Can you add more language please.
Hi devs. Great job on this game but autoplay is annoying. We want to stuff manually plzzzzz make this happen. If u do we make it 5star.
The game performs admirably and functions smoothly. However, following the "Land of the Morning" update, there has been a significant issue with Mac keyboards becoming non-functional. We use a 2020 Macbook Air M1, which is listed as a supported device and operated flawlessly prior to this update. Unfortunately, post-update, the keyboard functionality has been lost, rendering it unusable for game controls. The only keyboard functionality that remains is typing in the chat, and the mouse continues to work as expected. For this we can only give it one star now, because of how long the issue hasn’t been fix, slowly makes us want to quit and losing interest.
We downloaded this game over two years ago and began playing it and instantly fell in LOVE! We had several characters with pretty high levels but we lost our phone and stopped playing it for about a hear and a half. Just tried to log on to our account and MY ENTIRE CHARACTER ROSTER IS GONE!!! HOW did this happen? We need a solution ASAP!! Please someone help! We had created other accounts when we first downloaded this game and all of those are still in tact but the one that had all our high leveled characters is gone. Please help.
We love this game and also have the console version but the size of like 15gb is a bit much for it we had to delete it to make room.
So we’ve been playing this off and on for awhile now , definitely still learning a lot. Im a huge mmorpg gamer and the only reason why Im not giving this one 5 stars is for one reason. Only reason is, is because of the camera movement. When our character is walking straight forward then we move it towards the right we notice that the camera doesnt follow our character. We wish you guys would make it so you have an option where the camera always faces the back of our character. Using mobile we feel like it would give players less clicking and dragging around the screen if it just automatically followed the back of your character. When we turn right the camera should automatically follow your characters back side basically shifting the screen, if we move left it should follow the screen and show whats in front of you going left , if we turn our character around the screen it should show whats behind us. Hopefully that all made sense ! We know there is a name for this type of camera setting but we sadly cant think of what it is ! Aside from that you guys have an awesome game ! We would recommend this game to anyone. :)

Stick at mini game screen game is unplayable.
So this is a great game, with a ton of potential. Unfortunately the GMs/ customer response team is one of the worst in the genre, if not the worst, of all online games. A few Dozen vocal players, which means hundreds in reality, myself included, have reported repeated violations of PA and game TOS, weve reported hate speech, weve reported harassment, weve reported sexual/gender discrimination, weve reported threats. And still those players are active and continue their abuse, harassment and hate speech. When we first got into this game Id have recommended it to anyone. We wouldnt recommend it at all today. Not when new players try to participate in aspects of the game that certain player(s) have deemed only for people who have been playing for years, lest you suffer public abuse in server chat EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for even trying. Apple should investigate whether Pearl Abyss is even enforcing their own terms of service, as that is a condition of following Apples ToS. If anyone at Apple has questions, we have copied emails from reports to PA staff, and a folder full of screenshots of violations. Dont play this folks Its a good game, with a terrible support team and a completely toxic community in game, thanks to PA support ignoring the reports of hundreds of players.
Hoping for a more realistic Skyrim attack effects , not all this noise with the over redundant graphics when attacking.
Highly immersive, wonderfully made with great stories and characters. The graphics and action are seamless and superb, and we can run all day at near-full resolution on our iPad. BDO is truly completely free, and you can successfully play it that way. We did that our on first go round and had one character in the 80s. We then completely deleted our account and started fresh [Im already at primal armor again with two characters theyre supposedly the weakest]. We do use the online store now and its perfect. The updates keep coming and there are some great new visual touches, so a big thanks to all of you out there in the desert!

Beautiful graphics, open world, hundreds of hours of exploration. Very detailed character customizations! Well versed in every aspect an MMORPG should be.
We were shocked because we mostly play games we can use cheats onso we were very hesitant to play BDOM because we hate dying and struggling in a game that we deliberately sat in front of to relax, unwind and have fun after a hard day of work and crappy reality outside. So imagine our surprise at starting this game on a seasonal character and literally playing around in what looks like a movie world! We mean the auto play is awesome! We of course will create another character and probably crawl painstakingly through the game hoping not to die or be forced to play in a group with other ppl. But so far not in this game(yet). Imagine our character is strong enough to go against bosses already (Red Nose) The auto play is so awesome! We have BDO on steam but never wanted to commit to the stress same with FF14 and Wownever wanted to invest the time because of the forced social aspects.. So when we seen about Crimson Desert, and TarislandI just figured id wait for those games to come outbut honestly as a super casual player who has already spent some hard earned moneyI have no regrets playing this gameyou can actually play without spending moneybut ehI work hard and will spend our coins on whatever gives us joy.

Still a bit blurry and some aliasing. We play this game sometimes. Tried it on a iPad pro and it seems the same. Besides that its a cool game.
We havent been playing for long, but we noticed one little thing that makes us really mad. SOME OF MY EQUIPMENT (like our gloves) DONT SHOW ON MY ACTUAL CHARACTER! So please add update for that stuff to show. BECAUSE we HATE WHEN GAMES DO THIS. For example, survival io.
No proper way of learning how to build anything like blacksmith and alchemy lab.
Downloaded game updates and all but wouldnt let us get pass entering a name. Just stayed on screen and wouldnt advance. Sad sad day.
Give us the ability to fly in the game and also the leveling-up process is too slow,there is no way cp should be that hard to get, and enhancing gear and equipment should be manageable to a certain extent like buying certain things should not be in the 100billion it doesn’t make it fair for new players, we need and want something a little better and attainable such as giving us mounts and pets that can fight as well as be able to merge with players, not cats dogs and birds that can’t do nothing,at least if you’re giving us cats and dogs, Wolves, snowman, birds and different types of animals as pets let them be mythical creatures that can do cool abilities and help us fight and gain cp and level up a little faster.

We dont play a lot of mobile games let alone mmos we like games like Skyrim and so on. We hope this is a good game our rating will change if not.
In the beginning we LOVED this game! It offered something you cant find anywhere else. A rich open world, tons of content, stuff to do in a group, stuff to do solo, options to grind AFK (AFP?). But what you dont realize when you start the game, is that you are gifted with a bunch of quality of life stuff that only lasts a week or two. Such as accessing storage remotely, auto tending to your property, more exp and financial gains, the list goes on forever. But as you play these QoL items expire, leaving you with a game that takes forever to do simple tasks, but has its claws in deep so that you dont want to leave.
The game is all around fun will bring you back time after time!!
Game would be so much cooler with controller support.
Look this is a good game that we started playing, but this LOADS TO LONG! Please put a shorter one so everyone can play happily.
The graphics in this game is awesome! The customization is awesome! However we find the gameplay a bit overwhelming & frustrating for beginners players. The short tutorials in the game we have not found helpful at all. Upgrading gears & outfits are too complicated – too many steps. Skills are the same way! And geez – why do we get so many drops but our inventory is so small?!!!! All we know is Im spending more time trying to figure out how to do things then actually playing the game. This game needs a better tutorial, less steps & a bigger inventory!

Game is a hot mess for new players, tutorial is short and uninformative, your inventory get slammed full of coupons that you cant use or store to the point where you cant progress, no clear goals hard to control characters wanna go where they wanna go, if you like headaches and frustration then this game is for you!
Wish this game is more like computer version with one world only like lineage 2 M instead of zone map but other than that the game is awesome and graphic is decent.
We absolutely love this game we just do not like that. It is so difficult to upgrade and enhance certain gear. Its too random how its set up to go up a level for your gear.
Started out really great fun customization and then we got to the naming of the character part and couldnt get any name to work, even if it made absolutely no sense. Then the game crashed.

We’ve played this on console already so we know what was to be expected. Already got in store purchases. The combat is amazing as always. Just wish you could remove capes which Im sure theyll update it when the time comes. Also it needs sensitivity for looking around in the settings. Also we’ve noticed that the characters seem slightly stiff when standing around and they dont have that jiggle/sway if you know what we mean sorry we just had to say it. It make it more life like when things sway but honestly these things are only noticeable for players that have already played before and isnt a big deal at all. You guys did a great job. If youve played MU Origins and v4 or any other MMORPG like this, this one is the top tier of them all. Pearls are a bit expensive but there so much to be earned within the game for free it makes sense. Also they have deals on pearls for new players/returning players so you can get pearls for very cheap. Great job developers! Cant wait for Crimson Desert as well! Well gotta go play some Black Desert now lol.
Game is so in depth and so much fun. Super easy to keep playing for a long time. Just hard to keep up with so many things going on at once and trying to learn and understand everything and actually know what is best and needed to do. Love the game.
Very pretty game, lots to do. We’ve been pretty inactive over the last two years but our rank has stayed consistent in family cp/main cp/ship cp. This tells us all the new players quit before they even reach 30k. Our best guess is they’re stuck at +6 on their gear. The more time you put in, the more materials you have to waste and not advance. Probably a paywall. The same can be said about relics enhance, and the fairy blossom. If they raised the twinkle to 10000 and blossum 100% success rate it would be better than the system they have in place (returning to baby fairy every time you fail). Same with gear enhance, you start the game able to put 1000+ Blackstone’s to raise the success rate, but at awakened enhance you can only use one pristine black crystal per enhance with ridiculous fail rates. Even if every player got to +10 overnight, they’d still have to do it on 5 other alts minimal for tower/glory. It’s a genius way to deter people from playing the game. And it’s working. They also really dropped the ball with constellations. Team formation means nothing, restricted by family cp to enter, and once you get in it isn’t challenging at all. Always seems to be another class, and other game changes but not changes that would retain players. Very unrewarding experience.
We’ve played BDO already from pc and migrated on playing itnon mobile xD luv the game really but the problem on mobile is the game lags way too much and it always disconnects us from the game we’ve already setted everything on low settings but it didnt fixed the issue hopefully you guys could fix this lags on your game.
We played for a month and at first it seemed pretty fun. They do give alot of rewards for playing and alot of content to play. But once we got our character into the 70s we found that gearing is almost impossible without spending alot of money and time grinding. We spent weeks collecting materials to try to upgrade one piece of gear only to constantly fail and waste all of our materials. Im giving them 3 stars because it does have great graphics and alot of content but unfortunately like many other games its pay to win. We just cant see pouring hundreds of bucks into a game.. Sorry.
Game releases new events with good rewards frequently. We’ve been stuck in east valencia for 3 months with 24/7 grinding with VII chaos gear & accessories. Never made it to kama & other regions cuz of the lack of progression. We ended quitting cuz of a guild bug. Support never replied. Our guild grinded quests for two weeks, saving up for a lv4 guild boss (boss). One day all our tokens & points were deleted. It was the last straw. This game is a waste of time.
They have you constantly worshiping black cubes, black shrines. The black sun is their day of worship said to have a purplish sky. Sage class uses a floating black cube weapon. 6th level black spirit holds an incomplete inverted Saturn, with a Saturn ring. You will find rings around a lot of objects to reference Saturn. This has been the worst game we’ve ever played for our mental health along with our work, life balance as you will fall behind your friends if you dont grind for multiple hours daily. And we think thats what they want you to put your energy into a black mirror (your device when it is turned off). Its when we realized a lot of the pedo rings cater to the Saturn death cult is when we decided we could no longer play this game and support true evil.
Love the graphics classes and story line and the auto navigation but Im going to have to take a star off our rating do to no way to skip the auto battle and play with just you controlling your character and without having another class you created skipping to the place were your frequently played class is we will be taking a long break from the game until theres a way to skip the auto battle and class jumping.

Our head hurts from the repetitiveness of the game. Im currently LVL. 60 and its been an agonizingly fun experience. Its all about killing enemies, gathering resources, and getting stronger. Thats it. Im done with this game.
This game need to fix logging in bug cuz everytime we log in nothing shows up so we have to keep restarting the game to get to working again cuz we use apple Sign in with Apple pls fix bug or we quit.
