We were excited to see a new copycat game of Puzzles and Survival, and had hopes it wasnt overrun by people dropping $100/day on it. It wasnt yet, thankfully. It was a good game until we ran into a bunch of glitches and had a bad experience with support. The game has always had minor glitches, but we were able to get past them. With the latest big update though we lost the ability to upgrade buildings. If you cant upgrade buildings, you cant advance in the game. We waited a couple of days until another update, but it still wasnt fixed. We raised support through the app about it and it was not a good experience. They told us to delete and reinstall the game, we did, and still had the same issue. They tried telling us that we didnt have the latest version installed when there wasnt an update available in the App Store – and showed screenshots to prove so. They completely ignored our messages and came back to say the team is working on it, but did not give us a timeline. They wont give us a refund on what Ive spent on the game because Ive already benefited from it – we did, but no longer do because of these issues. Between this ongoing glitch and the gaslighting support threw at us, the game has totally been ruined. Ill never download a game by Babil ever again.
We loved the game play at first, but the longer we played the frustrated we became, it seems to us as if the developers had a great idea but rushed its release before the game was ready. There are very few players and it only seems to be getting worse by the day. When you run into issues the support team is weak at bestI probably wont give this developer another chance at our money.
Like the game, last update wont let you upgrade buildings. Entire alliance is having issues. Developers just sending canned responses and not fixing the issues after weeks.
This game is fun but beware. If you want to get anywhere youll have to spend money. Then when youve played and spent enough and request to have your account and information deleted theyll tell you it takes MONTHS to do it and will require you to send in receipts of purchase among other things. We liked the game but it was not worth the hoops this company Babel Games will make you jump through.
Some fun gameplay but they just pushed an update that makes the game way more p2w. Building and upgrading your castle & support buildings now requires premium currency. Even changing your avatar has a cost. Some diamonds can be earned through gameplay but this update makes the f2p game way slower & handicapped vs paying opponents.
Decently fun to play but we CANNOT STAND ALL THE GAME DROPS BC ITS CONSTANT. Cant count how many times ive been dropped after a 20 min battle on here. Dont get why it hasnt been addressed yet bc we see most other reviews are just like ours. FIX THE GD DROPS.

Do not spend money on this game. Half the time it does not work and you are out of money. Ask too much to get something using your own diamonds. Research of an alliance tech ? Takes almost a day??? Cannot give because everything is waiting to research, so cannot grow. Cannot port to another server if you do not like the one you are on. Graphics are cool and the set up is cool. Just DEVS being greedy to get your money, with nothing in return, claiming it is a new game with bugs. Even though you send them proof of what you have spent, pictures and videos. Better to go to puzzles and conquest or even puzzles and survival. Way better and not so greedy with your money. FTP? Not gonna happen if you want to grow. Sad really, it could be a great game.
Love the idea, but the game has a recursive code issue that wont let us continue playing. Cant email developers for help because we cant access our account info. The whole screen freezes every time we open it. Would love to play the game further.
Cool game but it freezes a lot and we have to restart the app.
