Im on level 2966 with 92 z points why wont it let us play our points to fix up the zoo it just keeps saying new quests coming soon. Im not gonna start over again. We love this game but how do we get past this to where we can use our z points.
Just started the game and its fun so far. Only thing we dont like is its telling us in offline and not connected to internet when our phone says we are but other then that its a good and easy and fun game so far.
This game is the best game we have on our device!There are barely any adds,All our other games have millions of adds on each level. We give this game a five star review.
This game is amazing! Its a very addicting game and we love the way the animals were made! We love playing story games like this, especially when theres animals! We think its really interesting how you can teach the animals to do little tricks but we really wish you didnt have to play a level to teach them so maybe make it where you dont have to play a level to be able to do that. Yes, some of the levels are hard. We think you should make it where maybe every other day you get bombs and all the stuff you need to pass the levels? Besides that, this game is really fun and we love all the different kinds of animals you put in this! We appreciate the time and effort you put into this game. Oh and lastly, we really think you need more time to do the levels. Like we did a level where we litterly had one more pinecone left and we couldnt afford to have more time, and Im still struggling because of how much time you get. Like, for the levels that you only have 18 seconds for, we think you should make it like 20 or 30 seconds instead. We really hope you can add more time to do levels in the future, and we will still continue to play your amazing game.

Been playing this game for a long time! Spent lots of $ on it to buy coins and power ups. Lately we noticed we watch a video and get coins but they dont go in our coin stash! You cant even play the regular game but instead they have a side game you can play and this has been for a very long time! On the good side there is lots of other ways to earn coins and power ups with other side timed games! Im owed coins for them not adding up but dont know how to tell them that.
We love this game its one of our favorites but there are a few flaws.Some of the levels are practically impossible and you cant get past them.Sometimes the game will just kick you out for no reason, even if you hav WiFi. Even though their are flaws we think you should definitely get this game.

Ive spent the last few minutes reading the reviews and incredibly the core essence of them has not changed in over 4 years. Many of the reviewers correctly state how ridiculously hard it is to pass certain (many!) levels and here we are, 4 years later, and the issue is the same. From this, we can only surmise the developers have little interest in heeding customer feedback. And thats a shame – the game is truly superb. But when you have to keep spending money to pass levels, its no longer a game but a chore. Who wants to play the same level 20x+ just to move on to the next level that youll also have to play 20x+? Not us. So unfortunately, this game is being relegated from our new addiction to one that we will play perhaps a few times a year just for the heck of it. Luckily for us, Ive got Park Town on every device we own so we will very happily be sticking with that.
We this they forgot they needed to maintain the game. There has not been an update in 6 months. Im basically at green end of the game.
We like the game a lot, its just there havent been any new levels added in a long time so there isnt much more to do. We might just delete this game now.
Im giving 3 star cause of the ads crashing problem, For everything else is a 5.
We like this game however it freezes up all the time and its usually only when Im about to win a level. We cant move anything or click anything so Im forced to close the game and reopen it which makes us lose a life and resets the level. Im getting super fed up with it because we use the power-ups you can chose before the level begins and when we reenter the game, the power-ups we used and gone but we still have to redo the level. If this isnt fixed Im just going to have to delete the app because Ive wasted so many power-ups on levels we were forced to redo despite us being able to win if the game didnt freeze up.
Some of the levels are horribly designed and outrageously difficult. The reward to difficulty rate is completely off and makes it feel fruitless at the end. We hope they stopped updating this game because it would be a somewhat reasonable explanation for how poorly maintained and updated these levels are.
They have nt updated this game in months when we asked them about it they told us they had other games we could play. So that means the zoo that you started if you get in a higher levels you will not be able to finish it.
This game starts out fun but it has become completely unbeatable. Ive been stuck on one level now for a month and support does nothing but have snarky remarks to make . Ive spent all our boosters and coins trying to pass this one level it has become a source of anxiety and we do not at all recommend this game Playrix has a much better version called Wildscapes.
We were excited when we downloaded the game. Literally one minute into the game and immediately got a long pushy ad. Like, the ones that last like a full minute. Also, its unbelievable that you have to use coins to build stuff after you already wont the match 3 round. Seriously guys? We immediately uninstalled it.
It seems fun but when you get to asserted level you cant win it is so frustrating!!! We did it 30 times and we did not do it.

They have a Z written on the Jeep in the Zoo!! This is a known symbol for the support of Russias invasion of Ukraine! We tried to write to them and it was undeliverable. DISGUSTED.
Cheating in the dice game and now all of a sudden the mechanics change. Then customer service thought it was ok for a leader to kick people off a team for no reason whatsoever. Their response is they can do whatever they want. It sets a bad precedent if they think thats okay or the standard. The dice game used to be fun cause top 10 would get a +5 award for the event. Now you decided to strip it and we didnt notice it. We also got cheated out of first place prize cause someone was generating tickets without playing the game for dice event. Game used to be fun but now all they care about is money instead of high standards.

We can play this game for hours. We love how you can win boosters. It makes us play longer! Not many other games out there give this prize. We also have so much fun building the animal enclosures. Thank you for such a fun game.
We live this game but advenuly it gets impossible, and without power ups your doomed like us. It took a hole day to complete a single level! If you could have adds for more power ups, it would be a lot better.
We are leader of the team, but will probably quit soon. We have been stuck on the same level for weeks now. No way to pass without spending money. We have already paid a great amount to get where we are in the game. Fewer choices on how items look. Being stuck, rewards are sometimes 5 coins. Seems game makers are now making it impossible to play without a continuous flow of cash. We do not mind paying some. We get it. This is a business. But to be stuck for weeks.not good.

We have started this game on a different device and we have gotten pretty far! We recently decided to start this game on a new device and the game has changed way to much for the beginning part. We feel that you shouldnt have to play a level to free the guy from the flamingo area. Thats just stupid, he can get out himself, and also the levels get way to hard to where you have to spend in game money just to pass levels. Some kid that plays this game wont have fun because he/she cant pass a level. Please fix this.

What is the point of this game if it doesnt generate the items we are supposed to collect? Im on level 2189 and supposed to collect umbrellas which stop generating when we get down to needing ten or so. It doesnt matter if we still have 20 moves left, no more umbrellas ever generate.
It is very frustrating when the game crashes and you loose your items and your progress. Especially when you are doing well. Ugh!!! Then it immediately crashes again. Losing more items. Two crashes in less than two minutes. We are afraid to try again.
So, we are obsessed with this game and unfortunately we beat all of the levels so now we have to keep playing the same ones over and over again and we cant build our zoo anymore. Please make more levels! Thanks.
Lots of fun, lots of locations, lots of challenges – dont think this is just a kids game. Its not.
This is a very fun game we have been playing for almost 2 years now the only real complaint we have is with the Halloween update it totally messed up the game and we wasnt able to play any of the levels was very disappointed other than this is a great game we will be sad when its all over we dont want it to end.
