The more we play this game the better we like it. It takes a small learning curve to figure out the best placement for the numbers. Like three 2s can become a 3. If you get to 3 9s. A bell shakes and you get fireworks. Twice we've gotten 3 9s in one game. It is addictive. Addendum Just wanted to add that we introduced our daughter to this game and she topped our score the first time now her two sones and daughter have started playing too. We are all enjoying it.
We found this after playing a jigsaw puzzle from the same company. It is free and very few ads to deal with. The rules aren't explained well when you start but once you get the hang of this game you won't want to stop. Beware because once you understand how you get to "9" you will look at the clock and wonder where a few hours disappeared to…If you get stuck read some reviews or write to the game maker and they will explain…once you catch on there is no stopping you.
Lots of fun like other Boy Howdy games. Highly recommend.

Ive tried other games with a similar concept but they were almost impossible and frustrating. This one is challenging but doable, we love it. Its not too easy or overly difficult. We also appreciate that the ads are not intrusive and that there are no crazy IAPs (though we would pay a small fee for an ad free option). Thank you for another great game, Boy Howdy.
Another winner from Boy Howdy. It seems easy, but there is quire a lot of strategy involved. Our best hint, be sure to check the next number before you combine a sequence. Play it awhile, you will see what we mean.
It took us a little while to figure out our strategies, but Im beginning to really enjoy this game.
We like this game. Its constantly moving, changing shape, yet you can space out for a bit and not lose. What we dont like is the imbalance of small numbers and large numbers. When you get 3 or more nines they exit the game. Cool. Meanwhile you get dozens of ones twos and three. It is rare to get 6, 7, 8s or 9s. We dont see why the random numbers cant be evenly drawn. If you could make number combos it would be okay. No way. You have to play up in order and the vital number nines are really rare. You get huge pile-ups from all those lower numbers.
This game has us putting off just about everything! It is so much fun. We can't quit playing.
We had never heard of this type of game before, but we got the hang of it & Big 9 is really fun.

We love this game. Maybe we'll get bored later but for now we're loving it. Finally figured out a system for racking up the points. Got our sister hooked on it, too! Our favorite games to play on our iPod are all Boy Howdy games. Thanks.
No timers, keeps tack of your scores and lets you know when you get a new high score.Thank you for the hard work you put into these delightful games! Keep up the good work.
The Boy Howdy Team has done it again! Big 9 is a Great game with infinite "right" ways to play. Also like the way you can leave it and come back later. No time limit! And no In App purchases! Yeah! Wish there was an Undo option, but it's lots of fun to play as is. Enjoy.
As with all boy howdy apps, this is very well done, but we are mostly missing the point. We have yet to be stumped and have been playing off and on for a month. We are still on the original game we started. It's just not very challenging. Too easy to amass points.
