A Glimpse into Battleboats.io
Battleboats.io is a 10 vs.10 multiplayer action game, where two teams engage in fast paced sea battles. You will seamlessly jump into a game and join either “Team Red” or “Team Blue”. Right now there are two modes: HQ Destruction and Team Deathmatch.
In HQ Destruction the goal is to destroy the enemy HQ by moving the own big sea mine towards the enemy base. To achieve this goal, you not only have to destroy enemy ships by using your canons or torpedoes, but also by collecting different kind of chest that are floating on the surface.
In Team Deathmatch the goal is to destroy more enemy ships within a certain timeframe than the opposing team.
Mine crates: They shine in the colour of your team and move your own mine towards the enemy HQ.
XP crates: Collect them to upgrade your ship. The more your ship evolves the more damage it deals and the more it can take.
Ammunition crates: Every canon shot will cost you one unit of ammunition, firing torpedoes even five. Collect ammunition crates to reload your canons and tubes.
Repair crates: Your ship will be destroy in case your HP reach 0. Collect repair crates to repair your ship.
Carrier crates: To switch the ship class from destroyer to carrier.
But that’s not all. To be successful, you should also have two more things in mind.
First, as long as the battle lasts, you may be able to respawn after your ship got destroyed, but you will lose 5 levels.
Second, avoid energy barriers turning on, as well as turrets aiming at you, because they will heavily damage your ship.

We personally would of rated this game (and if the problems are solved we might as well in the near future) 5 stars if it had not had the few bugs we have seen. Ok, from the top: #1: After had toggling the Privacy Policy button, henceforth bringing you to that specific page, there is no way to return back unless you exit the tab completely (Although this doesnt seem like much now we will refer to this later) #2: Yes, Indeed, we have noticed many ads but that is understandable as this is a free-to-play io game, but why is it that when you start the game when not choosing a powerup it will yet still force you to watch an ad? #3: If you are to exit the tab completely, it will delete all of your progress. This is the biggest and most problematic bug we have seen, as it will remove certain features from the game, and, now as we will refer from earlier, basically turns the Privacy Policy into a Save File Death Button. Otherwise, this game is great, and we are looking forward to updates in the future. Sincerely, Mr. N.
Nothing is good and nothing is working- glitches, alone, and does not let us exit/X out.
The ad works perfectly when it loads. Then it crashes. Pure garbage. Shouldnt even be in the App Store.

It take for ever to put us in battle and we are alone.
Easy to play on mobile, however we’re almost always spawned in a new game with no other players and no players ever end up being put in the same game. Game is a lot less enjoyable when you’re the only boat.
We quit . You should really get the bug out that causes it to freeze up..
This game is HORRIBLE. There are too many adds and finding a game takes half of FOREVER! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS.
The servers lag and take a long time to join. When you join a game late a max level boat spawnkills you. Also you lose your progress when you close the app.
Why show us a 30 second ad before we can even see what the game is about? We don’t have a problem with ads, but at least let us see what the game is before forcing a 30 second ad. Just a suggestion.
