Really disappointed in this game. Pitting players against each other just for gold bars? Which BTW the game is very stingy with. We dont play for anything other than our own enjoyment, so games like this become a hard no. Bring back earning gold bars by completing the diamond necklace.
Love that the graphics and the play is not based on a grid! But really disappointed that you cant collect diamonds to create necklaces for bonus points! Very special feature has been lost! We agree, bad move Saga.
We LOVED this game at first. Then it started getting really hard Ive been stuck on levels for over 2 weeks. Deleting the game. Its ridiculous that people cant win sometimes at this game.
Its not as nice a game now with changes from this most recent update. After years of using app you can no longer earn points by working on puzzles and collecting diamonds. Now its only you can level up by solving entire puzzle we wont be using points already earned to complete a puzzle especially when theres no longer a way to earn Diamond points. Bad move Saga.
You can no longer collect diamonds to help earn extra moves, no longer fun to play.
We have leveled out at 725 and was wondering when new cities/levels would be added. It has taken us less than a year to level out and we love this game so much. There really isnt another one like it.

This is one of our favorite games. Our only complaint is that we have to wait a long time for new levels. Im at level 725 and Im waiting again. For those folks who say that they cant get past certain levels, we say you can. Sometimes it takes a while and you might have to play on for 9 bars but it can be done. King please give us more levels to play.
We have completed level 751 with 3 stars and finished the city in 4 th place. Now it won't move us to the next level. We've already requested help but received a generic email back that says look on YouTube to see how to complete that level which doesn't help us in any way. Please contact us and fix this. We have spent a lot of money on this game and we want this fixed.
There are too many instances when the winning move isnt or cant be made. You can buy the extras but with the exception of the Hammer you have NO CONTROL how they are used. Ill try 2 or 3 times then just exit. It is too apparent the game has determined you WONT win. Not great programming of an app. Go back to the drawing board King.
We like the game but every time we complete hard level it makes us do it again and doesnt recognize we already beat it.
Problem with 4946? When we click to start the level Im automatically kicked out. We logged off our phone and signed in again but still couldnt access this level. Help.
The game is fun, but you need a setting for allowing access to users contacts. Withheld one star because it is extremely annoying to answer this question every time we access the app! No means No.
While we expect and enjoy challenging game play, we dont expect nor enjoy cheating from the game itself. You know what Im talking about ducks.
We love this game but some levels are unwinnable without paying for bonuses like 868. Right now we can't afford to pay for boosters and have attempted this level over 95 times with no success there aren't even enough moves to get past the first row of boxes ? Also this is the only game that boosters are this expensive! 7 dollars in even candy crush boosters last 2 hours on this game last you 3 levels at the most please make some adjustments.
We CANT STATE ENOUGH HOW MUCH INLOVE THIS GAME, BUT, there is this new bug that once you almost finish a quest, it crashes and then when you open it again the game is set to an old game hat youve already won and completed. Then days, sometimes weeks later it reboots and youve lost your standing and now youre meant to finish. Come on. We play every day for years and this is annoying and frustrating and also its not fair. You use boosters and time and then you get screwed over. Please fix this. Its horrible. We wont contact customer service, because it will be weeks of reload, redownloading, relogin and nothing gets fixed. FIX THE GAME FOR YOUR LOYAL AND NEW PLAYERS.
Highly addictive game. The only issue we have is the amount of time you have to wait before levels are added. We have been waiting for a month now.

Really love this game but lm stuck on level 107 we play it everyday Im going to have to delete it we cant get any further than 107.
We played candy crush for years until this game. We deleted the candy crush app after a few months of playing this game. Its fun and addictive. BUT the new levels take forever to come out. And its been a week since we finished the game and still no updates :( we have spent a fair amount on inapp purchases so hopefully it wasnt all for not.
We have cleared all levels till 650, but just cant proceed further. Request to the developer, reply please. We have tried reinstalling but it has not helped. Thanks.
Overall this is a good game which we have been enjoying. But the first game on the Santa Monica destination is flawed so that it is impossible to beat. 3-4 moves in there arent any pieces left and the game tells you no moves available. Since there arent any pieces to shuffle, there isnt any way forward and it ends. Please fix this bug or come up with a way to choose another destination. Thank you.
Game keeps freezing up when we leave it and come back to it. Bug.
A month ago we would have given this 5 stars. However, Im on hard level 596 and becoming discouraged. As you progress to the higher levels you find yourself stuck. Its as though you need to buy extra help to complete it – or close the game and leave it all together as Ive been doing. And if you please . . . UPDATE Scrubby Dubby.
The game is ok but can improve, what is ridiculous is in order to release your gold from the piggy bank you have to pay that is so greedy. You could give bonuses and don't hold the piggy bank gold for hostage.
Same type money grab game. Impossible levels to beat without some kind of booster, ie purchase at end of level to finish it off. Im convinced this is done on purpose. Also the ask friends for lives and the refill for 9 gold bars pops up at the same time and same place, and doesnt ask you to verify we have clicked on that stupid refill lives multiple times on accident. Our fault but we can almost guarantee you this is placed here on purpose. Very tactless move. Its an ok matching game and fun, but again as many people have said you cant beat levels without help. Also certain boosters are rendered useless and yet it still uses them.

We really do love this games and its graphics, but Im so frustrated right now Im thinking about deleting it and every other King game we have. We have been on level 580 for what seems like forever. Ive tried it at least 200 times, and probably closer to 300 times without luck. We were sure there was a glitch somewhere so we deleted and then reinstalled the game on both of our devices, and our reward for that was losing ALL of our boosters. Ive looked at walkthroughs and videos but nothing works. Please….. Help us.
Ive reached a level and now the game freezes. Tried everything but nothing works. Guess Ill need to delete the game and reinstall unless someone has a suggestion.
This game was great at first, then we reached a certain level (we cant even remember which one), and we simply could not beat the levels in time to reach the key to unlock the chest with power-ups. There is no way we are using real money to purchase power-ups, but thats obviously what the game wanted us to do. So we deleted it. We dont mind a challenge, but a game gets really boring if after at least 6 weeks you dont even get the satisfaction of winning a few power-ups. This was after an update, too, so we think the designers just got a little too greedy.
We just updated this game and when it comes time to claiming rewards we dont receive them. We wish we would never updated because before we really enjoyed the game.
We have never seen a game cheat as much as this one. We are clearly about to win and balls will move for no reason. It was fun while it lasted.
We try to pass level 402 for 2 days. We spend all of our collected and not solved!!! Delete.
Levels rapidly reach a ridiculously insurmountable level of difficulty. And continue, endlessly. Time sink.

Ive been stuck on level 1205. The last diamond wont move Im not the only one stuck.
We need more moves to pass this level! We really enjoy this game but Ive been playing this level for days now and havent been close to winning.
We love the game but hate that there are rarely any bonuses / incentives. The only way to earn boosters is to chase a key. This is all well and good for the challenge, but if you want any goodies, theyre forcing you to purchase. No matter how well you play, a little boost over the rough patch would be appreciated.
We like the style of gameplay, and havent really run into any impossible levels yet, but it has issues. First on our list is we have differing diamond counts. For instance, we just beat a level and it said we had 32 diamonds. When we get back to the level select screen, it says we have 29 diamonds. If this is by design, at least explain what crazy math its using. The other big thing is when we switch destinations (like Paris to Mrida) the game locks up and has to be closed and relaunched.
We enjoyed this game, but its been a long time the diamond counter disappeared. It came back once and gone after that… You guys wont help unless customers purchase? Thats our question. King care wont care our issue. We sent message many times, but it just send us to "king care". Our account is not connected to fb account and fb won't change it to our e-ad we use for this game. Please check our account.
We cant believe this is the first game we spent money on and they dont add new levels! Its a great game when you can play it. So disappointed.
