This is the best tower defense game that we ever played.
We tried playing this waste of time. Then the server crashed and theres absolutely no support.
If your going to advertise a genre at least try to get it.
So far its a really fun game. Good style not many games like it. The game is just way to Grindy for its gameplay. Upgrading buildings takes days to get the supplies you need. If you could raid other people for supplies that would help a lot. Or if there were any other source of supplies. Getting new monsters also seems nearly impossible without spending money. The game has a lot of potential but doesnt seem welcoming to new players. Most will probably quit after having to wait a few days for the most basic upgrades. The game also crashes a lot. Still pretty fun game lol.
The game used to be great before the update and we used to have three legendary beasts, but now all of them are gone!! And the game is just trash now, the new ways to get beasts is trash, the new way you fight others is trash, the new way you made everything new is actually just straight up garbage. Oh yeah and im only giving this a one star because we remember when it was actually good.
Let us tell you this game is amazing but there are some things we realized that are from other games example it has some things from the monster hunter games so just wanted to let you know great game but has stuff from other games.
This was a good War Dragons clone that was to east for the attackers but had potential. Good monster design and it was beta so balance could be addressed. Then they drop all of this to make some sort of boring auto battler. There are much better games on the market.
Worst game!!! Very tedious, dont waste your time or money its not worth it.
So Ive been here since the launch of the original game and we like it. This new awakening is strange as theres not a lot to really do and it takes so long to do stuff, well specifically wait for building supplies to finish and have enough. Other than that just waiting on more rollouts of like we just had. Ty. Can we have more ways to earn building supplies, like we have the campaign, can we have battles like that for building supplies also. Can we get credit for our brilliant ideas also.
Well get an error message on loading screen. Can't report it to support because we can't get into the game to get required information to report that we cannot get into the game. What we were able to play was a beautiful concept with beautiful graphics but it's useless stating that when we cannot get into game.
The first version of this game was much better. What they turned it into is just a boring grind with little to no progress and isnt fun at all. Not worth playing anymore. We were an officer on a pretty decent team with 30ish players. That team now has 2 semi active players. Everyone else quit.
If your a new player this game is not worth your time, there is no balance for getting gold for advanced research, game is really boring after the reset, your forced to lose battles if you need gold only to have it taken away faster then you can get it. Developer has refused to address this and the balance issue. Can not recommend this game.
Much better after the overhaul.
The December 2022 update that overhauled the entire game was a total disappointment. It turned an exciting, free to play, PvP game with awesome beasts into something that hardly resembles any gameplay. The few available attacks modes there are have an AUTO button so players dont actually play the game! What? Yep, auto game play. So BORING. The old account holders were given compensation via the switch by a formula that the company will not disclose. Gems, timers, bases, and more were changed to the new system. It hardly seems fair to restart at level 1 with fewer gems, timers, and resources than a week ago and eighty levels higher. Overall, we were very unimpressed with the new system, graphics, and mechanics. Theres no in-game support tool to help figure things out. Its dull. Watching paint dry is more fun. UPDATE: Ive deleted the game. The developers dont listen to the gamers on Discord. Which is where they wish players to give critical feedback. We tried that. Now its just give the nitty gritty and be done with it. All of our game friends deleted the it as well.
Got to level 88 only to have our progress stripped from us. Taking hundreds of dollars of progress away for nothing. If you value your time and money then stay away from this trash.
Hello This will be rough review so our friends and we had played this game from start of global launch we spent a pretty substantial amount of money to grow and basically max out the levels and beast after the recent update we all expected to be compensated for what we put into the game but no that was not the case and it went from strategy and action to basically an idle type game which Im not a fan of unfortunately since its been a year playing we cannot get a refund but lesson learned we are personally boycotting Ubisoft and hoping they help the people that will be staying around Yours truly, DumbGamer.
We love this game! Amazing battles, terrific gameplay, and the style great.

This game is the best theres no ads and its very fun.
Upgrading takes place very unevenlyin fits and startsso many places on your city and so many of your beasts have to wait for a very long story quest level upgrade before you can advancegets boring when you have maxed out your creatures and just keep doing same old attacks.
We cant tell if its a good game or not. The reason? Instead of giving you a joystick and some crosshairs youre required to place your finger on the target and then switch between targets. The problem? We cant see anything. Our big fat thumbs in the way. If they change that we might play more.
Just another game where you cant progress without paying money. Pointless.
Started out as a really obvious WD clone was fun, a few interesting differences and no Atlas, thankfully. Unfortunately, they had some problems with the chat engine, so they put out an update (almost three weeks ago). Instead improving things, it completely broke the chat engine, along with a lot of new bugs, including very frequent crashes for a lot of people on iOS. Its bad enough that for some people, the game is completely unplayable now. Does UBI care? Apparently not, because there have been 2 major events since the completely broken update, yet no patch, no rollback, and no compensation, even though some people havent been able to even load the weekly event UI. Meanwhile, every day, more people walk away from this game, as they absolutely refuse to fix their broken code. Its a pity, we were really hoping for something interesting and a little different with this game. Just our luck, after spending on the annual Beastmaster subscription, they drop an update thats left the game all but unplayable for over 2 weeks and counting. If you do install this and try it out, dont spend a dime on in-app purchases until they prove they actually intent to make it work.
The name of the game should be Battle Error! Could be really good if it worked.
Hi, our account ID is SapphireShark. We had about 13 thousand worth of season tickets and they all disappeared. We have waisted so much time, real money, and effort to get these, and all these disappeared. We were not aware these do not carry over to the next season. We thought we will collect and save these for the next season. We honestly thought these were standard season currency item. Please, we need those back added to our account, because this was an unfair move, because we thought these were just general season tickets, and we did not know that these will disappear. If you cannot give us those back, then we will officially delete this app and quit. We genuinely saved our tickets for the next season believing these will carry over. Saving about 13 thousand worth of tickets took a lot of time, dedication, and real money, now its very depressing to lose over 12k worth of tickets. The Ubisoft staff, Ben, responded back and said he cannot help. Honestly, you have destroyed our day and game experience. Therefore, game deleted.
Pretty fun but abit imbalanced in favor of the attacker, lots of monsters to collect, the art is good as well.
Our game crashes too often. We can run a lot on our device without issue, but not this game. Its got some good to it, but it could use more user friendly updates. Sometimes it feels like you have to dance all over to hit collection buttons that seem to take too much time. We like that it offers some free things, even if theyre small. The chat is often problematic with delays. Its not a game we can sit on for a long while without getting frustrated, but it also will probably improve over time. There seems to be decent support and they seem to be open minded to suggestions and feedback.
Could be fun but too many bugs. The time needed to level a beast to useful makes useless by the time they are expert. Creators make changes to events and seasons without advanced notice to players causing a poor playing experience.
A more diverse beast type with the ability to have more control of the camera and the ability to change the layout of our flouting islands but all in all it is a fun game.
Total rip off of War Dragons. The spenders have risen to the top of the game in a few short weeks. The repetition is mind numbing and progress is slow UNLESS you spend. The only plus is the beasts are cool looking.

This game is very well done, the only problem is that the connection/data speed is very slow, even if you have a good WiFi its not enough, to us at least, but props to you guys :).
Hi, Ive played the game, and it is AWESOME!, have you considered adding a Monster vs Monster Mode?, where you can fight other players Monsters?, just a suggestion, we thought itd make the game a little more fun.

Its the same as war dragons without PG. Chat definitely needs to be improved, but its a fun game.
Hello we just downloaded the game yesterday is new style for us which is good Im surprised there is a lot of beasts to choose we like that but the fun part of seen your beast attacking and destroying we cant see it because Im using our finger to direct the attack on top of the screen so believe the best way to enjoy the attack and movement of your beast is having a option In settings to able a jog control on the bottom on the screen right or left because Im blocking the view with our finger in frog our beast we see this game is so active that is good sign lot of people talking and active have this option for this game and it will change a lot and our rating will be 5 stars plus if posible thank you.
We just wish there was less pay to play element and more skill based progression.
Social games require socialization. The global and clan chats are horrible. If we send a message, it resets the clan chat back a week and we cant see our own message nor the response of our teammates. Otherwise, the game has potential, the only reason this isnt a 1-star review.
Pay to win game. Theres no balance and no point playing this. Upgrades takes days and you have only 1 builder. Nonsense.
This is just a lame knockoff of War Dragons. This game keeps crashing, is very slow and just not very fun.
We really dont enjoy this game as much as we did before the update it is very difficult attacking there is tons of lag and very slow movement when attacking causing failed battles or errors. They really need to fix this game before many lose interest.
Do yourselves a favor gather feedback from long term WarDragons players and dont make the same mistakes PocketGems did.

Coming from War Dragons for the past 5-ish years, this game is very familiar in almost every possible way. One primary difference is that not all of your beasts are dragons; some are giants, centaur-like creatures, some fly, some walk, etc. The base/island layout is almost identical as are the towers you can build. It seems like after some upgrades to the game it could compete with War Dragons a little more, but right now its still not there. The graphics for the beasts are about on par with the dragons in War Dragons but the kingdom/base skin isnt there yet. There also doesnt seem to be anything similar to Atlas yet, so clans/teams are largely not necessary at this time from what we can tell. Over all, the game has promise and looks fun. As long they stay away from making the same stupid mistakes that Pocket Gems makes consistently with War Dragons, this could end up taking over.
We have been stridently playing for over 2 weeks, have done our best at leveling up the defense only to see a low level player with a legendary toad or spider walk through us with no recourse. There is no penalty for attacking and the balance is way off. The crashes are so annoying we have cursed more than we ever have while playing a game that is supposed to be relaxing and fun. What is the actual point of trying to defend yourself and what is the end game? When we can destroy a level 70 at our base level of 35, it is not cool at all.
You know the genetic city building setup? Picture that. But you only have one builder. No you cant get more than one. Ever. Unless you fork out the cash. That alone should tell you all you need to know to skip this game. Combat is mediocre, laughably easy to attack. Impossible to defend. Lvl 20 attackers routinely curb stomp lvl 40 defenders with the use of some terribly balanced abilities. Apparently you can earn rewards for helping a clan member withstand an attack. We wouldnt know, because none of our defensive supporting attempts have been even mildly effective. Devs, we wish you the best of luck. Try doubling the number of builders. Thatll boost defense output and make attacks harder.
But we cant. Game is very much fun but connectivity problems are making us want to quit. We drop out into a black screen quite often and right now we are unable to load either clan or global chat. We have played another laggy game and we dont want to invest in yet another frustrating experience.
Hard to understand & we cant read the small printwould like to stay but may not be able to.
We wanted to like this game and played it with an open mind, but it is so vastly inferior to War Dragons that we couldnt keep playing. Its like War Dragons with a less attractive skin and less features. There really isnt a compelling reason to keep playing this game other than the fact that it is new and you can spend to become the new king of a new game.
