Please read this post everyone. This casino must be going through some hardship or something because its impossible to win. We truly believe and actually have proof from video and screenshots that its Completely rigged on live blackjack. They like to cheat players out of money and its not right. We have complained to our Host and sent him screenshots of everything and he didnt even have an answer to what was going on. He said he could see perfectly fine and was mind blown by it all. Also there video poker isnt right at all. Its just setup against you at all times. Its disgusting, but their live blackjack is the worst we have ever seen. Evolution needs to be sued and shut down by the gaming commission. We have written a complaint to the gaming commission and sent all our screenshots of their illegal play. We pray people see this and stay away from here. Its not good at all. Also BetRivers community chat banned us permanently from talking on their chat forum because we spoke the truth and they didnt like it. We also sent that to the gaming commission as well. We said why cant we tell the truth so other players are aware. Its not legal and we dont care what their policy is, it doesnt trump the constitution and shouldnt take away our freedom of speech. It makes us believe that they are in on it. They literally shut down players that speak the truth. Its not right and trust us when we say this. We played the poker quite a bit and only recently noticed that this app will continue to take money from ure account that u didnt play if u register with any of the rooms and dont make sure u Leave the room properly itll continue to play u in tht game u register for and u will lose ure money without being there if u just swipe out of the app. Idk how much money we lost to that fact but when we wrote there support team about it they basically told us sry about ure lick. We like thos app alot but after tht it really steered us away from it. They wont help u fogure it out nor will they refund any losses due to u swipijg the app out and not playing the hands they continue to let u lose what u spend to register. Five stars so you can see this. Our account was closed but they will not explain why. Some sort of policy they cant tell us. Its not because we were winning to much thats for sure, but its gambling nobody should expect to win. When they closed our account we still had a balance of $137 and they told us our check would be mailed out the following Thursday. Its been almost 3 months now and still nothing. Iv called support at least 7 times pretty much every other week. Each time they put us on hold for a good 10 minutes come back put us on hold again for a good 10 minutes. Then the first 4 times they gave us a date it would be mailed out, but they have now stopped promising us it will be mailed out. Now they say they are gonna escalate our situation whatever that means. Apparently nothing. And for some reason they cant explain why we were able to deposit and withdraw with our debit card while our account was active, but now they have to mail a check. Must be hard times at Bet Rivers Casino.
