We know we cant win all the time! But we think should win a little here and there. Just cant win on this site. Especially in poker we lose to the same players all the time. It doesnt matter what increments of money we play on either its the same playersseems kinda weird to us.

Its tripped up, designed for novices. Get your chips in with the best hand, youre beat over 50% of the time. Full house? Itll be beat with a higher full house. Over and over. Plus, on your last hand, when your all in, if youre beat, they dont allow you to see the hand that beat you. It just bounces you out of the game. We thought MGM would be better, but we were wrong. Dont expect anything and youll be fine.
Good play is Not rewarded. Unbelievable bad beats!, You wont win no matter how good you play if the system has you slated to loose! Not a fair site.

Terrible odds in sports. Much better odds in diff sites Also the poker app with the cash out option is ridiculous. When someone cashes out the site always wins. Should not have tht option. The site is robbing pep.
This used to be a good app and then we started having problems and it seemed that every time we contacted support we never got help and t the problems never got solved.
Very choppy and cheap interface. Try to click on a cash game table and get cannot complete your request. Yet we go on a different denomination cash table and Im able to play. If you minimize the app for more than like 12 seconds it auto logs you out. Just doesnt seem like they put a lot of money or energy into their poker app to make it run smoothly. Seems to be this way for years now, no real improvement.
Cant see result of final hand when you lose. A giant banner pops up and youre kicked from the table immediately. Horrible UX design. Questionable algorithm. UPDATE: The algorithm is beyond questionable – there is an amount of bad beats that defies any probability model we're familiar with. There is a 18-22% variance off EV over a 1 million hand sample size. They need to be investigated.
Customer service is a little sketchy. We feel like im talking to robots sometimes but other then that they have the best slots in the business. And its not even close. Ive seen people actually win before large sums of money and deposited right to there bank accounts. ($50,000.) Unfortunately we have not won in a long while anything really big. But we did win some fairly decent sized wins before. We tried using someone elses card though at one time and our account has been seemingly wonky ever since. So dont make that mistake and if your looking to gamble we think mgm is the right choice. Also we recommend getting schooling for knowing how to do taxes before getting involved with this industry. Its more the governments fault for allowing it but mgm will submit every spin,bet, poker win small and large that was a win to the IRS. And claim that the person won all of that money which technically yes they did. But they also lost in most cases 2 times or more of that of which they won. And it is up to the player to provide the IRS with that proof of every single bet of any type showing a loss.
Not easy to make a deposit so Ill use another site.
Played for quite a while, was enjoying it. Made some money on some of their bonuses. After a while we started gettin errors saying we cant play right now because it cant verify our location. Went back and forth with live chat. Played more then it was shutting down when we were in real money tournaments. We would literally sit there and watch ourselves get blinded out and not be able to do anything. Now they are playing hardball with our few dollars they stole. No in the process of waiting for them to figure this out they want to ask us all the questions that they already have the answers to in the live. Chat transcript. Ive gotten to the point where Im snotty with them now. With all that being said now, our pokerexperience is not going so well. We do pretty good on this and now every good hand we get is just smashed by another player. Its not even randomly. It seems like every time. Go figure.

We believe you have your sit n go tournaments in failure mode. We used to play on a site we can no longer play on. During this time on that site, there was never a wait when joining sit n go tournaments. No there is some what of exaggeration we have you put up more stated ,due to the fact that we did wait, only for couple minutes at most and it was full table sit n go in action. We think you need to offer more turbos rather then ultra turbo and/ or 3 min blinds. These ultra fast sit n go become more luck , which is part of poker, so deal with it such as we do. However if Sorry to be continued! Must go.
We deposited $100 and cant use it anywhere keeps saying we have insufficient funds every where we try to play. Wont let us change our email.
Never offer any subjective bonuses wanna take but not give back to us who spends thousands on this site. When you get a bonus they want you to play through 20x for .50 cent is ridiculous. Im about done with this site and its horrible offers.
When youre knocked out of tournament, you dont even get an opportunity to see what hand beat youyour site immediately flashes to the next screen in a milla-second, advising where you placed. We played in a tournament last week and finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd without knowing for sure with your screen immediately again flashing to the next screen. It said we qualified for a $45 entry without any description or direction of what that even meant. We dont know what to look for or how we get entered. IT JUST HAPPENED AGAINCOULD NOT SEE THE HAND BEAT ME.

Constantly kicked out mid tournament due to Ip and login issues while remaining on home Wi-Fi located in Michigan. No quick assistance or help. Had to reset password 3 times in one hour and was still locked again mid way. Super frustrating.
First time player here, and find the play realistic and for a lack of a better term, smooth. We play mostly TH poker and we like being able to interact with our table companions. And we really like the live tournaments that are offered throughout the day and evening, various buy ins and prize money are as stimulating as if we were on the casino floor. If slots and other table games are your thing, there is a huge selection to choose from and we dont think youll be disappointed! Hiccups.
They should give us notifications for poker tournaments that we register for so we dont have to keep the app open the entire time yall costing us money.
The one thing we really dont like is if youre all in a hand in a tournament and you lose your booted off the table before you can even see what you lost toalso very few 8 man tables.
