This makes us wanna wash our own clothes at home and it gives experience on how to wash clothes.
The only bad thing we have to say about the game is: 1. We wish there werent so many ads. We would be okay with a few but theres just way too many & the other bad thing is we wish you could hire someone to help like hire someone to collect the change upon pickup & give them their order and we wish you could hire someone to do the ironing and we wish you could upgrade the workers. Thats the only bad things we have to say about this game. Its really fun and challenging.
Its a fun game but it would be nice if you could send one then one load on the belt when sending.
Great game people need to walk a little faster though. Also please make more levels.

Good game here but there needs to be more upgrades . Having one character gets a little boring. Also the fact that you can upgrade her, make her go any faster takes away from it also . The main concept of game is cool though.
ETA: still waiting on update; would pay a few bucks for it to have the upgrades that the majority of people have stated. Its a great game to play to wind down. A few upgrades like others have stated would be nice. We like the game but makes us wanna rage. Upgrade to get more characters or the characters to walk faster Upgrade to get more basket slots Upgrade to get more conveyor belt slots Change conveyor belt and iron maintenance. WAY too tedious. And other things like other people have stated.
We enjoyed it in the beginning but it has glitches like the conveyor belt to the back can only have one item at a time. If it could be upgraded to hold more, u can really keep things moving. The people move way too slow too. Ill keep our eye out for an upgrade.
We wished that the game had more levels , and decor also the fixing things should be erased, next thing is the timing its to much please fix . We love this game.
It need to be a little like the sims. But it s ok to pass the time. If that gets done it might be a five star .
Very fun and addicting. Would love to see more levels. Would be nice to star goals fo reach each hand. Would be good to have more upgrades and know when you have upgraded to the max for each item.
Love the game, only thing is need to be able to add more then one basket to counters in front of and back of store. Add more baskets to conveyor belt to back of store.

Im actually enjoying this game but the ads are a bit much. After each level? Thats a bit overkill.
The game is fun and all, but it needs more upgrades. You should be able to put as many baskets on the belt it shouldnt be one at a time. You should be able to hire more workers where someone does the washer and dryer and then the ironing. Game gets boring after the same thing over and over.
Worker to walk faster Conveyor to be able to store more baskets, to where you dont have to wait. Iron to be a little bit more interesting when ironing.
This game is really fun but you should put some needs reguests in like needing food having to pee ect.
Fun game. We dont like that it automatically lets you go to next round even if you dont serve the number of customers youre supposed to serve. Not challenging enough. Changing the glass on the equipment is also very tedious.

Fun game for sure, but this game needs lots of updates and needs to go more than 30 levels. We passed that within 3 days. We’ve never seen a game not advance in levels!! Please continue this game.
We thought this game was super fun at first. We didnt realize that nothing changed. After the machines were upgraded there was nothing left to do. And the mini games oh our lord they are so annoying and take forever. Id love it if there were other upgrades or really anything interesting to make you wanna keep playing.
With our Apple phone the touch screen is slow.
Its fun but the walking slow will make you not want to play anymore. And you can only put one basket on the belt which is silly but there is no limit once you finish your loads on how many baskets can go on the belt. Ill probably re download once the game is updated.
Bad mechanics aside, the game is repetitive, the characters move too slow with no way to upgrade them and the mechanics are just bad. The character skips all over the place and sometimes you have to click an objective more than once. We blame it on the games engine Unity. Everybody wants to use that engine because its cheaper/free but almost nobody knows how to use it.

We spent quite a while playing and finishing this game! Im a little disappointed that it only had 30 levels, but its still great! Our nitpicks: needs a counter for your money, needs a way to improve movement speed, and maybe add an extra slot on the conveyor belt, or even the ability to unlock a dolly to carry multiple items? It’s still an amazing game, and really requires some thought as you play. I’d recommend this to anyone with a few hours to spend.
It is a very addicting game but we wish it had upgrades for the conveyor belt.
We love the game but it gets a little boring doing the same thing over and over . Please add more people to help ex: washing/drying… And the part where we have to fix the machine is irritating .
We gave 4 stars because there are some glitches in the game. If they werent so prominent we would give it a 5! You just have to learn where and when they are then youll be fine.
When we try to upgrade the dryers it says successful and deducts the amount but doesnt upgrade.
We think you should be able to start with to of everything if you are being time. You should be able to choose timed or not timed. The costumers should pay .
It is a very fun game but there are a few things that we would like to change for example we should be able to send back as many baskets as we want to at one time so that our one worker in the back can continue to work on clothes and send those back up front you can send up as many baskets as you want but you can only send back one at a time on the conveyor belt secondly on an iPhone the conveyor belt for when they come back up front after the clothes are washed is entirely too close to the edge so Im always having a hard time typing it to get the basket three we would upgrade the characters to move a little faster and we dont know whats with the dancing when they stop and dont have enough work to do when you go back up front or in the back theyre dancing around.

Its a fun, simple game. We have noticed that when you add on the steps to iron and to send it back to the customer, we have noticed a glitch where instead of bringing up the mini-game for ironing, it instead sends it to the customer. We do wish that it could be more challenging or have other elements added to it to make the game play more interesting.
The screwdriver mini game we guess takes too long! Mini games should be just that, not a 1 minute game in itself. We love the idea of it though but this game needs some improvements as far as upgrades goes as well. Need upgrades for the speed the workers go, maybe even hiring additional workers. Need to show sign of what a load needs next while its in the washer and dryer so you can plan your steps accordingly and not have to wait to pick it up to see what it needs next. Also, maybe an upgrade where the conveyor belt on the receiving (washer) end can hold more than one basket!
We like the game so far but there is no challenge. If you dont meet the requirements you still go to the next level . Also we should be able to see how many coins we have so we can know what we can afford . They shouldnt be dancing every time for no reason !! It takes up our time . What are they dancing for anyway ?
The game needs way more upgrades to washer and dryers. It would be cool to add more helpers or change venues. A simple game to kill time.
Needs more upgrades. Speed, characters, conveyor belts, for instance. Repair feature is slow and unimportant. Pan down on the customer side screen so its easier to select clean laundry, we dont need to see empty chairs. Im deleting this. Its boring.
Its the same scene over an over. Theres no upgrades, same groups, same concept. Theres nothing interesting about this. You cant get more washing machines or dryer. If youre interested in a game that goes in a constant circle this is it.
The game has a nice and fun concept but the all dancing is annoying and extra walking makes it slow down the game and makes the tasks take longer.
The game is fun, we agree with the others, there should be a way to make more upgrades, but other than that its fun. We understand doing the maintenance for equipment but that screwdriver is so long and it eats into your laundry production time. Iron is not so bad just wish you could add the ingredients faster.

The game we enjoyed very much but the characters moved to slow for the game to be enjoyable. Maybe add another character as an upgrade and another conveyor belt then the game would be more fun.
A few minor upgrades would make this game amazing. The characters walk/move entirely TOO SLOWLY and we would understand if they were to start out that way in level 1, but make it so that the characters can be upgraded to MOVE FASTER just like you can upgrade the washers, dryers and iron to be faster… It may be helpful to have 3 or even 4 workers – 1 worker to take in the clothes, 1 worker to wash/dry the clothes, 1 worker to iron/send back the clothes, and a last worker to give the clothes back. Also, when you go to click on 2 completed baskets in a row, you have to click multiple times to pick up the baskets. There are not too many ads, but there are enough to be annoying and we personally would gladly pay (for example) $2.99 to remove the ads. If you had 3 or 4 characters that could all be upgraded you could even sell coins for real money (iTunes) so they could be upgraded sooner. We would pay for that also! Also, PLEASE get rid of the machine maintenance with the screwdriver/screws and glue as well as the iron cleaning maintenance – these are wayyyy too tedious, unenjoyable, time consuming and pointless. There are a bunch of reviews on here and they all pretty much say the same things so hopefully the game developers will take the hint and fix these issues with an update so we will all keep playing!
