Definitely not pay to win hunt down those whales! Highly immersive, wonderfully made with great stories and characters. The graphics and action are seamless and superb. BDO is truly free, and ourselves and friends successfully play it that way (41k CP to about 53k CP). The online store is no gimmicks with anything extra that you want. The updates keep coming and there are some great new visual touches, so a big thanks to all of you making it great out there in the desert.
Surprised the constant improvements and updates. Its nice to see the devs care about their players. We just recently had maintenance. We joined only a few months ago and theres no looking back. We are hooked.
AWESOME game. There is just one question we want to ask, will there be a class known as Dragons in this game. P.s. We really, really, REALLY want to have this class.
Great game overall, but very quickly you hit that money wall. When compared to every other mobile game, this pay2win isnt too crazy, but the cp scale is too large. That 2,000 CP higher a whale is by spending $100,000 to break through a pay wall is just insane. We dont mind some of the very end game things taking 4 years to grind out f2p, but if you ever wanted to max your gear or your totem, we dont even think whales have done that. Would take thousands of years to completely max out your gear f2p.
We have this on ps5 as well as our iPhone and we swear Ive played literally hours of this you guys have done a outstanding job on this is so much fun and literally beautiful please keep it up.

If you can stomach the inherent lesson of approaching xenoanthropology with violence, its a really fun game.
This game is amazing for how it is and all made for a cellular phone game pretty insane to wrap youre head around, that being said Ive seen a lot of people complaining about battery consumption which is obviously going to happen but this game is also in steam for pc and the graphics is phenomenal Ive played this game on pc for a couple years now and recently just got back into it on cell phone didnt know they even had it out for cellular way to go guys great addition.
First off, the story has been great but this is largely marred by the choice of outfits for female characters most partially show inappropriate areas of a female avatars body and this is a major problem we have because first it is downright disgusting to see and then we think this choice of female outfiting can trigger people with sexual trauma so we think this problem should be meet with by making less explicit clothing for female avatars. Please read this review developers.

We dont get to do any combat on our own. Im level 13 and not once actually had to do any killing. We just hit the mission button and our character does it on their own. Id like to be given an open world where you have to find your own way around and figure out how to fish or cut wood. Ill have to leave this game and go back to playing Albion.
This game is extremely well done and well polished, we literally have no complaints at all, we just have one suggestion, please give us a camera sensitivity adjustment option in settings please, we play on an ipad 6 mini and we just feel like the cam sensitivity is too slow for our liking, it doesn't stray us from the game or anything but we just hate have to swipe more than one time to face a particular direction, thats it from us, thank you guys for putting in the effort required to make this game hands down the dopest topdown rpg in the app store.
Hello there. The game offers a gaming experience that is different from other games that we have played before. It has very good pve system with a good storyline quests. Decent graphics add to this experience. However we are disappointed with the pvp system the game offers. Its unbalanced and even someone 20 lvls below you can win. It should be established by every 10 lvls. For example lvl 30 to lvl 39, lvl 40 to lvl 49 and so on. Remember that the combat skills of each class has lvls too. Is not fair to go against someone that is 10 or more lvls above you. Although it says its balanced, certainly that high lvl player will still have the advantage because the lvls of the combat skills he has will be higher. It would be better if you could improve the pvp system of the game, specially the arena matches. The outlaw pvp system is ok, since you need to be a high lvl character in order to participate on it. Its like having pvp while doing pve. Is the only thing that we find that needs improvement. The rest is very good. Thank you.

Whenever we try to sell items to a vendor, it gives us an error message that says there are no vendors nearby.
Excellent graphics, If you want free stuff play seasonal character, but when you add a new regular character, you are forced to your seasonal character left off. You die as you have no gear, low CP. This is unacceptable. New characters should start from the beginning. You can only pick one of 3 places to play & most are level 90+, so again unfair & not many will talk to you. Could be a 5 star game, with a little work by the DEVS.
Why cant we support Chinese language.
Might as well equip your wallet as your main weapon, because holy Jesus Christ. To get more in depth, at a certain level the game you hit a massive paywall and cant advance forward. So what they do instead is create a bunch of different COOL classes with cool looking moves so you can just start almost and purchase minor stuff. Very fun game ruined. If you want to spend a lot money on a game, go do it on a console or pc game, where you will probably get your moneys worth.

Why does it take so long to get Drakonia awaken or succession for mobile version even scholar lunches with not awaken even though PC version has them, like come on such a downer.

Honestly we saw lot of ads when this game was first released but we didnt not like the color scheme (we like things that have a bright colors) but we downloaded it after a friend recommended it and honestly it took us by surprise and we spent the whole night playing and we couldnt find a single flaw.
Started playing and so far we love it . Everything is perfect. Wonder if theirs gonna be more missions later on . If only we could talk on mic . Thank you for this amazing game . Really amazing . Idk why nobody talks about this game . The graphics on point. Love how theirs a lot of missions we wont get bored and we can play which ever we want. Lets get that straight. We love the fact that it doesnt overheat our iPhone . Some apps like Fb over heat our new iPhone . We dont know why but thats big no . The details on everything is amazing we really appreciate the fact yall take the time. After a week of playing we have reach to a level we need to hustle in order to get to the items to upgrade. Its a good game but we aint gonna hustle for a month to just a lil upgrade now we cant finish the stories or missions cause we must do the upgrade. Its been a fun game tho we love everything about it . Only this was our issue we dont like when the game stops us from playing. We like to play a game without wasting money on it. Theres another game we downloaded which was the same almost but had less main mission but everytime they gave us new gear to keep playing the mission. This one good but you got to waste money to level up and someone people dont have money . Thanks From a New Fan.
So we played this game and had a lot of fun but then after awhile, we kept only getting low tier stuff from the quests and just one purchase could change that but we dont spend money on games so we really think that it could have things that you can do to get more loot.

The game performs admirably and functions smoothly. However, following the "Land of the Morning" update, there has been a significant issue with Mac keyboards becoming non-functional. We use a 2020 Macbook Air M1, which is listed as a supported device and operated flawlessly prior to this update. Unfortunately, post-update, the keyboard functionality has been lost, rendering it unusable for game controls. The only keyboard functionality that remains is typing in the chat, and the mouse continues to work as expected. For this we can only give it one star now, because of how long the issue hasn't been fix, slowly makes us want to quit and losing interest.
We downloaded this game over two years ago and began playing it and instantly fell in LOVE! We had several characters with pretty high levels but we lost our phone and stopped playing it for about a hear and a half. Just tried to log on to our account and MY ENTIRE CHARACTER ROSTER IS GONE!!! HOW did this happen? We need a solution ASAP!! Please someone help! We had created other accounts when we first downloaded this game and all of those are still in tact but the one that had all our high leveled characters is gone. Please help.
We love this game and also have the console version but the size of like 15gb is a bit much for it we had to delete it to make room.
So Ive been playing this off and on for awhile now , definitely still learning a lot. Im a huge mmorpg gamer and the only reason why Im not giving this one 5 stars is for one reason. Only reason is, is because of the camera movement. When our character is walking straight forward then we move it towards the right we notice that the camera doesnt follow our character. We wish you guys would make it so you have an option where the camera always faces the back of our character. Using mobile we feel like it would give players less clicking and dragging around the screen if it just automatically followed the back of your character. When we turn right the camera should automatically follow your characters back side basically shifting the screen, if we move left it should follow the screen and show whats in front of you going left , if we turn our character around the screen it should show whats behind us. Hopefully that all made sense ! We know there is a name for this type of camera setting but we sadly cant think of what it is ! Aside from that you guys have an awesome game ! We would recommend this game to anyone. :).

Hoping for a more realistic Skyrim attack effects , not all this noise with the over redundant graphics when attacking.
So this is a great game, with a ton of potential. Unfortunately the GMs/ customer response team is one of the worst in the genre, if not the worst, of all online games. A few Dozen vocal players, which means hundreds in reality, ourselves included, have reported repeated violations of PA and game TOS, weve reported hate speech, weve reported harassment, weve reported sexual/gender discrimination, weve reported threats. And still those players are active and continue their abuse, harassment and hate speech. When we first got into this game Id have recommended it to anyone. We wouldnt recommend it at all today. Not when new players try to participate in aspects of the game that certain player(s) have deemed only for people who have been playing for years, lest you suffer public abuse in server chat EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for even trying. Apple should investigate whether Pearl Abyss is even enforcing their own terms of service, as that is a condition of following Apples ToS. If anyone at Apple has questions, we have copied emails from reports to PA staff, and a folder full of screenshots of violations. Dont play this folks Its a good game, with a terrible support team and a completely toxic community in game, thanks to PA support ignoring the reports of hundreds of players.
Stick at mini game screen game is unplayable.
We were shocked because we mostly play games we can use cheats onso we were very hesitant to play BDOM because we hate dying and struggling in a game that we deliberately sat in front of to relax, unwind and have fun after a hard day of work and crappy reality outside. So imagine our surprise at starting this game on a seasonal character and literally playing around in what looks like a movie world! We mean the auto play is awesome! We of course will create another character and probably crawl painstakingly through the game hoping not to die or be forced to play in a group with other ppl. But so far not in this game(yet). Imagine our character is strong enough to go against bosses already (Red Nose) The auto play is so awesome! We have BDO on steam but never wanted to commit to the stress same with FF14 and Wownever wanted to invest the time because of the forced social aspects.. So when we seen about Crimson Desert, and TarislandI just figured id wait for those games to come outbut honestly as a super casual player who has already spent some hard earned moneyI have no regrets playing this gameyou can actually play without spending moneybut ehI work hard and will spend our coins on whatever gives us joy.

BDO is truly completely free, and you can successfully play it that way. We did that our on first go round and had one character in the 80s. We then completely deleted our account and started fresh [Im already at primal armor again with two characters theyre supposedly the weakest]. We do use the online store now and its perfect. Still a bit blurry and some aliasing. We play this game sometimes. Tried it on a iPad pro and it seems the same. Besides that its a cool game.
We havent been playing for long, but we noticed one little thing that makes us really mad. SOME OF MY EQUIPMENT (like our gloves) DONT SHOW ON MY ACTUAL CHARACTER! So please add update for that stuff to show. BECAUSE we HATE WHEN GAMES DO THIS. For example, survival io.
No proper way of learning how to build anything like blacksmith and alchemy lab.
Downloaded game updates and all but wouldnt let us get pass entering a name. Just stayed on screen and wouldnt advance. Sad sad day.
Give us the ability to fly in the game and also the leveling-up process is too slow,there is no way cp should be that hard to get, and enhancing gear and equipment should be manageable to a certain extent like buying certain things should not be in the 100billion it doesn't make it fair for new players, we need and want something a little better and attainable such as giving us mounts and pets that can fight as well as be able to merge with players, not cats dogs and birds that can't do nothing,at least if you're giving us cats and dogs, Wolves, snowman, birds and different types of animals as pets let them be mythical creatures that can do cool abilities and help us fight and gain cp and level up a little faster.

We dont play a lot of mobile games let alone mmos we like games like Skyrim and so on. We hope this is a good game our rating will change if not.
In the beginning we LOVED this game! It offered something you cant find anywhere else. A rich open world, tons of content, stuff to do in a group, stuff to do solo, options to grind AFK (AFP?). But what you dont realize when you start the game, is that you are gifted with a bunch of quality of life stuff that only lasts a week or two. Such as accessing storage remotely, auto tending to your property, more exp and financial gains, the list goes on forever. But as you play these QoL items expire, leaving you with a game that takes forever to do simple tasks, but has its claws in deep so that you dont want to leave.
