Love to play this during our lunch hour at work helps us brain dump and mind numb for the next 4 hours of our shift. (we work at a hospital,checking in patients) Also,can yall maybe add Ancient Egyptian pics and themes.
We would give this 4 stars, but have been experiencing issues with the game freezing for a couple of weeks now. No improvements with the updates. Very frustrating. Since we see Im not the only one experiencing this, we hope it gets fixed soon.
Have been playing it for a long time always been our favorite game would really like it if the ads were taken off, but other than that love the game.
Excellent calming and relaxing thing to do when you need to refresh and restore your well-being.
Needs an exchange policy. Have to purchase a package of ten photos even if you only like two of them. Should be able to exchange the eight you dont like for something else,. This one speck of color here, there and everywhere is for the birds. Is not enjoyable with specks of color and looks awful. Downsize the number of colors ai is using so we can get some more enjoyable pictures to work on. We are working on our last two horrible pictures and will not be purchasing anymore. We like the concept but cannot relax and enjoy because of the specks of all the colors.
For everyone that is having freezing issues please go into game and send customer service an email so Im not the only one. That is the only way they will fix it. We dont think they read the reviews regularly.
We have used this game for years. Its fun and relaxing. There was a gilts for a couple days, but you guys fixed it quick and now its better than ever. Thank you.
The update ruined the app! We cant open anything, the screen is very small and we have lost everything :(.
We love this app but with the new update the puzzle is to magnified. We have our settings at the lowest one and yet it is 3 times the size it used to be. We need it smaller agin.
We have been playing this game daily for about 8 years and it is hands down our absolute favorite activity. We highly recommend playing as a way to pass time, relax and enjoy that beautiful pictures that you can color.
We been playing for years we finally paided to get rid of ads and Im hooked we dont do no social media we know Im weird lol but we dont have time for it this passes time when we have down time love this game.
We AM NOT GETTING MY FREE STAMPS. IT STICKS. We HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY SO PLEASE FIX THE STAMPS! PSAP! KATHY WEST! Stamps skips after 5. If we had gotten what we should you would owe us many. Support page doesnt work.
We love this game but when we watch the ads to get extra daily points we never get our rewards. Its always with a certain ad called Royal Match. Its has done this for months. Thought u might get the problem fixed by now. Im sure Im not the only person it is happening to. Tried to report problem to your website but when we click on it we get file not found.
We have really enjoyed this app, but we can no longer earn enough points to get new pictures. The packages are way more expensive, so we would have to buy them with cash. But out of the pictures in each pack there are usually only 3 or 4 that we are interested in using. So we're paying for ten but not using even half. We're thinking of deleting the app. Dont know why this didnt get posted? We did delete the app but recently tried again. Now the ads in the game – which werent there before, freeze as theyre playing. We have to turn off our phone entirely to get out of the ad. Not worth the hassle. Disappointing because we enjoyed the serenity of the cross stitch.
This is one of our favorite games ever, and for months now, the app just wont open. It just says Loading for minutes and minutes but never loads. Im so sad because we love this game. We dont know how else to contact you other than to leave a review here.
You have to turn tablet to landscape mode before hitting cross stitch icon, and will load properly. ,(which review is not shown here and received no response from developers). One change we would like to see is a left handed option in the settings to put thread colors on left side of screen. We would give.
We love this game but they instituted ads and there are so many the game is practically unplayable now.

Loved the app.been playing for years. Our new iPad Air M3 overheats massively whenever we play. Never had this problem in the past. The app also causes the screen to dim randomly. Does this app have too much battery usage to cause this? Also the link to Developer help doesnt work.
When we played this app for about 30 to 40 minutes, then our iPad starts to heat up. Maybe you should fix those.
Cross-Stitch has been our pal for years. Its relaxing and fun. We can use our own art work.
Please update Soon and fix the bugs, our game crashes every 15 minutes and this has been our go to game since middle school it helps our anxiety so much and we dont want to find another.
Ive been playing this game for a very long time since we were a young pre-teen Im now 21. We love this game so very much as someone who sometimes struggles with anxiety this game helps us to calm down and relax and even soothes us after a long 10-12 hour work day Ive had some issues with the app before but nothing that stays very long before it gets fixed. We tried reaching out to app support but it said the page couldnt be found which is why Im coming here to the reviews Ive been having an issue recently since we got back on the game where ever time an add pops up and plays all the way through it wont let you hit continue to go back to the game almost like it freezes and we have to exit the game completely out and start it back up again we cant say for sure wether its just a certain add or not because the only add that Ive had has been that annoying royal match or whatever that game is called add if you could look into this we would appreciate it very much we know its not the worst but/issue but its still a little aggravating sometimes thank you.
Ive played this app for years. We think its better than coloring apps because it doesnt leave you frustrated and searching for a tiny little spot that you missed. There are a few adds but not many at all. If you like to color we highly recommend this app.
Our app works perfectly. Yours should too. We notice it crashes at startup when they're giving coins or a free pattern. Just hit the icon again. Sometimes you need to do it 3 times even. If it errors while playing Delete and redownload our hand gets fatigue playing this. Please add simply colored adult theme patterns, with swirls and shapes of one color each, without the excessive tap tap tapping one square at a time. **.
We love this app so much but we dont like how all the horse pictures are all separated. Wish there was a bundle that could be bought with game money to buy some.
Hi, Ive been playing this game since we were a little girl now Im older. We play on our Apple phone but when we try to open the app, it will not load up. Itll just shut down and take us back to our home screen. Im trying to figure out how to get back into it because this is our favorite game and we didnt know how else to contact you. Please help us this is our favorite game.
We play this on our iPads one is brand new. On the new one the game will shut down & we have a hard time opening it back up. It will also shut down & the sign in box will come up & it wont let us shut down the iPad at all. It will also say unexpected error when trying to save the game its getting very annoying.
We really enjoy this game, and use it to unwind when stressed. You get a free pattern that you can create on the top bar everyday, and you even receive patterns from the game every once in a while. Truly love this game.
There is a lot of nice pics to cross stitch with out all the needles and thread to deal with.

This is a calming game that we can do while we watch tv r whatnot to help w mopping our mind busy. It helps w our anxiety.
We had this game as a kid around a decade ago. We randomly remembered about it recently and downloaded it again. Its still amazing and you can tell the creators put a lot of effort into it! Extremely fun and relaxing.
PRO: we love doing the patterns and how the stitch looks like an actual cross stitch! That's why we rated it 5 stars. CON: we're hoping you can fix the app so it stops crashing when trying to open it!! A few times it opens without crashing but it usually crashes one to four times in a row. This is so annoying.

This game is very fun, and Im sure it will provide us with even more fun as we continue to play it. We are slightly sad about the in game cash though. We get 25 daily cash, and any cash from completing the cross stitch. But, we run out of cash and cant do any more patterns we want to. Im just short about 600 cash from the pattern we want but we have to log in for many days before Id get that. Id also get a bit from our daily cross stitch pattern that we make, but its not enough. Our suggestion to the devs is to add a button in the shop that lets you watch an ad for 15-25 bucks. And limit you to 10 ads a day. This way the game isnt ad based, and still gives the user more bucks and the devs income. Overall a great game.

We never write reviews but we just want to thank the devs of this app. We checked our profile and ive been a member since april 2016 we first got this app in MIDDLE SCHOOL and we just graduated college. Its just as enjoyable and accessible as it was back then, and if it aint broke dont fix it!! (but, we do wish you could put the color selector on the left side of the screen; we hold our Apple Pencil with our right hand and it would be a lot easier to select a new color with our left hand!).
We had this a few years ago and somehow it got deleted. Well something made us rennet it so we went to the App Store and found it. Its a lot of fun. Good while traveling or watching tv. We highly recommend it.
This game is so unique and fun! Theres a million color by number apps that have a billion ads and eventually get boring, but this is not that. Its especially refreshing because of the variety of beautiful patterns, and of course, the embroidery part of it! Its so much fun compared to other apps like this because of all the different patterns they offer, and it just looks so cool when youre actually coloring something. The end product is also satisfying. The currency in this game is actually great to work with, you can buy packs of designs for a reasonable price (not actual money) and you get a good amount of cash when you finish a design. You also get daily rewards all the time, so youre not stuck until you can buy something new. The ONLY thing we would say that we dont like about this game is the zoom. Theres really only one setting on the zoom and the other one is so close its basically useless in our opinion. So really its 2x zoom or zoom all the way out, but then you can only look at the picture and cant work. This can cause lots of fatigue in our arms from moving the screen all the time and is sometimes so annoying we stop for the day. HOWEVER, we wouldnt avoid this app because of this, as long as you position yourself comfortably, you will be okay.
Easiest cross-stitch Ive ever done and we love it.
