How do you turn off the music? It has a glitch of not loading sometimes. Could be a better game if you could choose pictures, stop the music, and have a clue of what youre trying to put together.
Ive been playing this for a few years now and this has been the ONLY game that has stuck on our iPad. Everything else either gets too greedy, ad intensive, too hard or changes. This has stayed consistent with content. We do the free puzzles so we dont spend anything.
Please keep working on the app to fix the issue with the zoom function as well as providing the descriptions for each of the puzzles when you complete them. Thank you. Namast.
We like this game a lot, only thing that bothers us is not having quite enough free puzzles to keep leveling up. You can get pretty far playing the free puzzles and using those points to unlock the next pack, but eventually we got to a point where we completed a pack but it didnt give us enough points to unlock the next pack. Felt like we had to make a purchase just to keep playing. Still fun though. We did find some extra free packs in the feed so that helped a bit too.
We l like games that are challenging and fun.
Love the app; hate the lengthy, repetitive ads. Not paying for a third ad-free Bonza game. Already paid for two.
Both of these apps have stopped opening. Whats going on? Do you have any advice as to how to get them to open? Ive deleted and re-installed several times – nothing works! Is this just arbitrary? HELP.

Fun game gets more challenging as you go but also learn about things you would never know.

This is a wonderful fun way to do puzzles. It can be challenging and relaxing at the same time. Great mind candy and keeps you guessing daily. The pictures are wonderful and you can solve the puzzles using different problem solving skills. We just wish that you could choose the type for each picture for we love the one for patience we look forward to doing at least two daily. We also enjoy the Bonza word and Lace as well. Definitely one of our favorites! :).
Just buy it. Totally addictive.

We bought a pack of puzzles and now they are appearing as daily puzzles- this does not make us happy. Sorry, like puzzles in two original Bonzas but dont like this. Cant see how to get all pieces at once, which we prefer. Bought a pack at start, but not any more. Update 2023- too many repeated puzzles. What a drag.
We hate how they feed one piece at a time to you. What kind of puzzle is that? Theres nothing to puzzle over.
Ive paid for this full game, but they still have to scam by requiring ads for hints (which we paid for previously to remove) and theyre garbage pay to play schemes. A great game that turned to utter trash. Skip this one.
We just started this game recently and its great! All the puzzles are fun and interesting.
Please give us a free subscription im broke but im OBSESSED.
Current status: The developers have gone AWOL on loyal users. The app is updated maybe once a year, and developers are non-responsive to any questions we may have or bugs we run into. The subscription price went up to $30 a year from around $20 (IIRC) but the value has plummeted. They have made the basic non subscription experience a lot worse to raise subscriber counts. At this rate, Ill be deleting the app out of principle. Original Review: Bonza jigsaws were always amazing, both in their cameos on the original Bonza app (if we recall correctly) and in the Bonza Nat Geo app. When we saw they were doing a new app for just jigsaws, we couldnt wait! We got into the Beta program and the app is fantastic! We love how awesome it is. The yearly pack is worth it if it helps the devs get more of these amazing apps and stay on the daily puzzles. Keep up the great work, guys.
Only a few pieces are revealed at a time. There is not much chance to sort and solve anything. Not having all the pieces turns it into a guessing game of hunt and peck. Im out.
We have a paid subscription through Oct 22 and Ads started popping up 4 days ago, the Restore Purchase says it succeeds but ads and begging for subscription never stops. We have deleted and reinstalled, and sent 2 messages for support that have been unanswered for days. We will be contacting the Apple Store for a refund very soon if our subscription isnt restored. When it was working, it was fine. We love playing the daily puzzles. But now they are only half what they were, and the ads are ridiculous.
This is a great game and we enjoy solving every day. We realize you cannot feasibly translate captions into multiple languages for the free daily puzzles, but might you caption it in just one, consistent language? For example, always print it in Spanish, or German. Then we can enter that caption into a translator for our own language and see the photos origin. Thank you for this fun puzzle.

Ive been playing Bonza Jigsaw since 2018 and finally complete 100 challenges. The most difficult were the timed and rotated puzzles. Great pastime during COVID.

What happened to the puzzle description upon completion? We loved knowing what the picture was and would often look up more info! Please bring that back! P.S. Todays (November 25, 2020) bonus puzzle was the Gooderham Building in Toronto for anyone curious. Please please bring back the captions. The game is just not the same without them.
We really like the diversity of the puzzles and the diversity of the ways you can solve them, such as mirror or patience.
Pretty plz Also more space would be helpful. We feel like we have to cram all of the pieces together to be able to see all or at least most of them.
Love puzzles…music is very meditative.
We do a puzzle whenever Im feeling a little anxious and it always puts us in a great place. Ive been playing for years and its so fun. We wish they had the option to make puzzles have other levels (patience, rotation, blind and blitz). The other thing we really wish is that they would give you info about the pic at the end. Sometimes we spend a lot of time solving one and we have no idea what Im looking at. A label for a pic would be a perfect reward for completing the puzzle.
This is one of our favorite games. Each puzzle gives you a glimpse into the lives of others with whom we share planet Earth. We are often touched by the unique animals, architecture, artistry and landscapes. And delving into images from all over planet Earth has brought to the forefront the truth that we are only one of many many many people on the planet. With that truth comes greater empathy and respect for people of all ethnicities, beliefs and faiths. For a long time we were completely sold on this game, as we enjoyed finishing a puzzle and then getting written information about the image and the country from which the image came. Now all Im getting are puzzled packs with only pictures. Granted, it is still a good game. Hopefully more informative puzzle packs will be available in the near future.
We play this game daily and subscribe to the app to get more content but it takes way too long to get new content. They no longer give descriptions of what the puzzles are about which makes it kind of boring. Also, when you are playing on the feed screen and there are new puzzles to play it takes you off of the feed screen and automatically shunts you to that puzzle. Sometimes we just want to play the puzzles on the feed screen and let the new puzzles come when they do versus playing in the puzzle pack. Also why is there an option to close the screen when you are collecting bonus points? Overall we absolutely love to play this app nightly but there are just a few things that they need to do to make it a great app.
Please identify the photos you use in the daily jigsaw. Many are beautiful but they arent identified. Id like to know what or where they are.
We love this game. Its part of our morning coffee routine. However … In a recent update the photo descriptions were lost which is a real disappointment. We enjoyed getting info about the locations, animals and other objects in the puzzles. Please bring the descriptions back.
We have enjoyed this game, and Ive been playing it for a long time. Recently, Ive been getting the same puzzles that have to be completed a second time before being able to advance to the next puzzle. This has taken the fun out of this game, and since there are billions upon billions of photos from all over the world, its difficult to understand why ANY photo puzzle would show up more than once. Please fix this, or we will say goodbye.
Ive played Bonza games for years. This one is not too good. We dont like the random pop up of the pieces. Its disconcerting. And we really, really dont like TWO ads every time a puzzle is finished, with the only way to stop them is by purchase. Even though we love jigsaws, Im deleting this.
We wanted to love this app, but we keep getting repeating puzzles. Its as if there are only a couple dozen puzzles that keep getting recycled.
We cannot tell you how disappointed we are with you. Having been an automatic subscriber for years, we are now interrupted by ads that we thought we were free from. Did you make a mistake,or are you asking us for more money? Thank you.
Why did you take away the captions? It was nice to know what our picture is and where it came from.
We have had this game for years and made, at the time, the maximum in-app purchase, as we recall. Played it a lot and then stopped for a long time. Went back to it today and now we have to pay to get rid of ads? We paid for our content and now you want more? Nuh-uh. Cutting our losses and uninstalling.
Im not sure what these people are thinking. Fun game, but to be interrupted by these ads literally almost every other round, its just crazy.
This puzzle has been a daily morning play for years, but since they have stopped identifying locations for the images, our enjoyment and educational value have dropped significantly. So we stopped our subscription. Please add that back and we will subscribe again.
Game is dead, cant advance anymore without paying, not even watching ads gives you enough pieces to keep leveling up, total scam.
We enjoy this game on a daily basis. We like how it gives you a world event that coordinates with the puzzle completion.
