The game started out interesting; however, it started falling apart with the storyline and all. We thought even paying 2.99 was a bit much for this game. The ending was just sudden and without any explanation as to what happened. Find a better game.
It's a great premise and the game mechanics and graphics are great but we just wish the free version was the FULL version.
We honestly don't mind so much if a game is shorter in duration than what we are expecting, but this one ended abruptly and made absolutely NO sense. The player is following one guy and shifting between what may be his dream and what he is remembering and then suddenly he is digging up the beating heart and the game is over. You have no idea what even happened. In addition, items that move the game along are in unusual locations – some you may have already tapped on with no result. The violence and bloody parts are not as disturbing as the stupid fight scenes. This game ruined the whole Edgar Allan Poe series for us. We won't buy another one.
We have several games in this series, but we don't like this one. We found it gimmicky. Using lens and goggles to locate injuries was just plain tedious. The other puzzles were pretty boring, too. We're SO disappointed with the games coming out of BF these days.
We have tried to download this more than once but it wont load properly.
The game downloads on our new iPhone too large to play. We believe its downloading the iPad version to our iPhone 13. We were not able to play the game.

Why are some of your games zoomed in so much??!? We love playing the games but you cant play them when they are zoomed in so far.
Screen is really zoomed in making it unplayable. We tried everything. Very disappointing.
We tried to pull up the app so many times to play this game, the screen is zoomed in so much that we cannot see a thing! Dont get us wrong, we love Big Fish games so we are a bit disappointed.
We downloaded this game and for some reason we couldnt see any of the screen it zoomed in so much that we couldnt click on anything we dont even have the zoom feature on please fix this we would be willing to pay for the game if we could play it.
The game appears to be zoomed in as it looks like we are only seeing a tiny portion of what is going on. We have deleted and reinstalled, updated our phone… Game still zoomed in.
Played a lot of Big Fish games. This was honestly the worst. The story doesnt flow, and ends abruptly. Because the storyline is so choppy youre constantly hitting the hint. Its not intuitive so that you dont know how to proceed. Very annoying.

Save your money… We've purchased all of the games in the series, as we've enjoyed them in the past. This one was WAY too short and for us, uninteresting.
By far the worst game we've have played in this series. Wish we hadn't spent the money. Also way too short. Plot lame.
We are glad we only paid $3 for it but even that was too much. The story was not great… The idea was sound the but execution was faulty. When we got to the end, we were confused as to what was happening and surprised that it was the end because it just ended with no resolution.. We played the bonus chapter to see if maybe it would answer some questions and it went back to the past mostly so that was a no also… This is the third game in a row we have been disappointed in with big fish… It seems like their prices went up and the game quality went down… We probably won't be buying anymore big fish games for awhile.
