Your algorithm is absolutely terrible!!! Every single turn or river card always makes a straight and someones flush. Its actually flawed in every way. Stay away.

Everything works great but it cant keep up with other apps that have daily or weekly match deposits plus the big one is 1x playthrough to cash out . You cant beat that at all . Thats why we gave 2 stars here because its missing match deposits , 1x playthrough, daily play points . We hope someone is reading this and actually add the match deposits and Im talking about deposit 250$ get 5$ lol Im talking about deposit 500$ get 50$ or 100$ 10% or 20%.

Poker here has been a joke lately. No matter how smart you play, you lose to stupid people who play stupid hands and have absolutely no business winning. Yet they do. Mainly on the river card too, cause that happens in real life poker. And its consistently this bad. Even worse if you play above your value and enter higher paying tournaments. If the goal is to get people to come back and continue to play here, youre doing a really crappy job of keeping your customers happy. But we guess as long as you keep raking in the cash you could care less about the people spending that money.
This might be the worst casino app Ive ever used. The app froze and acted ridiculous after during our welcome 20$ bonus which we just wanted to use to gain familiarity with the site. Contacted support, waited for an hour and finally live chatted with multiple people who were of little to no help and couldnt be concerned at all. Still having issues and support has had us with no response for stretches of 45 and 27 minutes respectively. Ive been to the casino in AC countless times and love it but this app has treated us like we dont matter at all and no one has addressed our issues and have basically been calling us a liar since we connected. 10+ year customer would like some answers and a resolution to this absurd waste of time.

It really is just a big scam. Lots of bad beats to collect 2 to 4 times the fees and cover tournament guarantees. What can we say corporations are vile scum and will steal from there customers. They dont care they just want profit at any cost.
We were sent an email saying that if we made a deposit they would match our deposit up to $50. We deposit $20 we still havent gotten our match deposit.

Support HA they do nothing to support any issue, all they say is wait for email in 24-48 hours, you MAYBE get email weeks later, keyword MAYBE.
App is super glitchy. Whenever you are moved around for table balancing, the sound from the original table will keep playing. You then have to close the app and restart it while in a hand otherwise when you restart, it will fold the hand you are holding. Very annoying while playing deep into tournaments. Also, some promotions do not work even when offered and the customer service team is suuuuuper slow and not very helpful. They are clearly outsourced to ppl that arent familiar with the actual poker app. About the play, games move very fast compared to wsop and pokerstars. Time to act is much shorter and you dont have to confirm choices. You hit the button and it bets/folds. They have a slider and you can preset bet limits to help. Not a ton of players but a fairly weak player base and pretty easy to win tournaments compared to wsop which has more variety. You will see the same ppl every single game. The app style is very bare bones which we didnt like at first bc you cant add notes to players but we kind of like it now bc it simplifies everything. We hated it at first but Ive been winning a lot of tournaments and the game moves quickly so we appreciate it now. Not good for cash games as there are rarely any in play. Also difficult to play multiple tables bc the timer is so short. Two is the max we can do on the app even though it allows up to 4.
Need to have more tournaments and styles like knockout or bounties.
We deposited $25 on our account thinking we were going to be able to play the app is abysmal and will not give our money back that we didn't even spend.

They tell you they have deposited a 25 dollar poker bonus… But you go and try it out, and tell you that in order to receive the bonus, you must deposit first. Im sorry but im not putting money towards something we dont have any experience with. If youre going to allow customers to try the poker site, while offering a bonus… Dont do it this way…. You just chased us away to a better gambling site (which with our experience using borgata…..isnt too hard to find a better one).
The players are obnoxious arrogant jerks that go all in on a board that is an obvious chop pot. Little do they know that we all lose money that way. The play field is unrealistic. The odds are from another realm of possibilities. Every session is full of quads and straight flushes every 30 mins. Just hold out until the river and you will get beat %100 of the time. Any 2 cards literally can win the hand at any time. Not joking. Okay at own risk. Dont cry later cuz you have been warned.
People will call big bets & all ins with j 4 off & other wildly trash hands and catch 4 to a flush etc. Its a terrible app. One of the worst if not the worst in pa for sure.

This review was written 4 days ago. Ive been locked out of 3 more tournaments since, and havent received even an email or call from anyone. The app is total crap, and Ive been robbed out of the money we payed to play and win poker: Cant get back in, and customer support has access to our account, and yet cant help us. Lots of Money being spent to play poker. We make final table at least 75% of the time and win our money back plus more, and Im recently unable to play because theres something wrong with their app? We want our buy in money back plus the winnings that we wouldve made. Unacceptable. Dont play on this app. Theres plenty more out there.

So we accidentally unregistered for a tournament for $20 the US party poker tournament #2 and never got our $20 tournament ticket back, the customer support was zero help and we have deposited well over $20,000 since we started using Borgata which was only a couple months ago.

Good app, good payouts. Could use some tuning up with always signing you out (especially in the middle of tournaments). Payouts are . Decent. Would be a 5 star if we wasn't questionable about everyone being real humans behind the poker players. Some calls and all-in shoves have been very skeptical. Anything under 10% chance of losing (speaking for hands), will most likely win. Do not understand it but its poker. Goodluck everyone.
We dont want to play on pokerstars. We like that there are no huds. Its just really unfortunate how buggy this app and the desktop programs are. This app has trouble placing you on a table where people already are. Pretty mind blowing.
Halfway decent games and game play but if you leave the app to do something while youre in a tournament, you cannot get back into the tournament. Its maddening.
One minute we can get to the casino. The next moment we get kicked off because they say Im not in PA when we are. Then cant get back to the casino. We asked for help and its the same steps every time which Ive done several times. Extremely frustrating.
When you play the dancing drums, the drum gets filled to the top, then many hands go by and not another one to fill it!! It fills just enough to let your money run out. This has happened many many many many times !! Theres no way its a coincidence once it is filled you cant get that one more to go to the bonus round that many times in a row!! We must have spun at least a thousand times and not once ever was able to get 5 drums. Not even sure if there is a bonus for that, but it never happens anyway. Also we play this game at the casino daily and the pot never resets to empty. Why on this game, when you run out of money and want to play again do you have to start over with a empty pot? We thought this was going to be a good site to play casino games, but definitely not looking like that anymore.
