We have updated numerous times and our background during game is still on Christmas scene, is that normal?
Been playing for years. Love the new update and the rewards!
We love this game. We’ve been playing for 5 years and Im still happy.
We are addicted to this game, and so disappointed that we have leveled up as high as we can. Any idea as to when you might add more levels? Since we cannot play anything but the daily is there any reason for us to keep the app and not delete it?

Love this game. Our 8 year old granddaughter loves it as well. We would like to know who is playing the background music. Love it and would like to get more of it. Very relaxing. Any name or album/cd title would be appreciated.
Please bring back the other daily puzzle where you have 10 puzzles to solve with the antonyms and the proverbs.
This was our go to favorite game, until NOW! We keep getting a screen for the word race showing us our standing. HOWEVER, there is ALSO a message to tap to change your user name or avatar, but it also LOCKS the game and we have to close it and reopen it! We have already deleted the game and reinstalled but nothing has changed! Terribly disappointed! We have been trying to get SOME kind of response from the developer for over a month!
What happened to the Daily Puzzle??? We are so disappointed. One of our very favorites games until yesterday, when we could not play the daily game. We waited until today, then tried again; still not there. We uninstalled then reinstalled the game without success. We are so very sad.

We played this game for two years and the company introduced a new version. It is terrible and we would not waste time getting this app.
We were working the game yesterday in the middle of the weekly contest, which we usually win, and the whole game changed !!! No more contest, everything changed. Was it just for us or have you completely changed the game. Not happy and will probably delete.
The ads are ridiculous. We have to re-boot game on several ads. The one now is Tiki Tri-Peak Solitaire. It will not close, if you play the intro game or not. When you re-boot guess what the next ad is. Yep, Tiki T-P Solitaire! Re-boot again. We have had this problem 5 or 6 times in a row more than once. Cant you check the ads to make sure they will close as they should? We have skipped playing many times when this happened. We dont want to totally quit playing this game, but if this continues being a problem, we will. Our time playing is to relax, not to be aggravated. Thank you!
Our husband and we play this game every evening thru dinner. Our only criticisms are we’ve run out of places to go with it at level 6949; and, those damned ghosts keep getting in the way and finishing the words offmaking it too easy. Need more of a challenge.

We ran out of levels to play and we enjoy playing this game! However we cant play until you add more levels to beat. Please address this issue as soon as you possibly can so we can use the game to distract us from anxiety! Its just our way of dealing with stress. So we’ve been asking for levels for several days. Please add them PLEASE?? We really prefer to use this as a positive way for our anxiety. This is very therapeutic for us, so please dont let us down! Thank you in advance for your understanding.
All of a sudden the only thing you can get is coins and they dont do anything.
Pretty fast if you know a lot of words.
Your issues with internet connection is a joke. You pick and choose when we have internet connection issues. If we had Internet connection issues we would not be able to play your game nor would we be able to get all the advertisements. We think you pick and choose that once people get to a certain level. In the last three weeks we have had problems with our so-called Internet connection and we have never had these issues since we started playing your game. And then we will get on here one day and no problems at all. Maybe you should just tell people once we get at a certain level of the game youre going to give them Internet issues so they cannot collect the bonuses.
We love this game but while u r playing it kicks u off… Constantly. We keep getting back on to play but we are getting tired of be kicked off so we will have to delete this game on our app. Hopefully u can fix this problem.

Word coffee is a favorite game app. It paused and we cant get it back:( frustrating to say the least.
While we really like this game (currently on level 1557), we’ve found it to have a ton of typos. In addition, there are words that are not even words. For example, goape. This was a word in one of the daily challenges. We had to use hints to figure it out… Then looked it up in Webster dictionary and sure enough, it does not exist. We’ve found this throughout game play that there are either spelling errors in the words that the developers think are words, or words that arent in any English dictionary. Also, what do we do with all the stars and coins we’ve collected? We have over 80,000 useless coins. One last thing… What on earth are the ghosts saying when you fill in a word that has a ghost in one of the squares?
Your app is one of our favorites, we shave olayed it so much that we have had to take breaks from playing so new levels could be developed! But we have a request that games like Lilys Garden, Project Makeover, and all others like it be removed from those played between games for us. We dont like them at all and they dont help young girls self esteem at all.
This used to be a great app but lately it keeps freezing up. We’ve already deleted it & downloaded it again (losing our progress) but its still freezing! Please help!
Loved the game but we think we came to the end. We sent two requests for customer service info, but we havent heard back. We were on level 7008. It lets us play the game, but we dont accumulate points. No explanation, nothing. Shame. Got the last update and we are again waiting for an update. Guess we need to stop playing so much.

We play this and get our points built up and pretty soon it goes gray and we cant play it anymore and all our points are gone.
Great time waster with an educational twist.
We have been playing this game for about six months now. For us it is a very addictive game and we absolutely love it. In the weekly game we have won every week we’ve played except one and that week we just felt bad because we were winning every week. We thought Id let somebody else win but really thats not the point of the game. You play your best and if you win, you win, if you dont play your best you lose. We’ve got over 96,600 points and Im afraid when we get to 99,999 that it wont go into 100,000. We dont know… And we have over 18,000 coins in our bank. (10,000 of which we bought but the rest we’ve earned!)I am a retired great grandma and have the time to play as much as we want which may be an unfair advantage for us. We’ve said all that to ask the makers of the game can we keep playing after we reach 99,999 points? If not do we start all over again keeping our coins? As we said this game is very addicting if you like words-as much as we do. So think twice before you download this game and start enjoying it because you will want to play it 24/7!!

This game is great but once the add pops up, theres no option to move forward from ad. We have to force close every time which is annoying.

This game is fun and challenging. The challenging part… Wracking your brain trying to spell four letter words that are right in front of you… Haha. It could be our age or that Im overthinking it, but we love this game!

We absolutely loved this game. We’ve played it avidly for a year or so and loved the challenge games. As you notice, we said past tense loved and played. We just finished the last level and have no where to go. We cant even play the challenge games. We ran into trouble when upgrading our iPhone. This game did not transfer over well at all. We lost our progress and score. We contacted support and they did get back to us and were able to restore our progress but not our score. Part of this issue was that we do not use Facebook to play this game. The puzzles are great and an easy challenge. We’ve enjoyed many coffee cups of letters. Just sad there are no more levels.
Do you answer or respond to these reviews. The ones Im seeing are quite old. Would love to see an amended version : Why is there no level at which we can find the words without the help of those annoying pop-up clues. The game is about discovering the words and the struggle is part if the game! The game seems pointless since you give half the answers. We would love to see this game with only purchased clues using coins – that would give a purpose to all those coins!! We will give you 3 stars, but this could be a five-star game!
Enjoying the game and thought Id pay the small fee to remove the obnoxious ads that take a good 30 seconds between each game or anytime you move off the page. There are just as many ads after payment. Very frustrating.
Its true the game is a little addicting if you like word games, but we havent figured out the point. We earn coins coins coins. But besides ad-free, all we can do with coins is buy more coins. We have nearly 13,000 coins and have no idea what to do with them. In the shop, everything costs actual money in addition to coins. But: its only to buy more coins!! Crazy. Plus, we’ve tried plenty of actual words that the game doesnt accept. We still play. But only because its fun to search for words. There is not any other kind of strategy. And if you try enough combinations, youll win. No punishment for guessing wrong.
