When we first started this game we really thought we wasnt gonna like it but after like 3-5 yrs of playing we loved how the was the story for your main character 10/10 even though we didnt finish the game we wanted to get back to playing cause our account was still there but we went back and cant login. But back to what we were saying please one up the servers to this game out all our games this game had a really good story and very good characters im hoping one day Ill be able to play this game and complete the story and roster of characters.
The game is stuck at Welcome Screen, no data downloading or anything else, no way to play the game atm. Please fix asap, thanks.
This game is no longer in service, while it was still online, it was the best way to kill time and become invested in an interesting story, please do not write 1 star reviews for this game when you did not get to experience when the servers were still online. All we can do now is mourn the death of Blustone and cherish the members weve made before its untimely shutdown.
We played it when it released it was great but deleted it because we forgot about but now we redownloaded it but its not playable dont know why.
We have been playing this game since 2018, and recently we cannot even get past the loading screen. Is there a way to fix this?
We do love this game as we did play it when updates were more active. Coming back we notice a lot more glitches; every time we get a new character, instead of the introduction the game completely freezes, the game still randomly restarts, and summoning our daily free jewels does the same. We really hope you guys have more updates and new stuff, as we would like to see this game being alive again.
It kept saying that there was no service while it was on full bars for the service and wouldnt let us do anything except retry and be stuck in the loading screen.
We used to play this game about two years ago but in total we’ve played it for five years we used to have three accounts our main one our second one and our third one but after a while we got bored of it so we just stopped playing and then we decided to come back and we cant get back into any of our accounts our main account we had the main hero fully involved and we had a bunch of other five star heroes can you please please fix this.

Dont get us wrong this game is great graphic is amazing everything is beyond our expectations and everything we spend on is definitely worth our money, but then we lost our acc when we log in it kept saying errors or file is not found we try contacting the customer service but never gotten a respond, so our very last option is deleting this. Lol thank for being with us for a few years of our boredom.

This game was amazing when it was new and in its mid years of life, the devs did amazing and updated super often. The art is stunning and the music makes us feel nostalgic and is great. Many people would chat, it was easy to make friends in this game. There were many things to do and we love this game for that, so many great characters. However, as with most RPGs, this one has recently met its end. With its slowly declining playerbase, and the fact you cant even chat anymore, makes it really sad. Back then you would be able to see tons of players in the lobby, but now your usually alone with an occasional person showing up. We would still recommend this game to anyone though. The game is still a good time killer and the story is actually quite entertaining and the game is still the same, however just dont expect updates often. Once you have done everything its done. We love this game, and it saddens us whenever we open it and hear that great music, knowing we wont ever be able to enjoy those amazing times again. The game is good and fun but for some reason whenever we try to enter the mirage ruins the game doesnt load and it is just a black screen can someone help.

Hi, we’ve been playing this game since like 2018-2019 (not sure when we started but somewhere around there) we took a LONG break from the game but we recently just remembered we had an account here (I linked the FB acc) we tried to log back in using the FB method but it keeps aging account already exists (something like that) Im literally confused cause that doesnt usually happen. How do we get our account back.
When we go to mirage ruins it freezes.
Came back to this game after years and cant play it. Stuck at an endless title screen. Not that surprising since the devs have been cutting their own legs off for years now. Expected at least the game to be available for their own greediness but we guess they couldn’t even do that.
We tried to play the game but when we get to a certain part the game starts to mess up and not load or keep telling us to do the same thing never again will we play this again.

Game is good but there is a bug in the story when it tells us to get stronger at the gym we did so with 2 characters o have and when we left the game is not registering the fact that we only have one character now with a star 2 level max and we cant do anything.
We recently made a new account for blustone and it has been so difficult. We cant even get pass Level 5 of the first area. They gave us a common character when they usually give a 3 star character to help you fight the other characters. We are not able to progress due to this.

Around 3-4 years ago we would play this game for hours and we loved it us and our friends did it all day but then we got a new phone and couldnt find the app so happy we remembered it was blue something.

First off you have to pay for special event characters that are arguably better then the base version, in that right alone makes this game p2w. The devs or whoever werent even thinking when they made the bundles or theyre blatantly trying to scam you. Tell us why we should pay 20-30$ for some 4* marks and some manda when we can buy a few 10+1 draws and actually have a chance of getting a 4*. Dont even tell us its because you have a better chance of getting the character because collecting marks and actually getting a specific character mark on top of being a 4* is incredibly impossible. Took your attention away from a good game and decided to use ur resources elsewhere leaving this game to a bunch of pocket pinchers Im disappointed greatly.
This game used to be great. Now there are no new units, their attempt to balance the game out has failed miserably. This game has stagnated into a point where there is no reason to play anymore. The developers have all but abandoned it and everything is now a cash grab. There was supposed to be a guild raid boss that was announced around a year ago but that never came. This game is a waste of time at this point and not worth anymore time or money.
We love this game, we like the thrill of possibly getting new members every time we draw.
It keeps saying we need to update the game, but there is no update. We were honestly thinking about quitting the game anyways because its just not fun anymore. Theres no new content, only 3-5 of us are mildly active in our guild, and Im pretty sure whatever algorithm they use with pulling hunters is broken. One week we did the 10+1 pull four or five times and never got the hunter they were advertising. We also went through all 35 of our 3-4 star scrolls and maybe got two 4 star hunters. The game is also always freezing or stuck loading, even when Im on wifi. Overall, the game was fun. But its not anymore.
As someone who has played for a long time, the recent events are a huge disappointment to us. For people who dont know, the devs added a new gamemode that would give many players the opportunity to build up their hunters, gain new units, and collect other materials. They left then event open for 5 days before realizing they gave way too many materials, and reverted the game back to how it was before the event. In other words, they were punishing their players for their own mistakes. The biggest insult? The compensation is a LOGIN EVENT. Rather than returning materials, they host a login event with measly rewards that can never replace the materials lost. Congrats for killing your game, right when the 4th anniversary is so close.
We used to enjoy this game back in 2015 or 2016 when we were in middle school, and we recently decided to play it again for the nostalgia. To our surprise, it stayed relatively the same, until the "whac-a-dawdly-pow" event came around. We were earning some good stuff, then the devs set the server back before the event even started. All our characters were lost. All our items were lost. Everyone has a problem with this and we can’t find a reason not to. The developers really put themselves into deep mud in this situation because– first of all– how did they not see how exploitable the fish bait rewards were ?? We would get around 4-6 baits, go fish for a little bit, then go for another round in the event. It was that simple to exploit. How was this overlooked ??? And why did they make all of their players suffer so harshly for that??? It was like they forgot how much rupees the fishing minigame gave to the players. We’re very tempted to delete this app, but if they give a "more-than-decent" compensation, we might stay. What the devs did was cruel.
Its a very good game love it. But we would really really really really reallllllyy like to have a offline mode please other than that the game is awesome.
Developers no longer update the game, no new events. We were given empty promises and a false hope that new stuff would be added.
We have legitimately have no idea how we even found this game but Im so glad we did its so good and addictive! 10/10 this game deserves way more credit and popularity.
This is a great game but we stumbled upon an issue recently. So we’ve been playing the game for about 2-3 years now and we haven’t had an issue like this before. We figured it was because we got a new phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max from a Samsung Galaxy Note 5) but recently right after the update, we could load the game, but right as it enters the log-in screen, it crashes. We’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and it properly operates with the new guest account we made for the purpose of just checking. However, when we tried logging into our personal account, the problem repeated where it loads into the log-in screen but it immediately crashes and we don’t know if it’s a problem with our game or our account. Please help us, we might get kicked from our guild for not participating!
We remember playing this game when it started out, it has changed a whole lot. We wish we had kept it around or that our phone didnt break before so we couldve kept playing.
Once we decided to update our phone, the game crashes every time we do Fight Club and its lowering our rank in Alfheimer and getting back to the top 150s is not easy so please fix this man.
The game has a fun based cutesy art to it love the battle system and cutscenes.

Overall great game but we wish it was possible to change emails that you signed up with. We signed up with a random email we made, which was our fault, and wish to move it to a more active email we use. We just realized we wasnt able to do that and dont want to lose our progress we have made over the year.
