We want to like this game. Elements of it are fun. There is no support. Purchases and progress are gone time and time again, sending you back to the starting point. VIP has been a waste.the game crashing and erasing your progress was annoying the first few times. At this point we dont want to bother starting over.yet again.
We enjoy this game. Pretty straightforward progression. The frustrating part is it that about half the time its gets stuck on the load screen. If you on Wi-Fi at 100mb or more no problem but 5g or hotel its not gonna progress past this screen. That when you have to disconnect from everything and start offline. The offline option is nice to have.
Love the game. But ever since the new company took over we cant even log in. Ive been waiting for an update but nothing. Its a real shame.
Have been playing this game for months now. We find it soooo frustrating to have the tickets earned from battles lost in the wheel of fortune which almost always if not always LOSS. You guys are cheating the playerrs out of the tickets earned in battles! Soooooooooooooooo frustrating! If you want us to quit playing. Keep AT IT.
This game is fun to play but lately Ive been facing a bug and cant seem to report it anyway. A mission to make a new sculpture 1 and Ive made dozens already and it wont complete. Ill change our review if it was fixed.
We just started playing this game again and it is so fun. We played a couple years ago and had a lot of time and money put into it. Unfortunately though we are not able to recover it.
We love how you get better GladiatorHeroes and level up.
For some reason we cannot transfer our game to new devices when we log in via facebook.
Money based game wish it was fair we understand people need to make there money but this is a pay to play game but all and all its a really fun game just wish we could get the full experience out of it.

Weak on strategy, of the buildings… Also why do we need more than 1 building to train a gladiator of same class ? Isnt one building for each class is already enough . (we would think so) right ? What about adding stat points for each gladiator that can be added by the player, & not just stats points but so each class for each gladiator u can peak one supper special ability that other gladiators cannot get ! We mean Im thinking out of box Bcz the money this game cost to play worth being upgraded and made better. For now all we see is about half of clash of clans In a different style, Im sure u can do more to this game.
Well it is a good game and we love it because we love Roman history. It is a good game, it gives you the chance to own gladiators and advance through the levels. But it does take time to heal your gladiators, which makes sense but we feel like we always have to use our gems to do stuff. We are fine with spending money on a game but not that much. So some pointers is make the game more inter active. We fell like people would like a mode were you are a gladiator we feel that we would give the game a fresh new feel. That some things that would be good. We feel like you could change how much you have to spend to upgrade your city because you have to upgrade your town hall and then that takes hours and then when it is done you dont have enough materials to upgrade the building that you wanted to.
Make it so gamers would have ability to used the same account on different platforms! We have a high level account that we are only able to play on one phone, Facebook backing up has been broke. Or compromised. So soon this will make us loose our account because we are not able to back up our game progress on a different device using Facebook. So Im stuck playing it on our iPhone that ON FULL BATTERY CHARGED IT ONLY STAYING ALIVE FOR 5 minutes and then the phone just dies. For sake of our money spent on this game, make soemthing that would let us keep the game progress saved and have ability to load the backed up deta and play it on other devices as well.
Its such a shame, so much potential, and no further support.. So much could be done with this game. Please dont abandon it.
Loving the game enjoying the fact that u can still play without internet connection but if u guys could do us a solid and improve healing time and Im constantly getting the titan class instead of more random gladiators which is frustrating perhaps more random matches that would be sweet we will probably keep this game for a long time.
Construction taking very long time.
Recent update wiped out all of our Jewels, we tried to contact but every time we click on icon kicks us out of game. How do we/we contact you? Still waiting patiently… We cannot contact you another way because your game doesnt allow it How do we contact you to get our jewels back, we had almost 8000? Very disappointed about this hiccup, been playing this game for a longtime.
Fun game but would have been much if set as turn based. The further you get you see its designed to have you constantly spending money. The resource system makes no sense. We dont mind spending $20, $30 on a good game. This one wants much more.
We were an avid player of this game before and saved up 1100 that mysteriously disappeared. We were trying to purchase season three rewards but did not receive any rewards and lost all our gems. We reached out to support with no contact back over a week. If they can help Ill change to a 5 star.
This might have been a good game a while back. Support doesnt answer emails. Clan wars cant be found. There hasnt been an update in over a year according to our clan members.
We have just downloaded the game back got our data and all and now we customize our gladiator color and appearance then it prompts us to build something it will not let us build it then it points to a arrow next to the color merchant and it wont let us place the building or touch the arrow the building next to the merchant pls help.
We made a in game purchases of some diamonds and was charged for it but did not receive any diamonds.
Game gets boring quick because of the long wait times.

Game will allow you to play for a few days until they force you into a corner to spend money to continue to play. We stopped because we refuse to pay just to play.
Can the progression and healing be any slower. It kills your game and wants us to. Uninstall. Cut literally everything by 50%, we live in 2022, not 1983. Jesus.
We have been playing for a week or 2 then it just kicked us out and will not let us back in.

Hi,Im 11 and into Spartans. We were very excited when we first found this game. BUT we CANT EVEN BE A SPARTAN!!!! Worst game Ive ever downloaded.
We just spent 500 gems on a golden statue when we had room for another hero. When we hired the hero they disappeared. Rip off.
The game is great but it gets to repetitive its stupid really the same fights over and over again so stupid.
The first day or so is the honeymoon period where you can play as much as you like constantly upgrade your characters, but after that its downhill. The game becomes stale & slow, battle once wait 10+ min to heal your character or pay gems (pay to play) to play right away & keep getting rewards. That brings us to our next point, REWARDS. We had over 40 unclaimed rewards & we couldnt use any of them because you have to collect rewards in the order you receive them or you lose them. So our armory was not upgraded to carry more weapons, we waited over a day to upgrade our armory because we didnt want to pay gems. We could of course waste the first 20 of our unclaimed rewards on weapons to get some wood, but why would you throw away materials you rightfully earned. We understand the capacity limit but allow the players to choose at their own volition, obvious cash grab their. Last thing to say to get a premium (top of the line MAYBE) character you need 8000 gems. Thats equivalent to $80. Mind you want a solid team of 6 for continues heal & play (If your unclaimed rewards order cooperates that is). So you would need about $500 just to be top tier. The other option is play the game one time a day for 10 minutes & lose interest over time lol When will someone make a legit F2P enjoyable game.
The game is good but should have more better mobility and better graphics and put leonides In a VIP pack for 1.99$.
We played this game last 6 years.we remember the game and we downloaded last week this game again.But we cant restore our Acc.
Reached out to the devs about a bug and recovering an old account since we were coming back. They looked into the bug and it will be resolved in the next update coming soon. We wasnt able to recover our account because we didnt have the necessary info (our fault). But since Ive enjoyed the game so much Im happy starting over. The devs apologized and offered us some in game items to help catch up. Not something they had to do, but it was much appreciated. Great team, looking forward to more from them.
Ive been playing this game around three years now and ever since the beginning every time we check on our gladiators our game always crashes on us. Dont know why this happens, but if anyone could fix this, that would be great.
We recently deleted our account because the app was bugging but we did not save the our data under an account. We were glad at how quickly the team got it back to us. Some additional bug fixes are in order, but we still find it quite enjoyable.

This has potential to be a great game. There are a lot of bug Im still encountering. When closing a menu it stays onscreen and forces you to click out to the map. The menu for players glitches a lot. Game randomly crashes.
Hi we dont know if we are the only one experiencing this but when ever we try to exit a menu by tapping the X button it would break the game and we would then need to swipe the game and re enter the game.
Game will stop working when we hit "x" to close any windows.
Hey Ive been playing this game since it came out but became devastated when on the 5 year anniversary our game would not load in after the load in screen for weeks and we tried to fix the issue by deleting the app and redownloading which made it into a bigger issue causing us to start over and lose all our currency , time , and especially warriors.. We are hoping to find a solution to this as this was a game we played daily and had over 10k in diamonds.
We have a problem with our account, there used to be a small purple button, (in game) on the town screen. The purpose of the button was for a customer/consumer to explain or express concerns and issues they were having with the game. It was always VERY helpful, but this time we are forced to come here to leave a review in hopes that our issues will someday be addressed. Issue: we have played this game for many years under many different accounts on several separate devices. (Gangland, The Last City) < these are previous town names from past accounts. Our newest or most recent account we had mistakenly named Unnamed A few days ago, we made an in-game purchase that allowed us to unlock the Shaman character, and since then we havent been able to open the game at all. It stays at the loading screen for hours. So, today, we were forced to offload and re-install the game (knowing that we have been connected to gamecenter and logged in using our Apple ID. Our game now is gone and Ive been made to restart from scratch. We are unsure of how you deal with these situations now, as in the past we have had that small purple button to go to, but we have receipts for all the in-game purchases we had made on all our accounts. We would like to have our most recent account back, but we are unsure if logging in with apple will bring us back to our old account or overwrite our account entirely. Please get back to us as soon as possible. Thanks.
Your account can randomly get deleted with their updates so enjoy loosing progress.
Fist of all we should thank the developers for the help they offer real time during the game. If you are stuck, or experience any bug or you just dont know what to do, they are present to help you on any case, and that happened to us. We enjoy every aspect of the game. The 3D cartoon alike graphs, sounds of voices, and fights. The amazing progress from zero to anything you want to achieve. The real-like timing of healing and training have a balance with the timing of the game playing missions. This is not an easy game, nor a hard one. The game difficulty is basically base on the strategic that the player use to place the gladiators in arena against enemies. Every next mission has something new that makes the game harder and super exciting. We personally recommended, and if you become vip you will experience a lot of more contest of the game that will blow your mind. Especial thanks to all the developers of this star of game.
Had a lot of fun so far wasnt exactly what we were expecting but still a fun way to waste time.
With the new Emperors Quest system, there is a yellow arrow making us click on the quest but can not complete it. Our tower is only Level 3 and while scrolling across the screen, we can not do anything but watch and do nothing. Unplayable until this is fixed. Thank you! Will give this 5 stars if this glitch is fixed.
Started playing this game again but its frozen on the Emperors Request. Every time we start it, the game requires us to click on the tent in the lower right corner. When we select it, it shows another arrow at the upper left corner that is frozen. From that point you cannot do anything. Restarting doesnt work, nor does deleting the app and downloading it again. Help.
Is there a way to fix it or not bc we really In joy this game during our recover and we wish it keep working.
