One of the better poker siteshowever, be warned. More often than not the better hand loses. Unrealistic to lose with AA or KK to a fisherman that holds 6-4 suited.

It is the most annoying thing that whenever you get kicked out of a tournament you get kicked out immediately without getting to see what the hand it was. The app makes you go all the way back in the hand history to see it. Why not just leave it up on the screen for a second or two so the people that got kicked out can actually see the hands that were played.
We were playing a poker spin tournament and the game disconnected us. When we immediately reloaded the app the table was gone and we could not finish our play. There is no option for finding already open tables and the system did not automatically find our table for us. Pathetic.
Nothing better then hearing that jackpot sound.
We have noticed in the spin section when you lose a hand, at least two more seconds you get kicked out so fast you cannot see the hand that you lost to. Someone out of the game that lost so what they lost to. Thank you.

Poker was buggy but they have definitely worked on fixing it. BetMGM is among the best online casino based on factors like they accept CASH APP for withdrawal/deposit so you dont have to use your actual bank and card. RNG is RNG. People are complaining about running out. We have been a victim and perpetrator with RNG. Its called gambling.

We played all the sites and this is the one that is the fairest and also has the most realistic flops. It feels like Im playing at a casino. We would never play anywhere else.
- we truly hate that you cannot rotate to landscape on the iPad or iphone. Other apps can, but here you dont even get an option. We get 22 year olds like things on their phone in portrait, but we cant imagine they make up the majority of users. -Avatars differ from app to desktop, which is a small thing but annoying. Its already harder to cultivate a table vibe online, without whatever you have chosen will be completely different when viewed on the app, and sometimes its comical. – we never leave this app, even after winning, feeling good about the user experience. We end up getting annoyed with all the glitches and the design/ functionality of every menu.

App Landscape mode does not work on iPad Pro . Unable to select specific tables, the auto assignment is a bad experience.
Terrible poker app. You have no idea what the bet is- Only that you have to call or raise. Really just poorly designed. Much better poker apps out there- especially when real money is on the line. The customer service is even worse. They claim they have 24/7 support. This is a flat out lie. We have never been able to get in touch with anyone in over 100 tries.

Everything on this site is made to maximize loses, like slot spin wagers starting a $20. The support is as bad as any we have ever dealt with in any form in our life. It is amazing that any of this is allowed by the PA gaming control board. We encourage everyone to get your hand history and check the math. Even with the 5% margin of error allowed by the PAGCB(which is absolutely insane), it is still not even close to the actual math If youre looking for a fun accurate representation poker and/or a good gaming site with reliable support, this isnt it.
What title says, heres some improvements needed. We have seen other comments with this as well: 1. Want to see hand histories from tournaments, frustrating when you lose a tourney (which we do plenty) and you cant see what hand you lost to 2. There is a somewhat active community but definitely not big enough to hop on and play whenever you want whatever you want 3. Few other issues we cant think of off the top of our head.
This site let us play for 3 hours straight with no problem then magically the first time we get pocket Aces in a chip lead pot in a tournament after the flop came it all of the sudden said we cant determine that you are in Pennsylvania and auto folded us out in the middle of the hand. We dont understand how the app can allow us to deposit money and play 3 hours worth of multiple tournaments and as soon as we get involved in a very important pot with a big hand it all of the sudden doesnt know our location. Just terrible and shady.
Spent over $400 and not a single bonus. Game is garbage.
Completed every bonus requirements. As soon as we did all information was gone. We were literally checking it after every hand. Got the run around from chat. Just seems ridiculous over $50 and then all of a sudden what we were checking every other minute disappeared. Very concerning. They spread responsible gambling and then dont give you one of the few rewards that we would more thank likely have just put right back in, we all honesty. Just lowsy service. Online gambling is so obviously rigged its insane and Im not saying that its only rigged for you to lose its rigged so it decides when you win and how much literally even poker thats player vs player the hands are so obviously controlled its insane literally if you have the least amount of chips and go all in on any game at anytime youll never lose guaranteed that would t be possible if there wasnt some type of setting set to make that happen.
They have AI playing in all games part of the time and its obvious. This is not a straight up poker game when they want to win they do period nothing you can do about it they know what cards are coming so yeah your at a slight disadvantage. If more of us turn it in they will be shut down.
The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker. We encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you dont know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. We get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but we dont understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out. Obviously hands that dont get called to the river cant be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely see that it is not even close to the actual math. Also how is the rating a 4.2. Read the reviews, they are 90% negative, and the other most likely come from Betmgm.
Not random poker dealing at all. Set up to promote action hands. Played recently were there a pocket aces six of nine hands. Flops are high cards 80% of the time.
Does not reward players for their consistent play. No perks like free play or free spins. The reward program is nonexistent.we used to enjoy being conned on the poker site.. The poker is fine but they done want to give you tickets when you win them. And then you get to wait for the help, but dont use the chat because they make you wait and then leave the chat. It happened twice and it then after asking for something they give us NOTHING. Update..everything is still the same.
Hand history is completely unfucntional Customer support never seems willing to actually help when theres an issue, they usually tell you it has been escalated to the relevant team and to expect an email that never comes It would be nice to have an actual chat option as opposed to the handful of predetermined phrases we contstantly get booted from tables because the app cant find our location even though we never leave leave PA ( even during tournaments) There is no way to play on the computer as far as we know).
