Community Insight:
Decent enough point and click game. We wish there was more story that got unveiled as you solved the puzzles. We did have one puzzle glitch on us that wouldnt take the answer even thought it was correct. Once we restarted the game, it worked fine but that did mean redoing a few puzzles as it doesnt save your progress between levels. It definitely wasnt 5 hours + of gameplay though. The puzzles are fairly straightforward so maybe 3 hours at most.
When we first loaded the game and started it there was a tab on the left labeled Hints and it had a count of five. Out of curiosity we clicked a number of times and they it indicated that you would have to either watch ads or pay to get hints. We have already paid for the game, we shouldnt have to pay more. The intro it good, but we select games that we have to purchase over free games for a reason. We dont want to have to deal with ads or find out that we have to potentially spend more money. We removed the game and will not play it. We will be requesting a refund. The description should warn the potential buyer that the game will be asking for more money or for you to watch ads. Update: we appreciate the reply from the developers. We paid for the full game, so it was not free. We paid specifically to remove ads and in app purchases, yet it did not seem to make a difference.
We had high hopes for this game, the graphics looked good and the story sounded interesting. We only played the free part of the game. We decided not to purchase it because of the following issues: 1. This game is soooo freaking dark! Even with the brightness cranked up we could barely see the things we were supposed to be clicking on. 2. Useless hints. If theres a locked door and we click hint it is not at all helpful to tell us we need to find a key. We understand not wanting to completely give away the solution but maybe use a graduated hint system where the hints get progressively more detailed. 3. The game is completely linear. There is only one correct thing to do at any time, nothing can be done out of order. This makes the game feel very unnatural, it is the opposite of immersion. 4. Similarly you cant interact with anything other than the things needed to progress the task. We like games where we can read signs, pick up papers on a desk and decide for ourselves whats useful and whats not. At the very least Id like to be able to click on things and have the character give us some feedback and a basic description. Especially since we cant see what most things are. Again, we think there is some real potential here, but in its current state it is not something Im willing to pay for.
Can only review on the first 3 minutes of the game as Im stuck. The key we got from the safe magically disappeared after we got it while on our way to the truck. Wow. Then attempted to restart the game. As we were only 3 minutes into it. However after leaving the office it took us the place we were stuck at. What a waist of our life.
Im totally hooked on this great game, also totally lost on the Morse code puzzle. Do you tap the lever or the dot/dash buttons? Ive tried both ways and have tried urgent, help and sos. Finally got it! Loved everything about this game.
Hi there! Can anyone share the code that was found in the dark room in the bunker. We had the flashlight and copied the code as 7153, but that appears to be wrong as the box in the first hallway wont accept it. And now when we enter the dark room, the wall wont illuminate again. Thank you! Thank you, Developer.
We cant explore the cave? We need help.
We cant decode the cryptic code. Turning off the electric fence was pure luck when we tapped on the power box by tapping all over the place. Other than that a good game so far.
Just be warned, it only saves when you complete a level.
We finished the tutorial and then spent 15 min of random clicking and getting nowhere…so Im giving up. The hints are useless…things like telling us we need to break the lock in order to enter an area. Well no kidding. We can tell that just by looking at the padlock on the door. A useful hint would be to give a tip on HOW to break the lock, or directing us to the location of a tool we can use to break it. Also, there is no notebook to jot down clues and no way to save screenshots in the game, so theres a lot of back tracking to to see the clues/codes again when you figure out where they are used…which we never did. At least we didnt spend any money for our 15 min of frustration.
Enjoyed the realistic scenery, exploring and simple puzzles. But finding our way around was a bit more difficult than it needed to be. Some paths/directions were just not obvious. So there was a lot of tapping to find hidden areas (like the power box in the last chapter…ugh). Some directional arrows wouldve made it much better. Most of the puzzles were finding codes to unlock areas. Codes were pretty easy to find and/or to figure out. Overall, it was a good game. We liked that the developer gave the option to watch ads instead of paying. Def worth a try for the Point and click fans out there. To dev: our rope disappeared after attacking it. Luckily it was back on scene after restarting the app. Also, never got the chance to enter in the 5 digit code near the laser grid…was able to finish the game without it. Not sure if thats a glitch Thanks.
Im gonna change our review this game is actually pretty good. We were really bored and stuck and first but now Im hooked.
