What Makes Path of Sin: Greed Stand Out
It was supposed to be a simple suicide case – a quick inspection and lots of boring paperwork. But the more you delve into this secluded island and the twisted family relations of the owners, the more complicated and unclear this case becomes.
TRY IT FREE, THEN UNLOCK THE FULL ADVENTURE FROM WITHIN THE GAME!
A rookie inspector on her first assignment and her experienced copartner arrive at the scene – a luxurious island in the middle of the ocean owned by a young millionaire, who wants the matter concluded as quietly as possible. The question in this case appears simple enough: was a security guard's death a suicidal plunge, or maybe an unfortunate fall?
The residents of the island – the Bradford family – at first seem cordial and beyond reproach, even shocked by the death of a friendly employee. But upon closer inspection it becomes clear that they harbor animosities and deep hidden motives. The more you delve into this secluded island and the twisted family relations on it, the more complicated and unclear the matter becomes. A seemingly routine case turns into a tale of machinations driven by greed and a suicide investigation reveals multiple murders.
Is anyone innocent? Will you be able to predict the assassin's next step?

Community Insight:
We love this game great. Great graphic storyline details. Lengthy. But Im disappointing because we paid for this game once and got charged again . It is not cool that you charged us twice and Im not the only one! We want a refund! A. X 2014.
NOT FREE. JUST GO TO PLAYSTATION STORE AND OVER 100 of these types of games are all on one dame for $10. Seems silly to pay $3 less for one game when u can get them all on ps store or xbox store. Great name of game GREED.
This game was amazing! Loved that it was a straight detective story, no paranormal or wizards & monsters! Then to have it set on an island, we love things around sea, in a whole estate, SO GREAT! Has all the bells & whistles, plus! Cant recommend this game enough! ARTIFEX MUNDI, WILL THIS BE A SERIES OF ALL THE DEADLY SINS.
We love this game, we got through the first part Greed in about 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Once finished we continued on to the next part the one that got away and after the first item search was finished it wont let us progress into the game.. Not very cool and Im trying to keep ourselves from deleting the app but it literally wont let us do anything. The screen still works and we can go to the menu and zoom in on the search screen but cant go anywhere or do anything else. We tried the app support button on the App Store but it takes us to a website where everything is in another language with no English option so we cant understand anything.
Had to reload because it got stuck disappointing.
If you like to think and solve mysteries you will like this game. Well worth money and time. Love this one.
Path of Sin: Greed is by far the best and most interesting game that Ive played in a very long time! Oftentimes, the plot in most HOAGs is gimmick related, as in the powers of a medallion or finding lost pieces of a powerful artifact. But nope, not this one, its a real whodunnit murder mystery. While we havent been much of a written reviewer (laziness maybe ), we have always been a hardcore fan of HOAGs and for many years nowpurchasing nearly every game put out by Big Fish on IOS, plus many on PC. And for as long as Ive been playing, Ive longed for this style of mystery game but rarely did one like this ever come out of Big Fishnot for IOS anyway. And by like this, we mean theres no fairies or magical creatures, no artifacts or evil entities…absolutely nothing mythical or magical. Seriously, Path of Sin: Greed is just a good, old-fashioned, murder-mystery, detective style game. Also, there were no glitches. The artwork is great. It has a good length and its fairly linear; albeit, there is a bit of back and forth here and there, but its not too bad. Overall, this game is definitely a Must Buy.
We are a huge fan of the point click adventure HOS and puzzle games. This one had an entertaining storyline, interesting and diverse puzzles and smooth gameplay. More like this please! We recommend.
This was one of the best games by Artifex Mundi Ive played! The creative storyline was interesting and held our attention throughout the entire game. Thank you and please make more.
We thoroughly enjoyed Path of Sin: Greed and would say that its well worth your money. The story has longevity and always keeps you guessing and features a killer bonus story. We loved the murder mystery storyline and that it included a great plot twist. Beautiful designs as always with a mix of mini games and hidden object levels. We hope they continue on with this storyline and detective character to cover all the seven deadly sins.
The games are great, but we just purchased the subscription to AM Club and discovered that the free unlock that the developers claim to give you does not work. We tried to use the free unlock and it did not work. There is no way of figuring out or knowing where the free unlock went. To top it off you cannot send a contact form to the developers. There is a persistent error message. Their instagram page is severely out of date, they were last active June 2019. So they are essentially stealing your money, and if you have issues good luck getting your money back. Better off making a one-time purchase.
Maybe it was just us but the story line was hard to follow. We bought it thinking we were going to be able to use our deduction skills as a detective and you dont really do that. All your doing is pointing and clicking. You really dont have to use your thinking skills much. There wasnt as many puzzles as we thought there would be either. But we hate games that make us click on objects multiple times for the game to react. Its really annoying to have to use a hint only for it to tell us to do exactly what we were doing.
Is there another way to play the games fully without having to buy it? We love your games but times are extremely hard due to Covid 19. Other games offer watching short ads or videos as a way to play the games fully without having to spend any money.
We havent played an Artiflex Mundi game for a few years (still waiting for some c/s help). This game was worth the money in terms of length with just the right amount of hidden object searches. We would have liked a few more mini games, personal choice, one of the mini games didnt work. It was fine.
Game was great and then nearing the end it craps out. Very disappointing.
It happens to be our first game by Artifex Mundi, that we bought, and Ive been enjoying it thoroughly for the last couple of hours. All the details in this game can stand to the highest standards ( which we have ) : the story is mysterious and sophisticated enough, the graphics are beautiful, the puzzles are interesting. The collectibles( weird looking dolls) are big and easy to locate- if youve missed them, just wait, theyll reappear again. Also, we should mention, that we found out about Artifex Mundi from the fellow player Lynx when reading the reviews for Big Fish games and we fully admit, it was a while since weve had a decent game there. We will definitely buy more by Artifex Mundi.
This game plays more like reading a novel and we mean that in a good way. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Once again Artifex Mundi does not disappoint. Our only complaint is having to wait so long for a new release. That being said, the new ones are worth it. Another thing we appreciate about this developer is the fact that they respond to reviews, whether positive or negative, although the negative are few. If there is a problem, they fix it immediately. Really appreciate the attention given to their customers. Keep up the good work.
Totally worth the wait ! Amazing game ! Superior graphics an storyline! Love Artifex Mundi Games hands down our favorite Developer of these adventure games ! With that being said Im so curious as to when the next will be released ? Im a very consistent player of these sorts of games an although the wait always turns out to be worth it. We always get stuck bored waiting around to pick up our iPad an find another release as we have literally bought an played an completed every game Artifex has released on iPad since before Greed. So for now we guess we will anxiously sit an wait for your next grand slam game release because they are all a homerun hit in our book. Thanks Artifex Mundi for releasing amazing content for us to play! Till next time ! Sincerely a very Anxious Player lol :).
This is the artificial Mundi games we love playing it was great good storyline great graphics fun interesting it works good not short had a bonus chapter we hope to see more like it in the near future.

Most intriguing. Can't put it down. Thanks for a super game.
We absolutely loved this game!! The plot was more intricate than straightforward and dull! We were at the edge of our seat while playing this game. The ending itself totally caught us off guard! Keep up the good work Artifex Mundi.
This game was worth the wait! Interesting storyline, challenging puzzles and lovely graphics.
Note to KimTwilight: a good game and there were some hotties! Although we havent enjoyed the last few release by Artifex Mundi, this little gem from Cordelia games more than made up for our lack of enthusiasm! If you are on the fence, one thing to consider is this: if you enjoy the Dead Reckoning series by EIPIX this game is similar to that series. Cordelia gave us plenty of bells and whistles. Settings were customizable. Objectives were regularly updated. The graphics were magnificent, as you explored a fabulous mansion while trying to solve a murder case. There was a marked teleport map to transport you instantaneously between locations, and at each location you must collect a morphing spooky doll. We were given a plethora of tasks at each location, and inventory usage was easy because you neednt drag inventory tools; click on the tool and click on the area and it works! There were complex items to assemble. Gimmicks included a camera and an evidence board to keep track of your investigation. The HO scenes were not overly numerous and truthfully most of them were word lists, so basically they were boring. The puzzles and games were also ones we have seen time and again. This developer didnt offer much innovation but the gameplay was still very entertaining. This game was decently lengthy inclusive of the bonus adventure. Please, Artifex Mundi, give us another one of these games in this series! It was worth the steep price. Our true rating will be 4.5 stars, and we only deducted a half star due to the uninspired HO scenes and lack of creativity overall. However, this was still a terrific game! After 10 days without a game, we wonder what BigFish has in store for us tomorrow. It had better not be another dud from AMAX Interactive or everyone will be royally infuriated! Anyway, happy gaming to all. We doubt there will be any negative reviews in regards to this game.
Get ready for murder-mystery mayhem, as you, a rookie inspector, and your partner, a veteran, team up for an adventure filled with unexpected plot twists. At first glance, this remote paradise island seems like a serene place to relax and breathe in the fresh air. But beyond the picturesque landscape lies a web of deceit family secrets, betrayals, and multiple murders. Deeper into your investigation, you come to realize there's more than meets the eye than just a suicide. We love the use of real humans instead of being pursued by sinister, red-eyed entities, jumping out at you around every corner. It's "real" investigative fun! You use a good ole camera at least it's not a pair of supernatural glasses that let you see into the past a vital tool to keep track of the clues and evidence accumulated throughout the crime scenes. You will interrogate witnesses/suspects via a set of questions, queried in your preferred order, to gather information and to cross reference their statements. You carry along your handy-dandy Evidence Folder, where you assemble collected clues and evidence, and use deductive reasoning to determine who is innocent or guilty of these perplexing murders. It also records information about the people you come into contact with. The gameplay itself is standard fare nothing made us stop and say, "Now that's creative!" If you expect a mixed variety of HOSs, then this is not the game for you. The HOSs which start recycling towards the end of the main game are run of the mill, as they mostly comprise word lists that are devoid of interactive elements. They are downright boring. The puzzles strategically materialize to meet your objectives. Even though some are too simple for our taste, others take time to work out towards the end of the game. The collectibles seem out of place within a murder mystery theme, and their large size and placement should make it very easy to discover them. In closing, we are entertained by certain features, such as the storyline, including the investigative process. We had complained about the length of these games in the past; however, this one required constant back-and-forth travel to collect and place inventory items so that playtime was lengthy. You also play a bonus chapter. There were a multitude of tasks to effectuate within each scene. We're a little disappointed that the HOSs lack diversity, but we feel we got our money's worth. Therefore, our rating is four (4) stars.
So far loving this interactive murder mystery game. 4 stars for now as Im still playing.
