Do you like getting beat with the dominant hand time after time? Do you think math and probability have no place in poker? Do you think going all in every few hands is a winning strategy? Do you want to see bad play get rewarded constantly? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this game is for you. But wait theres more! The app shuts down when youre playing. Some bonuses are made to deceive and help players lose money. Some bonuses and promotions are not even honored by this site. Sometimes they give you bonuses that you dont actually get, like free spins, but you dont realize it until after you played off your real money. Casino games freeze during during winning spins. Everything on this site is made to maximize loses, like slot spin wagers starting a $20. The support is as bad as any we have ever dealt with in any form in our life. It is amazing that any of this is allowed by the PA gaming control board. We encourage everyone to get your hand history and check the math. Even with the 5% margin of error allowed by the PAGCB(which is absolutely insane), it is still not even close to the actual math If youre looking for a fun accurate representation poker and/or a good gaming site with reliable support, this isnt it.

Terrible poker app. You have no idea what the bet is- Only that you have to call or raise. Really just poorly designed. Much better poker apps out there- especially when real money is on the line. The customer service is even worse. They claim they have 24/7 support. This is a flat out lie. We have never been able to get in touch with anyone in over 100 tries.
What title says, heres some improvements needed. We have seen other comments with this as well: 1. Want to see hand histories from tournaments, frustrating when you lose a tourney (which we do plenty) and you cant see what hand you lost to 2. There is a somewhat active community but definitely not big enough to hop on and play whenever you want whatever you want 3. Few other issues we cant think of off the top of our head.
Completed every bonus requirements. As soon as we did all information was gone. We were literally checking it after every hand. Got the run around from chat. Just seems ridiculous over $50 and then all of a sudden what we were checking every other minute disappeared. Very concerning. They spread responsible gambling and then dont give you one of the few rewards that we would more thank likely have just put right back in, we all honesty. Just lowsy service. But they can get away with it because the project responsible gambling while not respecting the responsible gambler. Just a shame on the business. And this will mean nothing but more of a waste of our time.

This site let us play for 3 hours straight with no problem then magically the first time we get pocket Aces in a chip lead pot in a tournament after the flop came it all of the sudden said we cant determine that you are in Pennsylvania and auto folded us out in the middle of the hand. We dont understand how the app can allow us to deposit money and play 3 hours worth of multiple tournaments and as soon as we get involved in a very important pot with a big hand it all of the sudden doesnt know our location. Just terrible and shady.
Spent over $400 and not a single bonus. Game is garbage.
The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker. We encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you dont know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. We get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but we dont understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out. Obviously hands that dont get called to the river cant be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely see that it is not even close to the actual math. Also how is the rating a 4.2. Read the reviews, they are 90% negative, and the other most likely come from Betmgm.
They have AI playing in all games part of the time and its obvious. This is not a straight up poker game when they want to win they do period nothing you can do about it they know what cards are coming so yeah your at a slight disadvantage. If more of us turn it in they will be shut down.

Online gambling is so obviously rigged its insane and Im not saying that its only rigged for you to lose its rigged so it decides when you win and how much literally even poker thats player vs player the hands are so obviously controlled its insane literally if you have the least amount of chips and go all in on any game at anytime youll never lose guaranteed that would t be possible if there wasnt some type of setting set to make that happen.
Not random poker dealing at all. Set up to promote action hands. Played recently were there a pocket aces six of nine hands. Flops are high cards 80% of the time.

The poker is fine but they done want to give you tickets when you win them. And then you get to wait for the help, but dont use the chat because they make you wait and then leave the chat. It happened twice and it then after asking for something they give us NOTHING. Update.. Everything is still the same.

Hands are fixed so Betmgm gets the biggest rakes. If you have a straight, someone will have a flush. If you have a flush, someone will have a full house. Mathematically impossible, and happens all the time. Not sure how this is legal??? Stay away!!! Trash!!!

We wont be using MGM any longer. We deposited money in the Poker App and it automatically applied a sports bonus. Once the bonus was applied it restricted our funds for poker. Really stupid. Done with MGM.
Best poker app we’ve found. Different types of no limit hold em games. Different levels of play as far as the money you want to spend. Overall even playing field. We havent played a game where we were out matched and taken for a ride. DL this app if you want to have fun wasting a lil time and winning some money.
Downloaded yesterday been trying multiple times to login and the screen goes white and wont progress beyond text verification. All other mgm rewards, websites, Sportsbook and casino apps work, just not poker. PA client.

We constantly get kicked off tables for bring outside a permitted location. This occurs when we havent moved from the moment we entered the tourney Im also upset with the fact you allow us to deposit with our debit card but wont credit a withdrawal to the same.

Anytime we got bonus on Kronos, it would reboot the game and replay the bonus and would start tanking. Sometimes it would kick us off the app entirely. These bugs should be inspected thoroughly more often if people are wagering Real Cash! Gotta do better BetMGM, gotta do better!
Think World Series of poker turned by ten. Every hand is a open straight. Or flushes being laid out straight. Hands set to wear you catch a straight only for the man behind to have the higher hand. Or every time you bet the man in the hand catches his card. How no one catches less than 2 pairs . How every promo features a team of players at the table that just raise and catch during the entire promotion period. Bonuses are bogus. $1 bonus on the casino needs to be played 20 times to make it yours. Anything won on the bonus money also needs to be paid 15-20 times the amount also. Not even enough players to be so blatant with the robbery being committed. Then they cutting everything on poker raises head ups. We gotta quit donating our money to these apps all the same men collecting all the bag because we dont think anyone wins but the promo players.
