Normally, we dont give reviews, but Im thinking we just might start. The game is cute, but come on! The ads pop up every other turn & the ad banner at the bottom covers have of the boosters & pause button. We tapped the ad 2 or 3 times before we actually paused the game. Thats a problem you might want to look into. Other than that, the game is pretty good, graphics are cute, and we would definitely continue this game if the problems with the ads would go away.
This game just instructs you to match pairs and to clear the board. But when we get to the last pair in the board? Our game is over without completing the match. Making you to have to buy more coins. We have played this game a long time and stopped for a while. Now that we returned its barely impossible to win. They just explain what power ups and tiles are and to match pairs but thats it??? Dont download this app.

As soon as we did the update we were removed from our club. Ive seen others saying this when they finally find the club. Now it wont let us send a request to join a club. Fix your update please. Other than that, love this app. Great job of keeping it running smooth. More update hiccups. Game keeps closing on us.
We have played this game for a few years. There have been several levels that we have been stuck on during that time. We have been stuck on level 2167 for several weeks and we are about to quit playing this game. Sad because we love it, but each setup only has one or two moves before being over. This has stopped being fun, relaxing or entertaining.
Trying to update and it won't let us us please give us a solution. We enjoy playing this game.
Ive been playing this game for several years. Of course we do win sometimes, and have even done well in a few tournaments, but more often than not we keep playing the same level over and over – sometimes for days. We will no longer spend money on a game we cannot win so will probably delete the game when we run out of coins.

This game is designed without forced ads and this is fun! Collecting souvenirs is a cool idea we would reccoment it for you guys.
Our anti virus keeps popping up blocking as we open the app. Ive been playing this for years and love it but not taking the risk.

This game is fun at first until you have to move through each landmark then it makes you go back and replay levels you've already played (sometimes you've beaten the same level multiple times already) to collect these 'tickets' so you can move on to the next set of like 20 levels. It's so extremely frustrating to have to go back and replay levels we've already played especially ones that were hard to beat or we had to use power ups to beat in the first place since then you just drain all your power ups on the same levels, all this and sometimes you don't even earn the tickets at the end of the level which is insane.
We have an iPad iOS version later than what is needed but still wont update with even the old one! Whats going on.
Times are not consistent as too what an hour is. Making cost value worse than already is. Have been unable too reach app support for this.

Good game but cheap rewards especially for it to be a bit challenging. We love a good challenge, but some of the hard boards are so hard to beat without a power trick ; it makes you not want to play. The word boring comes into play without advantage or advancements.
The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. We understand that getting something for free youre going to have to sacrifice a little but holy cow its infuriating. We would play this game more if not for that. We like the game itself but the amount of ads make it almost unplayable. As soon as you open the app you are bombarded with 10 different things to buy, as soon as you finish a level, and/or attempt a level you get another advertisement you have to close out of 3 or 4 different times and the X is so small you inadvertently click the ad itself and get redirected to a page you never meant to go to in the first place. Its almost like they dont want you to play the game. It is so so frustrating Ive contemplated not playing it at all but if you could fix this or cut them even in half it would be more doable. If you dont plan to spend any money just be prepared to spend the majority of your time in this app watching ads, mostly about games that have no ads, isnt that ironic.
We love this game but today it froze up on us and Ive done everything to try and un freeze it. Restarted our phone un-install and re-install and it is still frozen.
Some stages are hilarious we literally match one and its game over lol and it happens several times in a row where we die in first two three matches. Lmao still three star cuz we enjoy playing it once in a while.
We are a long timer player of this game and have enjoyed playing for years. Suddenly the game is much too difficult to progress without making in ap purchases which we refuse to do. Time to find another like game that doesnt block progress by forcing in-ap purchases to progress.

We played this game everyday. Its the only mahjong game Ive ever really enjoyed, but we had to delete it because after a very high level, we just couldnt move forward no matter how many times we tried. Shame because it was a great game.
They charged us twice 25.99 for something 6.99. They also charged us 18.97 for something 2.99.
Level 344 is built to force you to spend money. There is no possible way to beat it without buying all the add special boosters. Its so blatant. Sometimes even 1-2 matches and youve run out of options. Time for us to delete this one and move on. Bye mahjong.
The constant ads between games are driving us to stop ever playing this game again. We had to download a new version & we are truly frustrated.
Love the design and art, easy to navigate, the music is good, and the puzzles are complex and fun. The tiles are sleek and overall it has cute missions and goals!!! Highly recommend.

We played this game often for quite awhile and then we got to a point where we couldnt click on the next level bc of the position of the map! The place we ended up was hidden behind advertisements!! We got so frustrated that we gave up and deleted the app.
We like playing because of the beautiful tiles but the levels are VERY hard to beat even when you use coins. Also when we did finally break down and buy some coins, we didn't get credit and had to contact tech support which took a day to resolve.
Fun game, but there are way too many ads we feel like Im selling our soul everytime we play so we had to delete.

Its a fun game, but now you cant make any purchases in the game. It will take the password and keep popping up to purchase over and over again. So if youre stuck on a level, you cant purchase anything to help. The only other issue is theres too many objects you need to move on to the next city. We shouldnt have to go back and replay a bunch of levels we already passed to get to the next city.
We have played since the beginning even passing the hardest eventually. But in the last 6 months we can pass only after two or three weeks playing every day. Am now in Istanbul-level 902 and have been trying to pass for nearly two months! We are out of money and boosts, as a senior citizen we are also not spending real money. We have always had 20 or 30 boosts of each kind, now we have one game bomb. It used to be possible to go back to other cities and collect the stuff you missed when you passed, now it (the game) just says available in Istanbul and doesnt work in those cities and we dont see that it has added stuff in Istanbul. We are looking for a better Mahjong, wonder what the player above has found. You must be losing many players at this point in time. REALLY liked this game.

This is great fun for all ages. We just cant stop playing.
We literally play this game every day but they are to greedy with their coins. Instead of you winning 16 coins they should give out 24 coins. We just dont like spending so many coins just to complete one level. Other than that, we really like it.
Have been playing this for many years now. In the best of times this app is five stars. It is an innovative and fun take on typical mahjong solitaire. The support team is also responsive and helpful and rewards are good. The biggest issue is not every puzzle has a solution. We have literally been cornered on some levels after 5 or 6 moves, for days on end. The developer claims tiles are placed randomly but we believe this to be a recent change or a bug as the no solution issue happened several years ago, then there were many years where you could pass at least one level a day. Now, you are lucky if you pass a level a WEEK without using piles of power ups. The net result is game usage has gone from perhaps an hour per day and 5-10 videos viewed to a few minutes and no video.
This game is great to get youre mind working again , so fun.
