After reading the reviews guess we might be having problems ahead, thats if we can move on. In the light house where the star globe is, Im suppose to get the plate which is a record but nothing. The crystal is still intact after putting handkerchief and crystal. Please fix love your games but many problems with all of them. Thank you.
As others have posted, Im stuck at the garden chest game. We know Im supposed to tap on the rake things and the scoop should appear, but it doesnt work. We were happy that this one really was FTP, but it doesnt;t matter if we cant get past this mini-game. Ive had glitches with other games too, and for the first one, we got a very nice support email, although nothing has been fixed. All other glitches get no reply.
Why do these games not work as intended, the garden gate opens but does not work after, only one item is available to open the chest, then NOTHING happens when you touch the chest items, we reset the game 4 times and all 4 time the same thing, do better please as the game could be very good.
Got through about half the game but cant use the sleep bomb on the guards.wont let us move on. Disappointing as we were enjoying it until that point. We did see that others have experienced the same issue. May be an iPad issue.
We are only in the third scene of this game and already stuck by a glitch. One you open the garden gate it is a mini puzzle where you have to find items and use them. After finding the first item to unlock the chest it doesnt have the second item. Each time you hit the hint button in the mini game it says there is nothing to do here but if you exit the mini game and hit hint it directs you back to the mini game. Honestly this is a chronic problem with this developer. We have had loads of issues and almost decided not to try them again and we think this one seals it. We see from the reviews Im not alone.
We got nearly to the end of this game, but the necessary piece (a smoke bomb) wouldnt work, so we had to delete the game unfinished. We even watched a few walkthroughs to see what we had missed, but we were doing everything right. We got no help from support, after waiting for 2 days, so deleted . Not good.
Domini is our fav developer, we love the realistic touches in each scene, and the great mini games. This game was good except for 2 things: 1) the gem and coin counters in the top right corner covered a third of the dialog! Very frustrating! And 2) the water game doesnt fill correctly. We had to look at the solution for the paid game and use that and then it worked even though the water levels were NOT at the right levels! In fact, the 3 unit high vial will only fill to 2 no matter what you do! Awesome game otherwise, wish Domini cared enough to fix their f2p games.
Another great game. Found it challenging.
This was an ok game, but there were not enough mini puzzles. The water puzzle is impossible because (glitch) theres not enough water available to fill all of them. We had to delete the game unfinished because of this glitch that others also had. We tried resetting, restarting, and any other solution we could think of. Its definitely a glitch in the game and without it you cannot go any further. This is true for many games on this series, and probably why they are now offered as f2p.
We were enjoying the game until we got to the part where we have to block the gate with the wooden crates. Im sure Im answer is correct but the game doesnt go anywhere. Looked online and it seems to be an issue with that scene that others have had, too. Wanted to give it 5 stars but being that we cant finish it, Im stuck with giving only 2.
We will not be emailing support as we had numerous times for other games and nothing was resolved. We had to use the skip option on for the crate game as everything was correct but nothing happened, and the water game is impossible since the graphics are off. We love Domini games but this one is a dud.
We got the note out of the kings hand but when we go to put ring on hes finger it wont let us thank you.
We enjoyed this game very much. We have problem with the water tank. We did check YouTube and our game. It is much different which mean the video from YouTube we watched was complete full line and did good job, but we have tried the same with the water tank. It seem not full enough up to the line. Add the problem is we cant type full our name for the players name and the problem is same as another about the ring for Manguss finger.

The game is intriguing. Great graphics and fun to solve the puzzles. But we are stuck now as we cant put Magnuss ring on the statue. We tried the hint but it says no action can be done at the moment. So we think that is a bug. Please take a look.
Great game as usual, however, we too, am having the same issue as houseofflur, as we are unable to advance because we cannot place the ring on Magnus statue.
When you have to block the gate with boxes, the puzzle wont go through after you finish it. We will update our review if this is ever fixed so that we can continue.
We enjoy games by this developer but this one seems to have a glitch. One of the puzzles is not functioning properly and we cannot solve it. We will have to delete the game.
Too many glitches. Some you can get round but ultimately you cant get any further. In our case its the water puzzle. But this happens in too many of your games – there are 3 others Ive abandoned due to glitches stopping progress.
The water puzzle is glitched. We're not writing anyone else to tell them that's what the review is for. They should be checking them. We don't get paid to check their work. When we're on payroll we will email everyone. Like the other, we'll update review when corrected. Don't ask us to infom anyone.
Same problem as others here- we cant get Magnus ring on the statue so cant advance. Ill update our review once this is fixed.
