Barbarian Brad’s got a pretty sweet job defending his village against any invaders foolish enough to venture inside its borders. Day after day, the monsters come. Day after day, Brad sends them packing using his arsenal of deadly weapons and his natural fighting ability. One day, tired of the same old routine, Brad picks up a new kind of axe. With a mighty shred, he becomes Brad the Bardbarian!
Use Brad’s musical talents to summon a variety of heroes to fight by his side. Dodge and weave through enemy attacks and don’t be afraid to belt out a solo to give your team an extra boost. All you have to do is keep the monsters from destroying your town’s magical crystal… a job easier said than done when you see how many opponents you’ll face! That’s not even mentioning the terrifying bosses. Is the power of rock enough? You bet it is!
A little back-up never hurt, though. Scoop up the gold that defeated enemies drop and use it to power up Brad and his buddies. Recruit powerful new units to help fill out your band of warriors, including one that looks suspiciously like an octopus. There’s only so much room on the stage, so think carefully about which allies to bring with you into battle. You’ll need both brains and brawn if you want to survive to see another day!
The Power of Rock: Brad can’t directly attack his enemies, but his sweet tunes can summon a variety of heroes who can!
Support Your Team: Belt out some solos to use special buffs and stunning defenses!
Dodge Like Wild: Bards tend to be squishy, and even our Bardbarian has his limits. Weave between the shots of your enemies and counter-attack!
Spend Those Spoils: Pick up the gold a bashed monster leaves behind and use it to upgrade Brad, his allies, and the town itself. What will you power-up first?
Recruit Heroes: As you play, your fame will draw more allies to your cause. Clerics, Storm Knights, Dwarves, and… hey, is that Meat Boy and Isaac? And what is Octodad doing here?
Multiple Modes: Take on the Story Mode or jump into the challenges to see how long you can last in Survival Mode or how far you can get in Escape Mode!

We like this game very much and its a very entertaining and fun game but we dont like how you have to pay for almost every thing to play this game once you defeat the boss the only thing you can do is just restart the same thing over and over again and upgrade and you cant just pay normally you have to subscribe to play.
Its missing one main important item which is the golden axe. Game club took no time looking over the original game and discovering that and if they put it in theyll most likely make you pay for it.
Castle Defending, Bullet Dodging, Real-Time Team Strategy, 3 Equally Fun Game Modes, Many Characters & Guest Stars You Can Unlock & Play, Cool Hand-Drawn Art, and Upgrades For All!!! We are so glad we bought this game! Do we need to say more!?
We bought and finished this game years ago. Thanks to the wonderful world of indies and publishers, the devs had to update and rerelease themselves. We happily purchased again and the game is even better now. Looks and plays great; an incredibly fun take on an action RPG. Plenty of upgrades and abilities to play with. Highly recommended!
Please fix the escape glitch where your character and the others are invisible. It makes it impossible to get the shellrazer character.
This is a good game to kill some time at work or in class, the only problem we have found with it is that in the Escape mode, your player goes invisible and some of the enemies are also invisible. This bug makes it extremely difficult to play this mode at all. We hope it gets fixed soon so we can unlock the turtle character.
We like this game the only problem we have with it is in the escape setting when you start running and the Bardbarian disappears and thats dumb Its hard to realize that you dont actually use the bardbarian to actually fight But once you get the hang of the game its fun.
Really fun game, except after you die the buttons to start a new game or go to the shop are off the screen and cannot be seen on iPhone X. You have to restart the game or sometimes if you hit the very bottom of the screen in the correct spot you can hit the button, but you cannot see it. Also the mana in the upper right corner is cut off. 5 stars if the restart buttons are fixed.
Awesome throwback but there is a bug that turns brad invisible during escape mode and we cant see where Im going. Edit: discovered another bug, the team member counter on the right side of the screen always displays 0/(max party level) no matter how many of them we have summoned.
As soon as you start, its as if theres an invisible wall at the far right of screen. Everything an the left of the wall is visible. Everything else is invisible. The wall doesnt move with the rest of the screen. It moves slowly left as if the screen isnt moving. Projectiles are still visible, but You and your enemies are invisible. This makes unlocking the shellRazer almost impossible. Especially with the weird boss at the end that is shooting you.
We are stuck staring at a tree. Is there something we need to do?
The one time we decide to buy a game it doesnt work. We see all these great review but in just stuck at the loading screen. We have an iPhone 7 so Im sure it should work. Im attempting to uninstall and redownload it but if it doesnt work Im going to be truly disappointed that our $5 have just been thrown away.
And ripoff. If you lose there is no restart, star, reset, etc option. You have to close the game and restart. DOES NOT RUN ON iPhone Xs max 512 GB.
We paid 4.99 just to sit at the Tree Fortress logo screen. It wont load anything past that, we want our money back.
