We wish we could attach photos on here. But every now & then they will be a green glitch onscreen, usual where characters are but also sometimes on items. Also, the heads arent always attached to the character..lol. We dont know how else we can explain it but theres green glitches on screen & floating heads. We almost bought the full game until we seen it. (It begins on the very first screen & is also on the hospital scene.) Ill save the photos in case there is a way to show/if yall even want to see, but otherwise its a beautiful game and you guys always do HOG worthy.
We like the play but some of the graphics are not working such as disembodied heads and pixellation.
Buggy GUI; animated heads and clickable objects are distorted. There are some fun GUI improvements compared to older AM games such as zoom-gestures. Just need to work through some bugs.
This game is pretty fun but its really short and makes you pay like 7 dollars to finish the rest of the already short game and its like that for all 3 of the games each. Could of been better want to finish the series but not gunna pay another like 14$ to complete the other two.
Cool game, when people talk it shows a glitch-like square around them. Not esthetically pleasing but game seems fine.
Not fun paying $7 for a game that has green animation glitches throughout. Dont waste your money on a game that requires visual clues for solving.
The game itself is fun but the graphics are bad. There are many cutscenes or main playing screens that are pixelated and cause you not to be able to complete the action needed with the hint/skip button.
Heads of the characters are detached and there is a green grid on the same area , this would be a wonderful game ! Please fix so we can purchase it ! Love all your games.
Very confused why every characters head seems to be floating near their body.
When we first played the game we loved it a lot but then when we tried to play again everything was glitched with weird squares everywhere. If you could please check it out to see whats wrong we would be grateful.
The game is fun and challenging but it has way too many glitches. The heads are not connected to the characters, there are strange green glitches that show up at different times, most of the puzzles had to be skipped because the pieces would not engage. We have encountered the same issues with some other games by this developer from the Secret Order Series. We had to completely abandon Secret Order 8 because the game would not let us go further. We wish this developer would correct these issues. We see others have encountered the same problems.
Fun game but the glitches makes it hard to see and play the game.
Ive loved almost every Artifex Mundi game Ive played and Im always excited to play a new one, especially when starting a new series, but a few minutes into playing this one there were a lot of graphics glitches in areas where there are animations (e.g. Faces, swaying leaves, waves on the beach). This game seems really promising, other than the glitches the graphics are gorgeous and the storyline is interesting we just wish the glitches didnt occur. We may leave the game for later to see if the issue is resolved because some of the most enjoyable parts of these games is the art. We really hope this gets fixed because we love every game the developers put out.
On our iPad the characters heads were shrunken, surrounded by static and offset from the neck. As a result, the characters look they have tiny heads hanging off of their necks.
It shows their face cut off, we gave it a 2 stars because we cant rate it a 5 when also we cant play the whole game without having to pay with real money.
Lets you play enough to be interested, then switches to a pay to play game.

In literally 2 seconds of the game there are glitches everywhere there are green marks all over the screen one charters head was not attached to the body and one character had two faces.
Wish we had read the reviews before we bought it. We typically love these games, but this one is glitchy and unplayable. A literal waste of money.
Would love to continue to play considering we already paid. Their heads are off to the side and big green blocks are always popping up making it nearly impossible to play. We would a refund please. Im going to play some others. We will write again if same problems. Thank you Jane Kalka.
Bought this game because the unpaid version was pretty fun. As soon as we bought the game, it has so many glitches we cant play properly. We feel like they scammed us. Super disappointed and the admin for the game hasnt been much help, just a sorry for your inconvenience message.
Weird images on the cut scenes as of 1/2021. Developers – you need to do some updates to fix your older games.
This is the glitchiest game we have ever seen. From the visuals and graphics to the touch mechanics its just all messed up.

Great graphicals. We could play our own music and the storyline was fun. Puzzles were just right. HOS possessed variety.
We try to always find all the special things in each scene to open to extra levels. But in this game Ive had trouble tapping on them. Specifically in the basement of the ship theres a gas can that switches back and forth to a gift… Its right next to the ladder going upstairs and it will not allow you to tap it at all. It will only take you upstairs or go to the man to speak. Ive tried many many times even leaving and coming back but it will not allow you to collect the gift. Bummer.
It was refreshing to play a HOAG with a crime sub-genre, as opposed to fantasy. The storyline can only be described as serpentine, so its a good thing theres a deduction board on your smartphone. As a detective, you must collect clues, reconstruct crime scene events, and then form deductions. The graphics were excellent, and the game was lengthy with bonus adventure. Collectibles included morphing presents and playing cards. There was a nice mix of HO scenes and puzzles. The alternative puzzle was a pair matching game. You also were able to use computer and electronic equipment to further your gameplay. The downside to this game was that it suffered from some technical issues. There was touchscreen sensitivity at place, especially when placing evidence. Some of the mini-games were impossible to manipulate and had to be skipped. At one point the game kicked us out to our home screen, but thankfully there was no loss of progress. We also would have preferred a journal to an evidence board, because they are usually a pain in the neck. It seems to us that most of the gamers are not a fan of the evidence board and would rather have a true journal!However the general gameplay was good. Our rating will remain at 4 stars! We have every game artifex has put out in the US and we have enjoyed them all! We were so excited to finally see a new game. While this game was ok it wasnt up to the standard we usually find their games. It was short, a bit simple and the bonus story was a joke. That being said, everyone is allowed a dip sometimes. We just hope the next one isnt 2 months away and is up to the previous standard. Regardless, you all rock.
It is entertaining although we are a bit disappointed in this one. The dialog that needs to be read disappears to fast and if you touch the screen the audio skips.
This is definitely not the kind of game Ive come to expect from Artifex Mundi. Its o.k.. Theres not a whole lot to do in this game. Was excited for this, but just kind of left wanting. We expected better.
Im enjoying the game enough to buy it but cant through the link. Developer needs to fix this and maybe Ill come back. Doesnt seem smart to turn away buyers. Bye, bye.
Hand halfway to body bag prior to unzipping. Had to Skip the movie sequence to escape it.
We have had this same issue with a number of the recent AM titles. Crashes immediately after the Artifex Mundi splash screen. It seems to only occur on titles where the splash is stretched to cover the whole display and not letter boxed in the middle of the display.
In the garage it ask for GPS to get into car. Its stuck in that scenario and the hint cant show anything.
