What Makes Pixel Pro Winter Sports Stand Out
Pixel Pro Winter Sports is an incredibly addictive pixel-art makeover of your favourite wintertime sports.
Carve down the slopes in Downhill skiing, nip over to the Bobsled track for a hair-raising run, or aim for Olympic gold in the Slalom or Ski Jump.
Each sport has its own gameplay mechanics and challenges. All simple, but addicting.
Every discipline has a Single Event mode, for a quick fix of fun. Game Center is integrated, so you can challenge friends and attempt to break the world records.
But the best way to play, is in each sport's Career mode. Compete in 20 events around the globe, each with slightly different challenges. Place in the top 10 to earn prize money, then use it to upgrade your equipment – for longer Ski Jumps or quicker Skiing or Bobsled times. Place high enough at the end of the season, and more events are unlocked. As you play, the World Championships and Olympiads will come around – medals are up for grabs if you can handle the pressure.

One suggestion is if you master one of the sports you unlock another instead of spending four dollars just a suggestion.
This game is great.our only issue with it is that we need to pay for the other sports.at least make it so we can have two sports to start.but it is really cheap so we dont care that much.you guys made a great game! Keep up the good work.
We think that the equipment in downhill is way too overpowered and should be nerfed or removed completely. It makes the downhill experience way easier and removes the challenge of winning. Other than that, this is our favorite game of all time.
We love the downhill gamemode but ive done virtually everything but the other game modes are under pay wall which is extremely unfortunate for a game with ads. We can tell this game has a lot of love tho. We may cave and end up paying the 3.99 or so for the other gamemodes Its good that it takes out ads if you pay for it tho it may be worth it in the end.
We really like this game. The minigames are fun and addicting. The variety is cool on a lot of the Downhill and Slalom levels and the Ski Jump is really satisying. The key issue that needs a fix is that there are lag issues loading the beginning of every run on every sport, and much worse when you get a notification. The lag does not affect the timer so you will lose races if you get multiple texts. Slalom is probably the most fun to play but the starting lag makes some courses almost impossible and collision is a bit off for the gates. We have DNFd a few times fully in the gate (Olympiad.), and gotten away with some where we totally missed LOL. Also when you purchase the full game it says youre purchasing All Equipment but we still had to buy the equipment which was kinda lame.

Like the title says, its a good game (especially for a mobile game) has amazing potential to be huge, great, and not garbage. But there is work. We dont know how to get to the other modes beyond paying for it 2 bucks for no adds 3 for sports 4 for all equipment Its a $4 bundle to unlock everything, however, we ourselves havent bought anything yet so we cant verify how good the purchases are. Yes there are adds, but one maybe anywhere 3-5 courses (which can be easily avoided with a few strategies if it is really a problem) -The easy mode is actually pretty easy if you good at pro mode (if you get a first place in pro then easy is very easy) A little difficult to learn but you get the hang of it pretty easy. Criticism that should be fixed as soon as possible but isnt urgent though we will warn you, its annoying replay button for playing the same courses with taking a good minute going back through a lot of screens no way to change equipment back to green/purple after buying the next tier there is no way to opt-out of data sharing until the pop up shows up and asks at least to our knowledge (props for not being pushy about it) consistently asks for you to download the other games (golf, baseball, tennis, snowball fight,) despite potentially already having them consistently asks for you to follow on insta and Twitter Points that neutral but may be good/bad depending on the person -no update schedule (but games, particularly winter sports and golf, are updated decently and there havent been any bad updates to our knowledge) -small discord (easier to ask direct questions to the dev(s) but not a lot of people to play against/compare stats etc) At the end of the courses there is few shops, people with coffee/hot cocoa, we thought that was pretty funny. All in all, the menus are easy to figure out what each button is. (Career, shop, play, easy/pro, share replay, more games etc) if we could, 4.5 out of 10. Fully expect for winter sports and the other pixel pro games to get better as time goes on and get decently popular.
This game is really good but it leaves no room for failure. We hit a branch an we DNF like broo we just bought this 20k pair of boots. To fix this problem we think you should at least get hit once and slow down, not immediately fall. Other thank that thank u for the game and keep making them.
If they made the other sports not locked behind a pay wall it would be way better.
We enjoy the different games this provides, but Im a a loss. On the bobsled for instance, we will watch ourselves frequently get faster 2nd run times having missed several leans completely versus the first run that missed none. This is similar in the long jumps. We would also like to be able to hit the flags in the slalom. Otherwise, we do enjoy the variety of this game.
Just not runnable on the latest iOS. Even with all background apps closed, the games are incredibly laggy. Which is a shame because the individual events are specifically based on timing, and when its laggy, you make mistakes that arent your fault. Uninstalled.
The game is not bad, but it's ruined by terrible controls, and there is no option to change them. Left and right should be reversed, or even better, a thumb joystick would give better control. But it's unplayable as it is.
This takes us back decades to really fun good ol sports games.
First off, we just want to say that we think that this game is a wonderfully creative game with excellent gameplay and it provides Great entertainment when you are bored. (Not to mention that this game requires no internet connection to work) BUT There is a problem. Im not sure if its just us but the only game mode that Ive played is downhill and Ive already mastered it in the span of 2 days, but all the other games that are shown on the screen supposedly need to be unlocked and for us, we can only unlock it by buying it. Why do you have to buy a game mode? The problem with this is that it has such limited options to pick from and we believe that this game has SO much more potential for game modes. We just want an explanation on why this is, or just how to unlock them without paying. Great game though.
It is amazing already but it would be even better if there were more alpine events like Kitzbuehl for downhill and if the events were like the actual trail in real life instead of the same hill but different course, but we really like how there are the real FIS Alpine racers.
Pixamos golf game is excellent, and this Winter Sports game has lots of potential, but it definitely needs some fixes. A few suggestions: -As one reviewer mentioned, this game NEEDS a replay level button. Going back through all the menus just to replay the same run is just poor design. Its a no-brainer. Replay would be the most used button in the game. -Its also annoying and bizarre that once you purchase a higher level piece of equipment, you can no longer use the previously owned equipment. Again, poor design, and its just plain weird. Once youve owned an item, why in the world would you lose it just because you purchased the next level item? Odd. -In addition, you claim that purchasing the full package buys ALL EQUIPMENT. This is false advertising. You actually only get the top level equipment, and you must still purchase all other equipment individually. -There are a few other things that could use some work, but we dont want to beat up on the game too much. We found this game fun enough to purchase the full package, so we really hope these issues get fixed in a future update. Thanks.
This game is awesome. The only two things we ask is that more events are added as well as more equipment. Even cosmetics would be cool.
You can only play the downhill event, the other three you have to pay for, big disappointment. So in conclusion, only download this game if you want to be disappointed.
Add a reverse control option, we keep running right into the trees every time because of it lol.
First off, im a fan of these games and you guys have done a great job on them and we want more. We thought about it and a bowling game would be cool but thats just an idea, anyways one tip, we think you should be able to unequip bought items and requip older ones for like the look they have like if you want to wear yellow one time but green on another or orange, and we would also like to see customizable avatars and equipment as well, the customizable equipment would allow for custom color choice and can only be unlocked after all other equipment is unlocked. But we love this game and want more.
There should be a replay button after every level. We shouldnt have to hit table, and then go to the map, and then hit the exact same level in order to play it. Also, it would be a good idea to implement an extra chance option. Crashed but want to keep going? Watch an ad and you can. Finally, sometimes too much snow will generate. It should be a consistent amount.
Im kind of sad that there is only one free game mode so maybe make another one. But beggars cant be choosers.
