This game is fun and helps you with math and it even helps us to learn more about math.
Ok ok first things first why do people keep on saying their game crashes like we never had that issue with lag or any of that stuff we gave this a 4 because the dragons was our favorite but we cant find the book like NOO, but this game is really fun because theres so many options and other games to play we didnt like the math wizard because Im in fourth grade and it still shows like 2nd or 1st grade math we dont know if it upgrades but every other is great.
Good for.little kids but not for big kids.
We got the Math Wizard Secrets of the Dragons and when we try to register on the app it wants a code but the email its sending never comes through. Weve double checked emails, looked through all inboxes and spam folders and even tried a secondary email and nothing. Kind of a ripoff.
Our child has run into this bug a few times now, which can be pretty frustrating. Despite giving the correct answers and meeting the conditions of the problem, even to the point of using the hints to make it match the hint, the answer is still not accepted. Forcing is close results in the loss of progress, which just compounds their frustration. When the game is working, the kids love it.
Our sons iPad is 10th Generation. When will updates be sent out.
This has been very motivating for our daughter. But for several days now, she has worked on potions and cleaned up the room to find all her progress LOST the next day.
Great idea, a lot of bugs in the app. Support is very slow and barely useful.
The last update broke the game.
We think this game is really helpful for all ages and fun for all ages but we think they need to add more levels and in the potions they need to add more stories or locations. THE GAME IS REALLY GOOD THOUGH.
We finally got this game out to play with our son and he really wanted to do the potions but it wont let us get past the first animal. We get to putting the magic sparkles in the bottom box and then nothing happens. He was so excited to play and then got mad because it wouldnt work.
The concept of the game is great and us and our buddies enjoyed it while it lasted. But on like our fourth dragon the game wouldnt scan the chips so we could no longer play the game. You should really fix this. The game is a great game with solid learning but the camera messes everything up. Please fix this for all the people.
We know it says Math Wizard but we were a little off put by the spells and other vernacular. Even the Food Truck game was themed this way. We avoided purchasing one of the other titles that had a more obvious theme. Our little one loves math but this isnt a good fit. Also , the games are not very intuitive for young ones. Our child got bored and wanted to do something else. We wasted money on this one. We do enjoy some of the other programs offered by Osmo but we think we will keep our money in the future.
Getting an error everything we open the app – cant contact support. Seeming like a big waste of time and money.
After adding the new enchanted world games and the amazing airships the app locks up and cannot use any of the math games. Ive deleted the app twice a restarted and its the same problem. It isnt our iPad we just bought a brand new mini a month ago, so you would think its compatible. Now we have a 5 year old that is frustrated over math and these programs.
We have always been super Impressed by Osmo, but this game has us super unhappy. Currently a super frustrated customer as our son got this game for his birthday and we cant get it to work because the game doesnt recognize when we line up the food as directed. If this isnt fixed soon we will be contacting about returning this and the other Math wizard game we purchased.
Just purchased Math Wizard for our son. Downloaded the app and was excited to play. As soon as he selected the first dragon, the app crashes. We hope the Osmo team will work quickly to fix the problem.
Got this for our son for Christmas. Set it up for him to play today and he cant even get to the first dragon, immediately crashes. Not happy, we have done all the updates and re-downloaded the app in case something went wrong but no success.
Im pretty disappointed that we spent more money for the math bundle for our sons new Osmo than we would have liked to find out that the whole program crashes repeatedly anytime he tries to enter the Secrets of the Dragon game on our IPad Air 3. Since we had intended to use this as part of our homeschool curriculum and had rationalized the expense as such, especially during the mid-pandemic financial squeeze were all feeling, its extra irritating. We see from the reviews that this has been going on for other users for over a week, so Im afraid its not an easy fix and were all stuck with a useless game.
We got the Secrets of the Dragons for Christmas. And when you click on the first dragon in the tutorial the whole app crashes.
Poor! Kicks us out of app. Sad 5 year old.
The apple store app page shows17 review ratings. Though no actual reviews or link to read them. Just received Pizza Co. And Secrets of the Dragons from Osmo store to add to our large Osmo library. The Dragon Guidebook pages are paper. Appears once written on cannot be used again. We have (3) grandchildren, we want each of them to have their own experience. Pages should be of type to use dry erase markers. Will update both further once played.
