We love this game but we just maxed out on one of our pets Catsup and did not receive our 200 cherries and its not the 1st time this has happened.
We completed a collection and never received the reward. When we submitted a claim they said we received the cherries almost 2 weeks before we even completed it. Then when talking to the customer service reps they willfully kept misconstruing the information we provided. We have had this game for years but this just proves it has changed in the worst ways and its time to find a different bingo game.
Forced us to update now it wont update, just keeps going back to update!why wont it update we cant get into the game, it wont update.
We log on every single day – maybe ONCE a month Ill win big enough to continuously play the game. However, normally we will only get to play one or two rounds a day before running out of cherries. It takes FOREVER to earn more cherries- im level 467 and get 127 cherries a day- 14 base and 113 bonus; which is way less than most rounds cost.
We play to relax, theres so many side games and just feels all over the place.
This game is a cheat, the bonuses dont add up. This game needs to be ended because its trash. Upgrade to New Bingo Games, Give out Better Bonuses, Stop Cheating on rounds , Fix the Ticket Machine completely change it back to how it was before the take over of JamCity games.
We really enjoy playing this game. We try to use free cherries and coins but recently have been buying some cherries several times to add 3 call numbers during a gamebut never have we achieved a bingo doing so. We do not plan to buy 3 calls for .99 in the future. We lost our game and all its years of progress when we transferred our apps from our old phone to our new phone. Now we are starting over, which is a bit frustrating. Also, we will often get an Instant Bingo card and not get a bingo, which is also annoying.
Seems this is the same response you give no matter what the complaint. You say we should invest in some power ups. Why, so you can line your pocket? Ive had games there we had 3 instants on each card. Of course, all the numbers AROUND our instants were called. The only way to play the game for any length of time is when you run out of cherries, delete the game then reinstall it. Its the ONLY way we can play more than a game or 2 at a time! Dont waste your money. It isnt worth it. Edited. So now, instead of getting 700 cherries for new players, they offer 105! Still costs the same as 700. Just one more way to screw people. We guess we should mention that we have played this game for several years when we had our desktop computer. The changes they make do nothing for the players. This is not a game of luck, as most bingo games are. This is a game where the more you pay to play, the less you get in return. What they dont seem to grasp is that most of us know how easy it is to rig a game like this. It is programmed by humans and can be programmed any way they want it. EDITED: So today we played and got several labyrinth pens but didnt use them all at once. Had to take a break, came back about 30 minutes later and gee, all our pens were gone and the challenge started over. Seriously??? Bunch of stinking greedy thieves!! Edited: Ever notice how they dont allow you to post screenshots in the comments? They dont because then you would see how pathetic this game is. We have dozens of screenshots where the only numbers NOT called were the 4 with bingos on them and our labyrinths. Most times our bird never leaves the nest.
This game is such a rip off you spend so much money to play and you dont never win you dont get any pets all the pets that you need are on level eight or nine and you still need to number level twos. This game is such a crock of garbage its a rip off complete rip off.

Update game a new version and lost everything. Had cherries totaling over 16,000 and all of it is gone. Lot of time wasted . Will be searching for a new game . We will be deleting this one shortly.

This app is by far the worst bingo app we have ever played save your time not worth the download. If you win its not but a couple of cherries and you have to have cherries to buy bingo cards but you run out fast and they dont give hardly any and the packs you can buy are rediculously over priced.
Please bingo pop needs more people with no brain to play the game so we can enjoy reading your stupid complaints and make money from you.
Please, please, please make it one click and done to collect gifts! 3 clicks to collect each gift from teammates is very time consuming and tedious. Pretty sure we will collect all the gifts, so collecting one by one is over kill.
Ive played this game over 9 years now and been through many changes. Gave it very low ratings and criticism in the past year or two. FINALLY we believe the developers have listened to the complaints and made some changes. Its not back to where it was at its best, with Pet tickets a waste of time and no Bingoverse, but its better than a few months ago.
Disappointed in how hard it is to earn rewards. No matter how many bingos you dont earn what cherries it takes to just play. Geared to make you buy if you want to play, but buying would be worthless again because of the low payouts.
The developers must be needing some new money as they just updated the game and now there are no more games where you can play 24 cards…..they just take and take and take…sucking the life out of this game. Update 03/2023…..just took away the High Rollers slots…..they have turned Grandma's favorite game into her least favorite….sad.

This is our favorite bingo game, and they were also very nice to get us back to our game when we lost the whole thing. We do have a big problem with the way the tickets are now. We know Im not the only one, in fact our group complains daily. Dont know why you ever change that part but you should change it back! We were told you get more cherries when you hit the top but its so hard to achieve the top thing to get those cherries. Im talking about with the ticket part. Please change it back! Maybe take a toll with your players and we bet you more than half would like you to change it back.
Its bad enough to raise the amount of cherries by 20, for the fast cards and daubs but to take away the puzzle pieces and put it back to the beginning and start all over again thats wrong. What gives with you and all the other greedy games out there? Cant get enough real money so you take it away from the free stuff. You give us a extra cherry and then take it away and charge more cherries to play it!! This is supposed to be a fun game to play but you are taking the fun away. Im loving the option of playing three cards!!! However, bring back winning cherries for collecting the purple tickets. It almost seems useless to collect them when it takes so many to level up with the pets. It used to be an incentive to collect them when we at least got a few cherries for them.
Some of the changes are weird. But we wish they would add a blackout card room.
Fun but we feel like they need to stop changing things. Like having to be at level 11 to get to the high rollers. And level 20 to get the spin adventure part.
We love playing this game. You get to join a team and trade cards. Its fun, however, we must say they are very stingy when it comes to winning cherries, which you need to play games. They make it very expensive to play.
This is the only bingo app we will even bother playing. The other apps are horrible. The only issues we have are: 1. You win tremendously in the first 3-4 levels, but then once you unlock the next ones the wins are very few. Regardless if its all luck of the draw when cards are placed or not. 2. The update a while back that changed the ticket machines. When you would have bad luck in the 4th+ level and lose cherries you could at least gain them back when redeeming the tickets but now all you get is the animals/characters. We basically play level 1-4 and when Im done with that we delete the app and restart every time. Obviously we wont win all the time but its so rare and especially now that the ticket machine is different.
Ive been playing Bingo Pop for years. However, now there are many disgusting ads that sometimes play two or three times in a row. Getting sick of the cheating mothers, lazy husbands, abusive boyfriends and horrible prison ads. We play Bingo to relax not watch ads that denigrate family life and glorify prison killings and zombie crapola. We may delete soon if you all dont shape up with more wholesome ads especially as children may be trying to play this game and our Country doesnt need any more images of terrible role models influencing our young people. You all have different us enough damageShape Up.
We have played this game for at least two years. It continues to get worse. There is literally no way to earn enough cherries to keep playing. They have it rigged to a science. At one point we had over 5000 cherries within the last two weeks. We just ran out today. All of the different ways to earn them take so many games that you run out long before you earn anything of significance. Im sad because if they were fair this would be a fun game. We spent over $100 last month and Im foolish to keep doing it. Ill be deleting it and Im sad to see it go.
This used to be our favorite game. You changed it and we cannot win anymore. You changed the tickets. We have lost thousands of points and its been months since we could change our tickets into cherris. You wrecked a gtreat game. We are now almost out of cherries and will have to stop playing.
Ive been playing this game for a good 8 years maybe longer it use to be fun but is no longer the changes that have been made are a slap in the face we will be uninstalling the game and finding another bingo game to play we cant remember the last time we actually got a decent amount of cherries to continue playing oh we no why because we refuse to spend money.

We love this game we just dont like how they changed to one animal collection you used to get cherries now it gives you one we cant play as long as we used to and that makes it messed up it needs to go back to the old way a much better game then had longer play.

We haven't played a variety of bingo games, but the one thing we like about this game is we're able to play for awhile without running out of bingo coins or chips, whatever they are called, to keep playing. Not as much events or side story lines as other bingo games we've played but we don't mind that.
We have spent hundreds of dollars playing this game. And with every update Im let down. We cant get a bingo. We are done. Thanks for updating so quickly every daub just sits there and doesnt even give you anything towards your goals. And the last two weeks in a row the mail glitched and we lost 2 gifts that would have given us the last item to complete our set to give us the extra 200 cherries each time.
This use to be our favorite game to play. The new ticket exchange is horrible and Cherry rewards are terrible. We have spent a lot of $ on this game, however the rewards were worth it. You can say its a game of chance but when you havent hit a mega in months we beg to differ. So sad to have to take our money elsewhere.
This really isnt a review but we cannot update our game without having a card on file. This is frustrating to us all because we do not have an active credit/debit card to use. Is there anyways around this.
We were in middle of the daily wheel then got frozen and we had to redownload the game and start from level one.
This game has been very frustrating because in the las 6 months that we have played it, the 3 wheel bonus that you ge sometimes with the Nile cards, we have on li gotten 2 of the wheels and on the cherry one out of all the times we have gotten it the only two wedges we get are 4 cherrys or 11 cherrys. We mean come on, we will not buy anything so we play and then gather Cherrys daily and play when we have enough to play it might take a few days to a week. It is incredibly aggravating.
The pet changes are awful they make it harder to earn cherries without having to pay. This game use to be fun now its an in app money grab.

If it was your intent to RUIN a fun game, then…kudos to you, you have succeeded. We were still playing after all the awful changes. The last 2-3 weeks, every purchase was an overcharge. $1.99 was billed $7.99 plus tax, a 4.99 purchase was charged $27.50! Your response just palmed it off to Apple. Not a we shall look into it, no apology, a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Not an iota of acknowledgment of customer loyalty. Yes, we are extremely angry.

This game is slowly but surely becoming unplayable since the last update. We get that all games want you to spend some money, and therefore set things up in a way that you might spend. At our current level and the current average of cherries we win back each round(550 bet, would be lucky to win back 47-140 the last three weeks straight. Every single time we play), we would be spending $20 every day just to play 2, maybe three rounds with 12 cards. Meaning we would getting virtually nowhere with the various events, meaning the game would turn into us logging on to play one game and logging off. Personally a waste of time at that point for us. The difference since the update is absolutely noticeable, and since we only win back at the most half of what we bet once every 5 rounds or so, its drawing very near to the end of our playing the game at all. We cant possibly afford the ridiculously high price of cherries on a consistent basis(Hines let not willing to spend that much at all for a low payout), so once Im out. Im done.
Ive been disappointed in this game for a while. First they changed the ticket exchange and were not getting as many cherries as before. A lot of glitches lately with game getting hung up, now nobody can open letters or send letters to people after maxing out. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
