Very addictive dont want to put it down!!!!
Good visuals, lovely promotions, smooth gameplay, with a fun and entertaining environment. Cant wait to join other legalized states to grow the games a bit. Also you guys should add PLO 5/6 card cash games. And some more off the wall Tourneys, like all in or fold, hyper turbos, mega stacks, freeze outs, 8 game, and 2 day tourneys. Rip off this app is a scam always take our money for nothing.
We hate that most of the time it tells us we cant play because it cant verify we are we Michigan. Sometimes it kicks us off in middle of session. Butch of bull.
We took 3rd place in our first MTT tournament on MGM. We deposited only $15. We withdrew all of our $155 winnings and we received the funds in less than a half hour. Thats better than going to the casino!
They make up when your hands on their own stay away from otherwise that.
Its alright could be much better they need to update and poker and sports bet could use updating.
While the app itself isnt bad, the issue is that the hold em play would almost seem rigged if there was a house/computer opponent to claim victory based on the sequence of cards and the percentage of River cards that change the outcome of the hand. Today alone, over the course of 16 mini 3 person tournaments played, 7 of our 10 loses came when a River card changed the hand; more often than not at VERY long odds. Reviewing those hands, 5 loses happened when our opponent had only 4 cards or less in the entire deck that could give them a 2nd pair, set or straight to win that obviously hit to beat us. We understand poker can go this way but the percentage of River cards that change the hand are disproportionate to reality. You can also too often predict when a 3-4 card flush is gonna flip up as well as the single card for the straight. Yes, this happens in poker, but not at these percentages Overall, the game play is fine but the card that come up makes this a game we cannot trust to have legit outcomes or feel confident in a dominant hand until the final card is flipped.
If the setup for ultimate hold is like it is you are cheating the consumer. One hand for 6 players is ridiculous. A scam if that many were laying in a casino 6 hands would be shown. Then you dont shuffle at least once if customer requested. You place the olds totally in your favor you are cheating the consumer. Please correct game or get rid of it.

We know we cant win all the time! But we think should win a little here and there. Just cant win on this site. Especially in poker we lose to the same players all the time. It doesnt matter what increments of money we play on either its the same playersseems kinda weird to us.
This app will runner runner you on any decent sized pot. It is without a doubt the shadiest poker site we have seen and that says a lot.
Only deposited $20 but a bonus was applied (not by me) essentially requiring us to bet $450 in casino to even use our actual deposit. Not sure if its a glitch but its not the first time this app has screwed us. No response when we reach out to them per usual. First time depositing here in awhile. Will delete as mgm is not worth the headaches.
They advertise that theres a high payout for certain games like $1000 in a $1 buy-in game but thats false. They dont actually have these types of games. There is an algorithm involved that makes it so underdogs win when on the ropes, its pretty obvious. This isnt real poker.
When you sign up for rewards, MGM makes you spend an additional $250 to unlock the $10 reward. Then when you cash in your bonus points from poker, thr take your points, but dont credit your account. And when you email customer service as directed by the chat, you never hear from them again.
When you lose your last hand especially when you are way ahead it we be really nice to be able to see what happens.

Constant bugs and crashes, theres a full house every other hand. Cant even count the number we’ve seen four of a kind dropped. Pocket aces and pocket kings get beat 75% of the time, hand to god. Nice platform to play on besides that. Prepare to be tilted :/
Someone calls all in way to many time absolutely nothing and hits the river every other hand and then they dont pay out when you win. Save your money.

We enjoy being able to play poker on our phone.
Website functions well with a few glitches now and then. Wins seem on par with live play in a casino but slightly slanted to the house. Craps has more 7s than we’ve ever seen in live play. Blackjack runs great usually, great variety of slot games. Sadly the 25 Free Spins every night is gone and replaced by other promotions that have few rewards. We enjoy gaming on this site but am spending less than usual.

Every hand was bad and every hand had a flush draw how.. We loose with bad beats everytime how. It cant be regulated or realistic. We Will never play on BetMGM poker again.
We played a great deal of online poker before it was legal. PokerStars app was much more user friendly. Additional instruction for new comers to the app would be greatly appreciated. What do the numbers on the bottom left and right of the available tables mean? How do we pick a table with at least 3 other players. We saw someone expose their hand after a fold. How is that done. Is there a way to chat among the players at the table? In short, we are happy to be playing poker again but this app is not user friendly.
The impossible amount of pairs and trips that hit on the flop suggests an issue with your algorithm. The amount of time players are given after their initial time runs out is often just offensive to everyone that is actually paying attention to the game. On a lighter note The lack of Omaha spins games is unfortunate.
It cant be anymore obvious that mgm decides what cards you get, and who wins and who loses. Casino games are always set up to the houses advantage, why cant you just let the cards fall how they are?
