Worst app. We’ve tried every betting app and this is by far the worst. We’ve been trying to withdrawal our money for a couple weeks. We called they told us to go to the casino and talk to them in person which we did and they had no answers for us and gave us a number to call. We’ve tried cash cage (which worked when we withdrawled smaller amounts). But now they need a picture of our ID but after a week nothing happened so we tried straight to our bank. Now they need bank statements. Never bet on this app.
Blackjack is easily our favorite casino game. Been playing it for years but this app is SO RIGGED. Sure we’ve seen the dealer at actual casinos get crazy winning hands & sure it happens from time to time but this app makes it happen time after time after time its the most aggravating thing in the world. ALWAYS happens when they give you a great hand. Theyll give you an 11 & the dealers showing card is a low number so you double down, you double down then they magically get a 21 after drawing 5 low number cards. Then on top of it you have to worry about getting kicked off with the geo app just now we were betting low ($10), then decided to bump up our bet to $50, get 2 Aces so we split them (get a notification from the geo app that we can go back to our browser blah blah blah) ended up winning both hands & the game didnt register cause because of the geo app. Our very first hand we bet big (which Ill only do once here & there) and win big & it doesnt register because of the geo app, is it a coincidence? We dont think so. Its very convenient that happened at that exact moment. Super rigged, save your $ people or go to the actual casino.
We know we’ve had a couple years on this site and things are getting better some days they do have their glitches withdrawing winnings. We’ve never had an issue, but many have other than that. They have a great fantastic games and thats the only thing that keeps us going back. Overall out of all the casino apps we are on this phone would be number one for us.
We used to love this app until last night! We were playing capital gains and hit big 3 different times! Every single time we hit the game would freeze and kick us out! We lost well over $276!!!! We reached out to support and of course theres nothing they can do about it so they lost our service and we are contacting the better business bureau on Monday. Should be illegal, they payoff the gaming control board who told us they dont have to payout, that you are paying for the fun, comors , and lights. We told them its not fun losing two grand in a week.

To start, being a first time sign up we got $200 bonus on a $50 deposit. We wasnt expecting any chance of walking away with anything. They have a 1x playthru n actually flew by when our balance was around $150. Other casinos are 10x-20x and u never see a dollar. We played about another 20min n cashed out and surprised again it was in our account not even 10min later. Pa lottery? We withdrew last week, still pending.
We’ve had every wagering app that our state offers. This was by far the best. We wasnt awarded our promo for signing up and customer support was so professional and applied it for us (thanks Jonathan) as far as the games, the selection is amazing but Konami and AGS are extremely tight, at least for us. The IGT games were the best. We cashed out $700 total and only deposited $30. The cash out process was so smooth. Overall a great experience. Only other app that even comes close is fanduel.

We have played this app for quite some time. They make it look great on ads and commercials but 40% of the games a bonus will never come out. Id say about 15% of the games you are lucky if you hit a line win for the amount you are betting. There are times when the machines are hot but that is few and far between. It is pretty obvious that the system is rigged!! On lost games at times the reels will stop spinning and then the symbols will change after it completely stops. When we asked support about it they acted very baffled and confused with a typical reply of ignorance but we dont expect them to admit they are ripping people off daily. We do expect in time the app will be exposed for the things that are being done to give the player a disadvantage. Be very careful playing. You can take out a car loan with less personal information than they want to retrieve the money we won, it wouldnt be so bad but they didnt require our bank statement to take money from us. Finally they said they deposited the money and its not there. They want another bank statement. Awesome.

We never had a problem and actually enjoy their Sportsbook. But their casino in the other handhorrible. Twice our app froze when awarded a bonus on slots and we never received it. We contacted support and they did nothing. We dont care how much we like the Sportsbook. We will be using a different Sportsbook and suggest you do too.
