Needs more customization once everything is upgraded there is no point of playing the game.

Fun game, but there are too many ads and customers use new tables before you can hire workers. It basically forces you to spend $6.99 on a cashier. Please let us hire workers with in-game money and reduce the ad frequency.

Should atleast give people enought time to see if they like it before there are ads every 2 mins.

Have to spend money to get other bankers. Then it glitches and no new updates.

App has a lot of bugs. It tells us we need to upgrade our bank as the next objective when Ive already upgraded it and Ive tried refreshing and restarting and it does the same thing. Definitely makes it hard to enjoy.

This is a fun game and we really like this game but its just paid to win too much and when you get too far, its laggy and glitchy at the same time the point that you cant get used to it no more and plus they only respond to you if you put a five star not a three star two star and plus they really just dont care about peoples opinions now because thats all they want is greedy people are.

The games fun for 20 minutes then it start flooding you with ads every 5 minutes and a long one in-between days we get ads but when theres so many its unenjoyable to play theres a problem try and keep a player base instead of pushing them away.

Forcing people to pay real life money for employees is absurd. $6.99 for people who are crucial and standard to banking operations should be bought with in game currency. How am we supposed to run the entire bank ourselves. The game was good up until we got to the point where we realized we had to pay money for a simple cashier which obviously Im not doing. Uninstalling and going next. Really unfortunate.

It doesnt have too many Ads but you have to pay real money for a single worker it costs 7$ for each worker.

We wish this game didnt require you to buy the workers and if you buy another table like to quests ask it allows customers to go to the empty table wanting you to pay 6.99 real money for a cashier. Please fix this issue by either making the customers only come to the main table until you get a employee or allow you to pay for employees with in game money with a weekly pay check or something.

Game is really fun but once you get so far the game gets really glitchy (money floating around everywhere, we have people giving us the dirty money to clean but it never appears, sometimes deposits dont go into the money account for some reason), there is no way to sell things that you dont need, and there is no where to go once you have maxed everything out. Hoping for some updates to correct these things as well as some updates to expand the game, but not holding our breath for those things.

The game has way too many glitches and freezes way too often. Its hard to enjoy the game when you constantly have these issues and restarting. The game has told us to upgrade our bank level and it has already been upgraded. Its stuck on the same objective with no ability to move on. Seems like the game is having multiple issues and perhaps was not fully functional. Was fun to play when it works but far too many issues to enjoy now.

Need to make it to where you can buy the helpers with in game money we understand that this is a free to play game and you have to get money to support the game but Im a low income person and cant afford all of it.

Fun game, downfalls Ive already upgraded our bank to a level three but it keeps telling us that thats our objective game is glitchy.

Very entertaining definitely suggest you to get the ad removal because theres ads every now and then. Overall good. Also should check for some errors our dryer disappeared and we had to erase and re download the game to see what happens.

Awesome and fun game although it has ads.

Fun game, but once you get to a certain point it gets real glitchy and then freezes. Have to constantly close the game out. Also would be nice to not purchase more equipment and ultimately have no where to put it and then continuously receive the boxes everytime the game is opened. Give more layout ability to place more equipment around especially after most purchase the attendants with real money to make the game better.

Brought both wash and dryer and after the last update the washer is there but the dryer is gone.

Dryers disappear and cant use them. We have 2 dryers and they are both invisible and we cannot use them.

We bought a dryer and we cant even see it. When we look in the direction of the dryer our game freezes.

8/13/2025 Updating our review as some things have changed since the last game update a week ago. Our ATM assistant doesnt get stuck anymore it seems like but the game still glitches like crazy. Money still floats when transferring to the vault or ATMs – including the washers and dryers. We feel like the app developers are trying but still needs a lot of work. Im looking forward to when it starts running smoother. We would refrain from making purchases until then because it only causes the game to glitch more as you grow. It struggles to keep up with your progress from what Im experiencing.

This could be really fun game but it needs some technical work done to it.

Fun game, has potential. But its got so many bugs. Im stuck on an achievement that Ive already accomplished, but for some reason it doesnt register in the game. Also we think its ridiculous that they want you to pay so much real money for features that should just be standard.

Please fix the issue with the atm attendant getting stuck in the pillar and the first washer will not work after buying all three. Thank you otherwise great game.

It has glitches that seem the developer is not fixing from what we read. We are have the same issues as the people in the review and we have purchased everything the game has to offer which appears to have been the issue.

This game is definitely decent if only is wasnt so Glitchy. Between taking money from the atm to putting money in the vault. Walking out the vault you will be turned right back around to facing the cash. And with taking the money from the atm you will end up upgrading when you dont want to and closing the door multiple times while taking and refilling the atm.

Liked it to buy the first assistant but it just hasnt stopped glitching since.

After you unlock a couple things that dont let you do anything else you have to pay for other cashiers, which is crazy and even when you do that, you dont unlock anything else no extra nothing you just endless.

If you dont spend money to make the ads go away. This is next to impossible to play. And if you do not buy a bundle pack, youll still struggle. The tasks make you buy a second table but to get cashiers you must spend more money (real money) or watch 3 ads minimum each game day played for the free one. Even with no cashiers, they still go to that table so youll need to run 2 counters. Has the potential to be good.

Bought all the stuff with actual money. The dryer glitched so we had to delete the game and redownload. We didnt get a majority of our stuff back.

Im a sims fanatic. So when we saw this game on our for you page. We said, we got to play that. The only thing we noticed is that you have to pay for helpers or do 5 mins. Good game though.

We played for a while and decided to purchase the all in one pack for $8.99 that gives you one cashier and an ATM attendant. The game started to get glitchy after so many upgrades and our ATM attendant kept getting stuck. So we deleted the app and reinstalled which fixed the problem with the ATM attendant but now the game wont give us the cashier that we paid for even though it shows as purchased in the store.

This game has much potential but there are a few issues that need to be addressed or we will seek a refund. 1. When you pay real money to hire the assistant to manager clash transport between the vault and the ATMs, there needs to be an option to not use her or reuse her. If you take too much money out of the ATM she will hit to the vault and refill it. This essentially does not allow you to store money or spend money as you want. You can only spend money thats stored in the vault. Not a great feature. Wasted $7. 2. On Bank upgrade 4, the same assistant glitches out and stands in front of the vault holding money. She wont move and it effectively renders the game unplayable. You cant access the vault. We have exited and closed the app and reopened it several times and she glitches out the exact same place every time.

But when you have to pay for other people to help you and they are 6.99 per person. Thats when we have a problem.

Its a nice app to pass the time. The building is never at capacity. We wish that customers numbers would be more realistic. Would be great to have whole numbers instead of every requesting ending in a $xxx,x5. We were surprised that there are $1 coins and not $1 bills. There are no 1 coins.

This game is fun and passes time when we have some to spare, but after the first upgrade it opens a second teller desk but you have to spend real money to put someone at the desk even though it has people line up for the open teller. So you have to swap between each desk to clear the lines. Theres no option to hire someone with in-game capital.

We like the game but it keeps freezing . Have to close out the game and open it back up but it restarts us which is frustrating.

It lagges at Times and glitches other than that its a pretty good game.

The games is cool but it a bug that needs to be fixed, like when we try to upgrade and return to the bank screen all icons are gone just the teller standing there with no customers.

We want to stop our atm worker from taking all our money putting them in the atms but its no way to fire them and we dont want to delete the app and start over.

The game freezes after level 4 we cant grab cash or credit card.

Our biggest issue is being stuck on level 4, upgraded the bank and the objective still remains upgrade bank. Sometimes our character will freeze on a customer.

There are still some issues with the game. When you go to click on the Clint it wont let you take the money or do anything.

This is a fun game. We cant move past level four. Also the game starts to freeze and we cant take the money or card. We hope an update comes soon. Future Update Idea: Have it so you can have a drive thru banking as well. Also have the option to decorate the bank also be able to change the teller computer and giving and taking the money.

The game is enjoyable, but after we got the first employee the people at our desk freeze and we cant grab their money or card. We have exited the app and restarted it but it keeps happening. We also cant continue to level after level 4.

Sometimes we cant grab the customer cash or card so we have to reset and it wont let us open one of our atm machines to get some of the money out this game need more work.
