We are a big fan of manga and is going to be a manga artist and we are a big fan of your games keep working on your games.

Our anime studio didnt go bankrupt from piracy, so a little unrealistic :/

Cant play this because its too large on our screen. Cannot get to the buttons because the bottom border is too high. Cant rotate, either.

We dont know why but we just seem to be attracted to every game these developers make. Obviously this isnt the best theyve done, but well you know, its still not bad!

Fairly enjoyable-my only question; how can you possibly fulfill/use all the character designs when you can only make less than half a page of original characters?

This installment is pretty good! It reminds us a lot of game dev story, as Im sure a lot of you who have already bought the game can agree. Sometimes when we try a new kariosoft game, we end up getting bored or dont like the mechanics. (This rarely happens but when it does its frustrating) we can say anime studio has had us hooked for hours now! It isnt the same way we were hooked to game dev story, sushi spinnery, or pocket stables, but Im having a lot of fun! Our only complaint is that the background music is our least favorite out of all the games we’ve played from kariosoft. Its really annoying and does not fit at all. After a while we got engrossed by the game and we didnt feel too bothered by it anymore, but if you wanna mute it, at least the game gives you the option to turn of BGM and leave SFX on. But seriously, Usually kariosoft BGM is relaxing and we find myself humming it for hours. This isnt the case with this song. Also, the song unlooped is probably about 45 seconds, so the same ugly bridge comes very often. With other games it felt like the actual song was longer, so when it would loop it wouldnt feel repetitive. Also this isnt exactly relevant to the game itself, but we thought the title screen shown in the photos was the final office for a second. Im not necessarily let down that it isnt, but we think the fans would be very happy if an office that big would ever come to one of your games! Sometimes after the years go on and youve reached your goals, you want some more to do and manage. But anyways, thats just a personal thought. We’ve played countless kariosoft games and have loved the company for years. We’ve had a lot of fun so far with this game, we personally cant compare it to some other kario games we love much more, but we still think its worth the time, 100%! Thank you for bringing us another game and Im excited to see what you will release in the future. :)

This game is similar to other games after a while we get bored of doing the same thing over and over again maybe if they added some twist we would be more interested in trying to restore the purchase now.

This game is too similar to Game Dev Story and unlike Game Dev Story, you start with only three scenes which heavily limits what you can come up with early on. You might just run out of anime ideas or money or both before you finally unlock new topics or scenes.

There are very limited features and not many things to do in-game. You can only mix 2 themes together even if you get further in the game. You can also only choose one main character and it takes too long for them to level up so you have to keep making different works with the same one.

Background music is easily the worst we’ve ever heard in a video game. You will want to mute it within minutes of play. Unlike Game Dev story, which we loved, you can’t increase speed of the game. So a lot of the game is just waiting. We couldn’t take the wait time after 15 min of play. The game is dead to us until they let users speed it up.

We just want to put out there Some ideas we have It would be nice to make animations of the people watching your show and being able to watch your show not in like full length episodes but like little 30 second shorts for the viewing room it would also be nice to make your own short and post it.

Awesome game as usual. Once we passed the 20 years and restarted, we didn’t notice it carried over any of our info from the last game. Love you guys! Thanks for making awesome games!

Kairosoft has never let us down in their game design concepts. They make great and addicting games. This is good game too. Another good title is game dev story.

Not as good as other games made by the same company. A slight update from game dev, but nothing too special.

Always good games from these guys!

We love the game! It’s a lot of fun, but could you please add some more themes? We’re tired of using the same old themes for every show. Overall the game is really fun and addicting!

We thought you were done producing games and we were so sad. We could not find any other game and then as soon as we saw this it just made our day. We love this game and all of the other games of yours. Please don’t stop creating these games! They are so much fun!!!!

Keep them coming. Lots of fun and good replay value.

We have loved these games for a long time and we just found out that this is out soooo we instantly got the app (^_^)

It’s really hard to put down. Just like all the other Kairosoft games. It’s hard to stop playing until you get first place.

This game is… Just amazing! We LOVE your games. We personally think your better than minecraft! Keep up the great games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haven’t played one this addicting and fun since game dev. Honestly, it’s overly complex and that’s what draws us to it. Just don’t start at bed time because you’ll get zero sleep.

It crashed and now it can’t go back we are crying right now.

This app is great, we loved the gameplay and the look of it, one thing that bothers us is that it doesn’t tell you how to restart your game with all of the things you have like it says you can. That really bothers us. We can’t even find it on the Internet and we all know how expansive that is.

Our gf told us to get it so we did but please make it so you could watch your show.

Anime Studio is a game right in line with Game Dev Story and the magazine one. All 3 are instantly addicting and fun to play. In our opinion, the best part about these games is advancing through it and creating products with high stats that you didn’t think you could obtain. It’s great fun, truly. BUT, unlike Game Dev Story, in Anime Studio you can’t create sequels to your products. You can’t continue the line with further seasons of the tv show or further movies in the series. And that’s a huge piece that is missing. We like to continue our creations, because any one anime feels irrelevant to us. We know it seems like a minor detail, but it has really turned us off of this game. We don’t feel compel to continue after we’ve moved into the biggest office. It’s still worth the purchase, but we are starting to accept that Game Dev Story was the peak of Kairosoft’s games, and we’re sure a lot of you loyal players are feeling the same.

We tried this game out and in the beginning it was really fun. After a while it simply dragged on and really repetitive. This game is really too similar to Game Dev Story for our taste personally. However overall, if this is your first time playing these types games, it is okay.

Fun and addictive game but it keeps crashing and won’t let us load!! It’s sooo annoying losing all our progress.

We played for a while but eventually the awards came and we got worst so all our money was drained now it keeps draining from having to pay our staff so is there any was to get money for free in this game? ( because our bank is at freakin neagatives)

Game is to confusing!! Do not buy!! It’s a waste of money!! The whole time we just took us to random places, in the first few minutes we lost all our money and we were just sitting there not doing anything terrible GAME.

We have always been a fan if the Kairosoft games, but Game Dev Story always stood out to us. Game Dev Story gave us everything we wanted in a game developing simulator and more. We never thought we would like another Kairosoft game as much as it. Then, this game became a reality. We didn’t even know we wanted to simulate an anime studio until we played this. Within the first day of getting it, we quickly poured a couple hours into it without another thought. In no time, we completed our first play through of the game, but we couldn’t stop there. We realized we wanted to create the perfect character. Yet, to do that, we have to unlock everything to know what that would be. This game does what all games should do. It is easy to pick up and play, but it isn’t as easy to master.

We went into this thinking that it was going to be an average story game. Once we bought it though It exploded we were making characters left and right! The aspect of making TV shows then trying to get an award is very appealing! We would recommend this to anyone who is up for a challenge that is sometimes hard sometimes easy!

Anime Story is similar to Game Dev and Magazine Mogul. You hire the employees and the more you spend the better the employees. The twist they added was a nice and interesting touch. It kind of relates to what happens with tv shows in real life and actors/actresses becoming more popular based on the success of a show.

We been a fan for along time and this is one of there best.

This game is super fun and addicting. You get to be really creative which we love. There are a few things we would change and add. Like more broad themes and settings (i.e. Desert, Beach) and more involvement in the story of your anime. Hope this helps!!

This game is definitely one of our favorites! It’s fun but short. It would be great to add some mini features!

We bought the game but it wouldn’t install at all.

Amazing it’s just like game Dev story but with anime you can make your own shows and your own anime character for the show pick the best combination and watch the ratings come in.

Really fun game we think it was worth the money 8D.

The game is well crafted, with upgraded animations and visuals as Kairo has progressed. The game has a solid amount of things to do, such as creating new characters, and adding fixtures to the office. With a new take on Kairo’s iconic Game Dev Story, this game is sure to please Kairo fans.

Awesome and very fun. Indeed the best game style from Kairosoft.

Another great kairosoft game that plays most like game dev and magazine mogul.

Another Game dev story reskin. How about making Dungeon Village 2, kairosoft?

… Not necessarily a bad thing. If you’ve played one Kairosoft game, you’ve played them all. This game allows you to create (using that term extremely loosely) a character in hopes that he or she will be the star of a hit anime. If you’ve played GameDev Story, it’s probably safe to pass on this. The differences are negligible, though this game has a prettier sheen of paint.
