Im stuck on level 5 we have the right perspective but it just wont click and we dont know what to do.
We have an iPhone 8 and it keeps crashing, we hope they can fix that. The game is great though.
Really cool game, but crashes after the second puzzle on a SE. Would happily give it 5 stars once the stability is resolved. As for the controls, they seem pretty intuitive to us.
App keeps crashing how can we fix this?
We love the idea of the game, and we love the fact we can do puzzles while walking around. Graphics are great, also, which is nice, especially the effects of when you bump into the sculptures. That was a pleasant detail to add. However, when we got to the second puzzle, the bottom part was way smaller than the top, and in no way would they ever fit together. We even tried a larger area to move in thinking we needed to move back more. Nope. Unfortunately, we cannot skip the level either, or else we could still play despite a glitch in one level. Maybe it’s our older device? We can deal with glitchy games here and there, but this is the first where a glitch made it unplayable for us, and the first time we feel we wasted money. There’s always a first for everything, right?
Crash! Game crash every level, we like the concept, but it have so many bugs! Please fix it! Here the list of all bugs we experience in IPhone X: 1. Game crash every level. 2. After game crash, you reset ALL your progress, so you need to start from beginning. 3. After game crash, open it again make the phone super super slow, need to restart to make it normal again! 4. Camera placement is buggy, sometimes by shifting position make the game jittery or crash 5. Shaking device guarantee crash.
We have a new iPad Pro and this game is beautiful but crashes after every single puzzle. Went to their website and you have no options other than an email address. We will email them and hope for a refund.
256gb iPhone X (was sure to restart after download) no other apps running and all this app can do is crash. You pay $3 for an app it shouldnt crash this bad and after every level. We would like a refund.
Its a really excellent concept, and we like the idea of getting up and around to play. However, on our iPhone X 256gb it crashes consistently after the first level, so we’ve never been past that. Would love to be able to actually play it at some point.
We know how to play the game but after 2 puzzles it soon crashes!! Wish we could get our money back. Unless they fix this. Please fix the crashing in this game.

Seems like a great game but we simply dont have any idea how to use it and have tried again and again. Nothing moves and all we ever seem to do is punch holes in the floor and the wall. Would have been nice if there was some on screen instruction. Whats with the phone in the circle too? Please help.
We had to stop playing to come back and review this puzzle game. Its so simple to play that people are making it hard. Follow on screen Instructions then get up move around and get the right angle to complete the puzzle its that easy.
We want to give this game five stars. We ask one thing and one thing only. Allow for rotation of the pieces for us that cant move around to the extent that the game wants. Just the option.
Do not buy yet. Constantly crashes. Which we could get our money back.

Not intuitive and doesnt work with iPhone X very well. Maybe works better with 5 or earlier.
Moving the pieces is counter intuitive and poorly explained in the app, in the video and in the developers responses here. A game should not be about trying to figure out the controls and probably failing even there. We sure hope AR games rise above this level.
We just purchased this and though having a bit of difficulty navigating, the music and effects simply keep us trying and relaxing. Thank you to the developers, Love it.

Relaxing music, cool sound effects, and an altogether fun experience. Our personal favorite AR game to date.
We were hesitant because of the bad reviews stating it need instructions but we decided to try it anyway. We dont know what people are complaining about. The instructions are shown when you first launch the app and on here on the App Store as well; just watch the video and it shows you all you need to know. This is visual puzzle game, if you cant figure out how to play it by looking at the photos in the description, dont buy it. Now we do agree you need more room than the usual non-AR game to play this, but that is what AR is all about. Augmented Reality is supposed to make you interact with your environment. Remember Pokmon go? One of the cool AR features is that you can walk into an object and your phone will vibrate. We definitely recommend this game and hope the company makes more of these types of games. Im playing this on our iPhone 7 Plus and havent run into any issues yet.
Really fun and interesting. Could use better instructions. To remove a piece tap it and hold onto it then move your phone toward the hole until the piece falls in. Took us a while to figure that out. Otherwise really great.
We see the puzzle pieces but can figure out how to manipulate them. UPDATE: Never mind we figured that out. You have to move around till the pieces match up. We havent had a lot of time to spend with it yet but it looks very cool.
Cant figure it out. Objects float in the air and cant be moved. Try another AR app instead…
