We like playing because its fun, unfortunately the rewards are enough and even the purchases dont give you anything and it takes more to put in than what you pay for. You should pay out more blue chips and when packages are purchased payout Korean s make it easier to get to the next level. Bingo aloha pays out way more. So Ill spend more money there.
We like this game a lot, and dont mind paying for the periodic bundle to allow us to play longer. But recently Ive experienced so many crashes that Im giving up. It would be ok if they reimbursed you for the coins and power ups you lose, particularly since Ive reported all of them, but most of the time: nothing.
We absolutely love this game. Despite getting messages from weird dudes trying to shoot their shot and our profile literally being us and our husband. The issue Im having lately is that the game is crashing. Multiple times a day, multiple times in a row. Only sometimes after it crashes do we get our coins or anything back. Most of the time we dont. We dont want to delete this game, because we enjoy it, but its hard to enjoy it when its continuously crashing mid game.
This game has to many issues. Like today we were playing and it froze up. Now we cant collect our winnings. Its not allowing us to contact customer support either. They need to fix this game.
We love this game but it crashes out far too often to make it worth even trying to play.
This bingo game is a scam. It calls out the same bingo numbers that you have already played, it calls out numbers that arent even showing on the ball; it literally just showed us a 35 and it said 32 and did not put the 35 on our bingo card. Thats a scam.
Dont bother. Its not the same game as it used to be. People are either leaving or having to pay to play without ads. The ads keep getting worse over time. You have to click out of the same ad at least 4 times now and they last longer. AND they interfere with your ability to play the game, constantly interrupts ours. If we accidentally tap our screen wrong, we get kicked into ads, sometimes back to back. Then just to rub salt in the wound, they throw the last ad at you to remove ads . We used to pay to play until theyve made the ads so bad we refuse to drop another penny in this game. Dont get us started on how many items you need to complete anything. The ratios are so far off you never reach the goals unless you pay to. Who wants to pay for that? Im only here now for our friends, to chat. Im not even competing anymore. Theyve taken all the fun out of it now. We used to enjoy playing, now we just go through the motions, do all the chores etc while we chat with friends.
We give this game 5 stars for gameplay, its a really fun game, but we keep running out of chips and dont win any back to keep playing. The price for the amount of chips you get for purchasing is wayy out of perspective. For people like us and our club who gladly invest hours into advancing through the challenges, it is becoming a hassle to keep up. We dont mind a game being a little challenging, but we are not spending hundreds of dollars to supply a pass-time. Games should be fun AND affordable. We dont mind dropping like $20 a week, but this game is priced to be about $5 for the lowest level game PER PLAY, and the rewards to advance are almost unattainable at that rate. The inter-club trading helps, but we would like to be able to hold our own and not be coddled and constantly asking for items that we will never be able to obtain from normal gameplay. Love this game, play everyday, but somethings gotta give.
We love playing the game but it has way too many ads. We would play it all day long if it wasnt for that.
We loved this game from the beginning but now not so much we spend 160 tokens and sometimes we only get one article js we will still play the game cause its a lot of fun even when it crashes which it has been doing lately for some reason we continue playing when we log back in.Now today it keeps telling us to update to continue but there is no update button so Im thru for today ty.

This game is cute and fun but we spend our coins on basically only some balls being called we can go 6 balls called and nothing on our boards that is stupid we are wasting our coins and the boards are very expensive like we have to wait until we get 320 coins just to play the best one to get more we mean yes its fun and cute but come on.
We use to love this app but seems like daily it crashes mid game. When reported nothing is done and we just lose tokens to play. Not fun anymore.
We used to love this game but recently we have noticed that when the royal daubing comes up, it makes it harder for you to get more than 6 bingos even on 4 cards. Recently on the second to the highest tier, we only got 1 bingo on 4 cards WTH is that? We love the event bingos but again this game makes it impossible to get to the end of the gold level as it makes the event daubs minimal. Please stop with the new pay to play its getting ridiculous. The story lines are awesome and so are the challenges so if it wasnt for the above, this would be a 5 star review. Please make the coins more affordable for purchase as well.
We used to loovvee this game. We played for about 3-4 years. Couldnt stop playing. Since Christmas of 2023, clipwire had a glitch where we won huge number of tokens for about a month and they then punished us for the year of 2024. We were barely able to complete events and puzzles. Storybooks have no winnings (that should be dropped from the game). To be able to stay in the game we had to purchase power ups. We wanted to stay to interact and help our team but the lack of winning tokens became frustrating.
We too agree with everyone else. New or future players pay attention to the reviews and dont bother, itll just cause frustration. Used to love this game but now its ridiculous. The event games are a joke, you cant complete all 3 and each collectors edition pass is $30 bucks, are ya crazy. The puzzles dont complete, designer pass a joke and dont get us started on Royal Blast, you have to get a minimum of 10 bingos per game to continue the streak, thats freaking ridiculous. You get hardly any bingos. Im lucky if we get 3 to 5 bingos and they expect us to get 10, stupid. Pink flags another joke how much it cost to use them. Overall dont bother. There are other bingo games better.
IDK what has happened to this app but it used to be fun to play and you used to be able to complete builds and tokens to be able to play games used to be plentiful but now gameplay is at an all-time low. You barely get any bingos, you get no tokens to be able to play bingo games, pieces required for building are far and few between. In app purchase prices are absolutely outrageous for what is offered $5.00 for a measly 60 tokens, which gets you a 40 token game and a 20 token game which is a laughing joke because there is absolutely no reward for those low paying games. We miss the way this game used to be. Easy play high reward now its extremely hard play no reward. You dont even get what you put in, in return. Shame on these developers.
We have been trying to get trade issue resolved and no one answers our request except a stupid bot. Please read your messages and respond so gameplay is correct.
Fix game algorithms! Ive only stayed as long as we have because of the wonderful people in our club. Ive been playing many years but it gets harder every year. We wont finish the current event. Hard to get anywhere in the game with only 1 or 2 bingos per game we play. Ive played 320 token games and even today only ONE bingo! Lower token games are just as bad. Im done with current event. Ill help teammates but done trying to finish rooms. THE NAME OF THE GAME IS BINGO! Give us some.
Fun game, but it goes real slow sometimes, seems like if we shut it down for a few seconds, it comes back faster. Fix the bugs, and its going to be a GREAT game app! Seems to have a problem with the sound! Goes out occasionally.
Update: we've fixed it ourselves. It was because our sound for ringtones and notifications were off. Once we turned it on it was fixed. Sorry about that, giving 5 stars, love the game!! Ive just recently downloaded this game and have been playing it. Ive gotten as far as the middle of the second book but now there is no sound. No music playing and we can no longer hear the bingo numbers being called. Ive checked our settings and Ive deleted and redownloaded the app but it hasnt done anything. It just stays silent. Ive got our sound turned all the way up. Everything else on our phone produces a sound except this app. If we cant hear the bingo numbers being called out we dont want to play. Please fix this!!!! Once its fixed Ill give it 5 stars, but until then Im only giving 2.
Its a cool lil game but it needs to have a better way to win tokens. You have to spend way too much money to play this game and Im just gonna stop playing. The tokens are expensive and it takes so many tokens to play. Im washing our hands of this game.
We have played this game for a while now. Lately, it wont load even though it appears to be loading. We contacted support and the fix was uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We did that and it worked greatfor a week. Since that time, we have had to uninstall and reinstall on a weekly basis to get the game to load. Our iPad was completely up to date and now we have a brand new iPad, but the same thing is happening. This isnt how an app should work.
We have played this game for 1.5 years and we used to love it due to the relaxing nature of the game. Now it only causes us frustration to play. What we are noticing is despite our paying a lot of money for their power-ups, it allots only so much per game. For example, we have 590 power-ups and maybe only 3-4 are use per game. So if we want to do well, we have to buy more power ups in the hopes that they will be used in the entire game. It makes no sense. They used to offer $4.99 packages, but once we started to spend more money, they no longer appear. This company has no desire in offering a fun, relaxing game. Shame on you.
Please please please fix the glitch that occurs constantly!! We get booted off in the middle of a game. It happened 5 times with is 2 minutes. Only one time were our bingo credits credited back to us. Very annoying.
We love this app, so many bingos! We love it! No ads, just bingo as much as you can. Highly recommend, none to compare to Bingo Story. We love it.
Its a good game but the horrible glitch keeps exiting out of the game and only gives you the points you lost a third of the time . Its not worth playing now.
Ive been playing this game for a while. We really enjoy it in our downtime. However , today its experiencing glitches and being extremely slow. We reached out to support , they readily replied with automated messages telling us to send attachments of the issues. We screenshotted the game when it would freeze. Ive gotten no response back in over an hour. It is super fun game , so this is very disappointing.
Literally, ads after every round, after you click anywhere even to check something in settings, yes, even for checking settings you get an ad. Just an insane amount of ads. Like, what make this people think players will enjoy that.
While the game seems fun, we couldnt play more than a few levels as its incredibly too slow and too much wasted time in between games. We just want to play, put all the awards in one screen and just be done with it. We dont care about the story, just play bingo.

This was one of our favorite games until they changed the format recently.The bronze and up levels do not allow you to get as many rewards as the older version especially if you are a high token player like us.we log in for daily rewards now and thats it.

We play a lot of different bingo games. This is one of our favorites, but we have to say lately. It has been disappointing. We miss the days when you could play free games where you didnt need the bingo credits. We also miss how it was easier to get a lot of bingo credits, we dont like as much anymore and the way they changed the extra games we dont like as much just because it used to be so much get so much points and you earn different things especially the bonus credits and the 20 piece puzzles. Those are still there, but not as much bingo credits as it used to be. We hope they Figure out a way to make it better. We wont lie. We are always on a lookout for a better bingo game with all these changes.
We started playing Bingo Story 4 years ago which we loved playing but now with all the changes plus yall took the free classic game away and now with this new update this game isnt fun anymore so we deleted the app. Do a better job and stop changing the game.
They recently updated the game and not for the better . We have been playing this game for over 10 years and these last couple of updates it has gotten to the point that we may delete the game altogether. You used to be able to progress fairly quickly and now it takes forever and in order to do so quickly you now need to buy gems, stars etc . Very disappointed.
We play every day and have played for years and have spent many dollars on this game but , now you want $2.00 every 30 day not to watch ads that is crazy and golden passes for everything is getting a little out of control! You dont win enough token to play so if we dont purchase one of the now outrageously priced packs we we are going to have to delete.
This game used to be really fun. They keep updating and every time they do, it gets worse. They charge more and more tokens to play the game. If you run out you can buy more but that cost keeps going up also. So you pay more and more for less and less. You used to be able to watch an add to get 5 more balls now they make you watch an add when you finish a bingo game for nothing, just to collect what you won on the game you paid your tokens for. This game was super fun and now because of their greediness it is no longer fun and people are deleting the game in droves. We do NOT recommend this game.
Ive been playing for years and has seen a drastic decline in the last 2 years. Probably why all the reviews on here are over a year old. This is supposed to be for fun its a game chitwire. The only reason we still play are the people on our team. So sad thats it gone down hill.
Lately we will play a few games and go back the next day to play again and the app work. We have to delete the app and redownload it to get it to work again. We have done this 3 times this week. What is going on.
Every couple of days we need to delete and re install the game or it will not load. We have a new IPAD so we highly double that is the problem.
This is a super fun online Bingo game. HOWEVER, we have to delete the app and download again every single day. Takes forever to collect the coins that you need to even play one bingo game a day. When playing, even if you bingo, you dont win enough to play another game. Not worth the time if players cant even play for a few games. Yeah its a free game to play and if you have the patience to wait, its a great game! But sad to say, we are deleting this app. We have found a bingo game that we can actually play without having to pay. Maybe we will check back again at a later time to see if anything has changed. When we started playing this game last night there were 3 login options – guest, Facebook, and Apple ID. We really enjoyed playing it. When we went to play again this morning we had been logged out and the Apple option was gone. So not only have we lost all of our game progress, we dont use Facebook so we cant play this game at all. Its a very disappointing and strange situation.
After last update the game does not load on the iPad after closing out the game.

This is honestly one of the best bingo games we have played. The only thing is that it is so difficult to get power ups. No way to get more until the events. We cant afford to purchase in game so thats a bit of a downer for us. Other than that we have no complaints. Overall a very fun way to pass our time after a days work.
We really enjoy playing this game BUT we continuously have problems collecting the gifts offered via email. It just doesnt work. The customer support team has been great sending us things to make up for this we just wish we didnt have to report this error almost every week. We have met really good people on the team, which we consider a family. Thats why we havent left Bingo Story.
Glad you fixed our issue with virtually getting no bingos so upped the rating. However our teammates are still complaining that their success rate is low. Im afraid they will drop from game. Everyone in the chats are complaining. Harder to get bingos, harder to get tokens, harder to get bingo balls to help club members makes the game less fun. We can understand charging more for game items but not making the game less fun. People have no desire to spend money if they cant make progress doing so. We have removed a lot of the negative comments we had here. This really is a fun game so dont drive away your customers.
We want to love this game. We cant though. We like the graphics.It is so hard to win anything it makes it easy to only play a couple times a week if that. Multiple times Ive won bingo chips and never actually gotten them. Like others have said you cant complete collections. We have been playing this game for well over a year and have NEVER completed s collection. We would never recommend making a purchase cause you prob wont get everything. There are too many glitches. Even as we write this review it keeps glitching and Ive had to rewrite stuff twice. Then even if you do get what you buy it is gone before you win enough to keep playing. We can also not log in and play a game without somebody messaging us and hitting on us. Plus there are way too many ads. We guess Ive been spoiled saving the king on our favorite game. Very disappointing. However, thats probably a good thing or Id spend too much time/money playing this game. Like we said though makes it easy to not keep playing.
Game is fun to play and starts of really good and then like all games you have to start to pay to play. It gets you in then cuts everything down to barely any bingos unless you pay.
