the game and reinstalled it. It worked fine but we lost all our progress. We wish someone could tell us why this happens.
It has not worked for 2 days! We deleted it and downloaded it again.
Loved this game until it just stopped working. We've updated the app, but still no luck. It's been about 2 weeks now without being able to access the game. Tried to contact the help link, but that wouldn't work either.
WORD TREK is a fun and challenging game. We wish we could give it but every time we play we get hung up on an ad for a game called SPLASHLEARN: Kids Learning App. This ad locks up our ability to play WORD TREK. In order to continue play we must completely shut down our device and then re boot. We wish you could fix this bug. Id rethink our 's and recommend this to friends Regards, MA Starbuck. 1-23-24 we wrote the above review a while back. The good news is that we havent seen an ad for SPLASHLEARN lately. Bad news is several different ads lock us out of the game. Today its ROYAL MATCH. These ads are always toooo long. In addition theres an X to close the ad but it doesnt work. No matter how much we love this game. We can never play for any length of time without out being locked out by an ad. Seriously thinking of deleting this game. MS.
We get so far and then it stops working, we have had to delete it then re-download it several times , which makes you start from the beginning. This is getting very old and very disheartening. We will stop playing this game, which unfortunate is a very fun game.
It keeps telling us its unable to play daily puzzles. It did this before and we deleted it. Now its doing it again. It only lets us play for about 2 months and then wont work.
Ive done about 4 puzzles now that said the second word cannot be made cuz of the order in which we chose the blocks. In all 4 cases that wasnt true!! We were still able to do the second word. Why are you guys making us feel confused?? Also, how do we gain more coins.
We play with family & friends, & have been for several years. We have had to delete & reload app about 8 times or more. Luckily our current games returns after a day or two. Ive asked if its an iPhone issue but never received an answer. Just hoping our current game shows back up again.
Great game. One big problem, after a while itll lock you out. The only way back in is to delete it and then start all over again. This is the third or fourth time it has done this. Im about to quit this game FOREVER.

What's happening to our Ap it's not opening.
Ive been playing this game for years. We love to challenge our mind. Recently we couldnt get the app to play. We would try to open it and we get the yellow background and red W and then a smaller version of the red W and the whole thing disappeared. We tried numerous times and it continued to disappear from our screen. Do we deked it and downloaded Word Trek again. It started from the beginning. We notified the creators of our problems. Got nothing fixed. We wrote them 5 times now and have been waiting patiently. Still nothing. We were on the Aphoria world. This was our favorite game. And it keeps our brain working. Im 73 now and need our game back. We dont know what else to do. Love the game but sad we cant continue.
We miss when the game had extra daily quests. We enjoyed Sams quest, it was an added bonus.

Game is OK, fun even, BUT there are too many adds. Will likely delete the game soon. Just deleted the app. Just too many adds.
Far too many interruptive ads. Former Word Trek games did not have ads. We dont think we need to pay $ so Im not interrupted.
We like this game because it takes up our free time.
We like this game, but it has locked up on us twice. The first time we deleted and reinstalled it, but we lost all the accumulated data and had to start from the beginning again. Now we are down to 5.1% or thereabouts and dont want to replay all the levels if we reinstall it. We will just let this sit here for awhile, because there appears to be nowhere to address the issue for resolution.

Theres many words to each puzzle. You need to provide a clue, such as a theme do theres not time wasted guessing valid words. Put in a clue, like a theme to the words,.
We absolutely love this game and have been playing for around 10-11 years, however, in the last several years it hasnt been supported at all. When the game runs into a problem, there is NO ONE there to help out and also completely shuts down when we hit about 3,000 points and just wont do anything and we have to reboot LOSING ALL MY POINTS.
We love this game and Im close to beating it, but for the past few months it keeps glitching out and we have to uninstall and reinstall and we lose progress in the level Im working Im. It just freezes up and wont load the letters, or it wont open the bonus puzzle. Or just wont open at all. SO annoying. Ive probably had to do this 6 times in just the past month. If the glitch is fixed, Ill change to 5 stars.
Im At 6X6 level and the app sends notifications but every time we open it cant load, just sits on the black screen endlessly. Keeps crashing when trying to open. Latest OS on iPhone Help this is our favorite game.
We love this game but when it gets to a high level it stops working and we have to delete the app and start over from the very beginning.
We have iPhone and WT has failed to update. It has happened twice. It just got slow to open until it stopped opening. First we had to delete from phone & reload. We were back to square one & playing from the beginning levels. Had lost our spins (at max) and points (at max) and level. But then a few days later, it all returned Now its happened again! So Ive deleted again and have lost everything. Just hoping our spins, points, & levels return.
We love the game but Support these day seems to be non existent. If you have an issue and ask about it you do not receive any acknowledgement. We were not able to login for several weeks and never did we get a response.
