We enjoy the game but not being able to set a price without turning around and it immediately changing is annoying. Why cant we make the price $5 even . Id like to be able to minimize the amount of change we have to dish out every single time.
We like the game but it is frozen at level 10. We purchased the package to have the store clerk, auto clean, and auto delivery but the game is frozen. Our clerk no longer collects cash.
We love this game but Its glitched at a certain level and wont allow us to do anything.
Ive played this game for about a month. We cant even click on anything. The dot cursor isnt working and we cant even open up our store or start and washer or dryers.
We are having fun with this game but the items dont look like their picture in the computer which makes ordering hard for us. We keep ordering the wrong thing.
We love the fact that you can watch an Ad. And get 10 in energys or 50 in cash.
Im just confused. The basic bottle of detergent we set to $2 but when customers buy 2 its $4.01? Why? We set another item to $6 but the customers bring it to the register its $5.99 now. Please fix the prices.
This game was fun at first, but quickly we realized how annoying it was with customers paying 200 or 300 more than they owe, so you end up making large amounts of unnecessary change, which is very unrealistic. Then we decided to purchase the no ads version, and ended up buying the one that hired all the workers, which we thought just gave you the ability to hire them, not actually hired them, and now we dont even get to play anything in the game! The workers do everything! So now Im about to delete the game, because what is the point of watching a laundromat.
The dryers are top loaders not front.
Our biggest problem with this game is once we reach level 20 we stop being able to do anything we have restarted twice and this keeps happening at level 20. This has the potential to be a great game it just needs to be revised with consumer feedback in mind. Who pays for something for less than $10 with $300???? PLEASE UPGRADE.
This game is fun for a few days but really needs updates. 1. Glitch with people not leaving laundromat and filling up all the chairs, forcing you to restart constantly. 2. Need new machines to choose from (you CAN sell old machines by holding your finger on the box icon until it fills the wheel up. 3. Need more levels, game has gotten boring with nothing else to accomplish.
Love the game. Just after 5 mins of playing the game it seems to keep crashing and we have to restart the app. Please fix.
Im sorta bored now, theres no other challenges, nothing to look forward to other than to keep buying furniture and one of our workers that puts items away keeps walking into the wall and getting stuck and we already paid our money for this game not sure Ill keep playing.
Has potential but still needs work. The washer and dryer graphics are swapped, you have to make ridiculous amounts of change because customers pay $300 when the total is only a couple of dollars.
Don't get us wrong, it is a fun game! As long as your not picky about buying the better version of washer and dryer machines then close the game and when your back on its the original washer and dryer not the "fancier" ones you worked to get. And not picky about constantly giving high price in change back because the customers use like $300. We like the game yes but it has its issues making it less fun.
We would have so many customers sitting waiting on laundry that doesnt exist. This causes us not to have any new customers drop off laundry. There is also a glitch in the placement of furniture. The furniture only turns green in certain spots next to other furniture that doesnt make sense.
We love this game but it needs a lot of improvements to be a great game. One of our main problems is, how come people can pay $300 for a $7.50 service? Thats just so obscene. The customers can pay with large bills, every single time. Its annoying. We should be able to set the price for everything. It would also be great if we could use the energy to rent the workers. The game is very glitchy, which causes us to not play it as often.
We like the game, but we cant find a way to remove unwanted items. We want to upgrade to newer machines but cant get rid of the old ones.
We enjoy the game, but it glitches every now and again, and we have to close and open back up. Also, Id like to be able to sell the basic machines that we purchased to upgrade to the better machines.
We paid the $20 for the helpers, then we realized that we beat the game and can no longer upgrade. Waste of $20.
