We paid to remove the ads but they still appear at the bottom. Annoying since we paid to remove them.
Ads, ads, ads, ads ads. Ads after a level, ads after a reward &, oh, ads in the MIDDLE of gameplay. So yeah, no. Deleted.
We loved this game so much. But now with the new update, the 3D graphics are terrible. We liked the old one without the 2D balls much more.
We hate the new version. The bright colors are not relaxing and are way too close to each other. We dont know which color we are changing to. The moving numbers are really distracting. The balls are falling and numbers are spinning. Way too much movement for an end of the day game, the only time we play. You need to soften the colors so that they arent so glaring. Used to be our favorite game. Not any more.
We cant stand the new colors. Its very hard on the eyes.
We used to love this game but the new 3D view is terrible. The colors are difficult to decipher and its just harder on the eyes than the 2D version. We wish there was an option to go back to that view.
We loved this game. Have done over 2200 levels. The cheap changes you made to the colors and animation to the ball values have made this app worthless. Shame on you!

Fun game but locks up way to often.
This game is very addictive. We can play this game for hours. Need to fix the bugs. We got to a level and the game wouldnt let us go to the next level. Could give more stars if there werent so many ads.
Lately it wont advance to the next level. So we have to exit out of the app, and log back in each time. It also freezes on each level. Id give it 5 stars if this wasnt happening. Its annoying, please fix it. Regardless Im still playing it. Thank you.
Game kicks getting stuck at the end of a level. We made it to level 648 and it kicked us out and started us back over at level 1. We have now made it to the 800s and it gets stuck at each level. Your solution is to close out and restart our device. That is not good enough. Fix the bug please.
Videos unavailable! Wont pay you double rewards after sitting thru 30 second game ads! Wont let you double rewards! Forces you to use all your help buttons. You cant build up your reserve! Im a master but Im also done playing with so many bugs!
The game keeps freezing up and we have to close the app and start a new game. Other than that we love it!!
We LOVE the game play but am so tired of the ads. We wish there was a fee to go ad free. We now remember why we stopped playing before.
We mainly do the challenge so we dont have to worry about our progress being gone because Im on level 167. However, When we click on the main menu button, it stays on the out of moves screen. Please note that our main level is 167.
Love the game, but why does it freeze after you clear a few levels?
We used to play this game a lot especially when traveling because we could play it on airplane mode. We started playing again recently but every few levels it starts glitching to the point where it doesnt let us click on matches, even without being on airplane mode. And when Im not on airplane mode there are ads after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. We understand having a few ads every now and then but after every single level is just obnoxious. But airplane mode is even worse. We have to shut down the app after almost every level if we want to play on airplane mode. This is all very disappointing.
We were so good then is like reset us to the beginning.
We liked this game and decided to pay the subscription fee not to see ads and if anything the ad load is worse! Please refund our wasted money!
We love it, definitely addicted! We made it to 500, and the game closed and we opened up again and we were back to 1. Is 500 the limit, and it starts all over? It is frustrating to get that far and get dumped back to 1.
We actually loved this game! We got to level 300 and it was glitching a lot! Came back to it and our whole game reset to level ZERO! We were not happy! Otherwise Id give it 5 stars.
We just started to play it and its so relaxing!!!!! Just ONE suggestion: may bye in the presents could be like 50 beads and you spend the beads to get more shapes other than balls and may bye you can spend them to get patterns that way if someone wants ALOT of beads or wants to be v.i.p they can pay!!!!! Its a very fun game. We like the concept but if you go out of the app it will sometimes reset on its own and you will automatically lose progress. We’ve got very far and had to start over, kind of frustrating.
Id say its a pretty good game, fun to play, but the ads are a BIG problem. Ads in the gameplay, ads to get more power ups, ads after gameplay.

We love playing this game. But it constantly crashes on us and takes us all the way back to the beginning. Done playing it. Its makes us mad to make it so far to have to start over.
This game was fun till out of blue wen we were at level 200 the gamewent blank for no reason and froze up multiple times and then started us all the way at the beginning did this two different times we dont like it for that reason.

Potential to be a good game; however, even when the no ads is purchased, you are still bombarded with ads every level. Such a rip off.
After the recent update the game sent us back to level 1 and all our points, bonuses were zero.
We got to level 90 and it bumped us back down to level 1.

This is a fun game but there are so many ads you cant actually have fun playing. They pop up every five seconds or so. There is more ad time than actual playing time. Sorry, but after watching about 20 ads in the 5 minutes we tried to play, we are just going to uninstall.
We know ads pay for free games BUT other apps have less frequent, much shorter ads. Half the ad length and Id give it a 4.
We paid for the Ad free and got to level 126 and then the game restarted us to level one and put ads back in. We tried to hit restore purchases but it doesnt do anything. So now we have to start from level one and would have to pay again if we want ad free. This app is a scam!!!!
