The company denies it, and you cant choose your partner or opponents. Still, this is a minor flaw compared to everything else. Im not claiming theyre bots, but they never respond, no matter what you say or gift them.
Love the many game choices however need to improve on game mechanics. For instance, legal re-raise.
Its a fun app, however it feels rigged a lot. We love blackjack but its just too often that the dealer will draw to 21 when you have 20, the dealers face card will be a 5 and yet not bust as often as one would with a 5, dealer just has too many wins in a row and this is just when playing basic strategy. It actually pisses us off. Theres just no way its truly random. Some days are worse than others too. Its like they choose to turn up the rigged BS all the way up on some days while other days are just rigged a little. We started playing set poker more since blackjack is almost not worth it anymore. Set poker odds are terrible but it actually feels totally random and fair at least. Its just unlikely that a dealer will really win 7 hands in a row when youll have strong hands too, and that happens WAY too often.
This is one of the most innovative and full-service casino apps Ive played. The option for 2D/3D gives the user options for different experiences. There has been a continuation of connection issues while playing and throughout the app while browsing in the lobby or menus. Ive never seen a dealer pull so many crazy combinations out to hit 20s or 21s. Its crazy. The best we can ever get is a push. We deleted the game after a few days of the same thing.

Game is good but we got a call from bro saying download it told him we had it downloaded already we had 63m to start he had 116m We played a childhood game Texas poker after we had around 70m we played with other people after that and mid match we get kick for chip transfer we get it it thinks that but there was laughing and swearing heard and Im in Missouri our brother in Utah might as well go to the real deal and get that leg shaking feeling and win real money dont spend money on this game because is a lost from the start is a good little adrenaline rush but is a good game with bad support team and security.
This app has the graphics and variety in games and customization, but needs some work. Firstly, the hands are predictable in favor of the dealer at least with Blackjack. You can guess when youre going to bust even on a lower hand, say 12 or 13. Sometimes you can be at a table and every player gets the same hand. They have to work on mixing that up so it can be more realistic. Secondly, there should be some restrictions in place to penalize players who harass others. When you cant even play a game without unwanted advances, something is wrong. There is an option to refuse gifts and turn off chat, but we havent noticed a report button. The ads can also be quite terrible, and even after all is said and done, you sometimes cant even redeem the extra chips you watched it for in the first place. Please work on this app, because otherwise it can really be enjoyable.

This game can be fun! But its so obvious when they want you to lose! On blackjack the dealer always gets the big number and sometimes they even get 21 like 4 times in a row and the more money you bet the more they hit! Man let us get started on crabs. On crabs when u bet a little you hit and hit but ONCE you max out bet its always a 7 we feel like they have control over that! Every-time u max bet its always hits 7 and even you roll the number and right after it hits the 7 its just funny and we tested it before when we put a single number or just a bet it keeps hitting and hitting but when we max bet its hits 7 its crazy we wish they could make it fair! And we wish they could add features too if you hit all the number you win too.
Used to love playing blackjack, we felt like we were on a real table but now it seems like the only way you win is after you make a purchase. Cant be mad it seems like thats how most app games are now. Greedy world we live in.

Youll win a lot when you start, but as soon as you start making purchases in the store watch the shift in real time. The dealer will pull 20-21 pretty much every hand. You have a 19 with and dealer has a face? Dealer reveals another face for 20. You have 20 and dealer has a 2? Dealer will pull a 5 card 21. You have 12 and dealer has a face? Hit and youll get a 10 for bust and dealer has another face under. You have 11 and dealer has a 5 or under? Hit / Double and youll get a 3-5 and dealer will pull a 3 card 21. Rinse and repeat until youre out of chips and feel inclined to buy more. We believe they use a random number generator but it definitely gets suspicious and unrealistically in the dealers favor once in store purchases are made.

Too many ads. Too many games if you have one you like. Too much going on in general and we have noticed your luck improves significantly when you make purchases. There are better blackjack games out there.
Allow us to elaborate, we test these games to see their fairness. This one had tables setup and designed specifically to get you piling chips until you hit the 500k-1Million tables. Then dealer will always hit 20-21 and of course youll get a face card and 3,4 or 5. No in between on these specific numbers. We do recommend one casino game that has fair tables by the name of baccarat. This game is another pay to stay up game.
